I did not order these items and I am trying to get refunded. I do not have them. You can get these items at reliable website Michael Todd is not the best website to get anything from.

Don’t want the product

I need a return label. I want to return order number 602493****. I cannot print out a return label. Please email me a return label. I dont want to fill out all these papers. Can't get answers

I wanted to buy from them but had several questions. There is no one to talk to live so everything had to be done in a time consuming series of emails. I asked several questions and they got back to me a few times but didn't answer all the questions and/or didn't address them accurately. So frustrating as it's been weeks.

Question about product purchase

My petite sonic brush won't charge anymore but I've been trying to reach out to customer service about it and if I have to get a new one. You had sale but I couldn't get the 30% to work so I'll just go elsewhere if I can't reach anyone to get answers. I have no receipt as we've had to move across country several times and I no longer have it. It's a few minutes of a phone call. 847-204-**** Lori

Overcharged

I was supposed to get 20% off. I entered the code. I was billed at full price. Please either discount my price by 20% or refund me in total. I phoned and your mailbox was full.

Refund

Bought products on 10/4 and said they were Christmas gifts and could they be exchanged? I was told yes. The sonicares do not work. They remove nothing. Im told now I cant return them its past 90 days. Im very upset especially after specially telling them they were Christmas gifts.

Get the full charger

Ok I was going to be fine if they told me I cannot get a full charger, but heres how this all happened. The entire thing starts with pissed customer and Im sorry why is that how they are starting??? And when I finally got to the thing no one answered and the voicemail was full so I couldnt leave a message. It told me there were 43 people waiting to take my call. It was seriously difficult to call, I had to have them send an email to myself and check it to call and this was seriously a disappointment to me in general. I never go into these things planning to be upset but wow, Im quite annoyed now. I like the product but not sending the entire charger so you can plug it in is not well done.

No one returns emails. Defective item received does not hold a charge. Had to pay $11.20 just to return a non working brush. Paid $110 for junk!

Product not working. Sent it back for a full refund but was charged $11.20 and still have to wait for a refund of $110! Very upset and no one returns any emails. Its been almost 4 days and still waiting for customer service to respond! Terrible Co!

Misleading website and lack of customer service

Website leads you to believe you are ordering just one product. When asked if this is what you want, it duplicates the order. The first customer service mail box is full. The second number says to leave a message. I have also sent 2 emails explaining the problem neither of which have been answered. Now I will be stuck with 2 products and have to incur the cost to return one. Never again. There are too many good companies selling the same type products. Don't choose this one.

The product does work well and when u get a replacement. It does not work after the first use.i don't recommend buy it It cost a lot of money.

I purchased a Soniclear Petite through QVC on 1/27/2020. I did register the product so the warranty would be in place. The unit has completely stopped working. I am seeking a replacement .

Resolved: Tripled order & charged my credit card

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.

Tripled my order & charged my credit card. There is no way to speak to an actual person on the phone. I emailed them 3 times and asked to cancel the order before it was shipped ( when I saw that the order was tripled) They replied they it had already been shipped & stated I would need to receive it & then contact them to return. They provided me with a FedEx tracking # that is hi non existing in the FedEx system. So I have been charged over $300 for items I did not order & was provided a fake FedEx number. Therefore I have a large credit card charge, did not ever receive the product & there is no way to contact them. I am calling this is SCAM company. Have contacted my credit card company to dispute & report this company.
