No integrity
When first started playing games online, payout was quick 15-30 minutes. On their withdrawal page it states, withdrawals can take up to 2-3 business days to process at retailer. Now the agents tell you it can take up to 6-8 business days. I have been waiting over two weeks. If you withdraw the funds, do not pull them back out to play with or the process will be longer.

Long wait for winnings
Deposited funds from my credit union issued Visa Debit card, to purchase Megamillions tickets online. I decided to use the remaining $10 to play one of the slot machines. Lo and behold, I won and decided to withdraw my winnings. Yeah...not as easy as one would think. I received error messages stating the aforementioned Visa Debit card isn't compatible!! Wait...so, it's compatible for them to take money, but not for them to pay me? This has been a colossal pain in the butt. I've had to upload documents to the Michigan Lottery website and still no ETA of when I'll get my money. If/when they eventually release my funds, I will remove my information and documents quickly and never visit that site again. I've also cautioned my friends and family to avoid the site. It's much easier to go buy your lottery tickets at a store or bar. And, at least when I play slots at the casino, I can print my ticket or get assistance that same day.

When I first started playing michigan lottery on line they had a fast turn around on payouts. It went from 1 -2 hours to get your cash from a retailer. Now it's 6 days. They cannot tell me that they had such a customer increase that this move is necessary. I left the casinos because of their slow payouts. Now michigan lottery is going to be replaced because of their inefficient actions.

Slow payout
This is the longest I had to wait for my documents just to be reviewed that I submitted with my withdrawal process. Maybe next time get all that information before a customer pays to use the site and not have them wait forever to get their winnings. That way we don't have to here " we're a little backed up". This is so frustrating.

I use my bank card and put 20 in a lottery machine it took my money and timed out and I didn't get no lottery

Zero winners
I bought 10 consecutive tickets to find out they were all losers. I am highly dissatisfied. Even an $2 winner wouldve been ok with me, but nothing. Boo to you!

Just remember folks, Lotterys are rigged, theyre not done for you to see/view and even when they were, there were Glitches quite frequently. Online games are made for your convenience to gamble, but not win. Lotteries are just like the Casinos made to lure you in to keep gambling but not win.

Odds not accurate
Online gaming odds very bad. They give odds for each game however the odds of winning a prize over 5 or 10 dollars is way less than what they show. Players should know the odds of winning 25 cents or less is much more common! I've been a player for 4 years now, played every game and each year seems you win less and less money. This year has been the worst year yet, played a lot won very very little!

Change email e
My email was hacked so I can't use it on Michigan Lottery site so I needed to set-up a new email for this site. It did't get hacked on this site but since I can't access it it is no good. I thought we had it all set but when I went to kig in with my new email it was changed bsck to my old email. Website plays even when tells you session is expired. Not even logged in
Have constant technical errors. My sessions always expire & logs me out but allows me to continue to play for cash. I have many screen shots of these errors it takes my cash & no reimbursement. I did contact them through website with pictures, no response. Wondering how the lottery is keeping track if I'm not logged in. When I sign back in it spins & spins. Can sign in & out & back in games wont load unless phone is restarted. Each time I go to make a deposit in my account they show larger & larger amounts. Always asking me to take surveys but nothing for it. Daily spin wheel 10 entries most days, wahoo. Payouts worst than casino.

There is no way this is legit
lottery is mostly luck.."However"..."there is a method to the game I play..so how come When I am gaining a winning it starts to slow down so bad that even loading signs appear this is ridiculous and completely A let down!!! If you go in demo mode...it's speed is great..you can see the difference in prizes
