Bratz Tiana Flawed
Hello, I bought this bratz tiana on amazon as a gift for a collector friend and today I received it and the box is completely crushed and destroyed and the bratz shirt is completely frayed, with all the ribbons on the shirt undone. I have tried to get amazon to make me a replacement but their response has been that it cannot be done because they currently have it out of stock. Total, I had to give it to my friend like this for not leaving her without a birthday present, and since she is a collector she wanted to keep it in her original box, but the box had to be thrown away directly. But the problem is that the shirt is also wrong from the factory, it's completely undone. Total, that I have been fatal in the gift and I have paid 32.99 for an article that is not in a condition to be sold. So I want you to send me at least the bratz t-shirt, since it is wrong from the factory, and I think that you have also sent the box like that from the factory because it was well protected in the amazon packaging Fatal experience with mga, you raise the price of the items and on top of that they come with defects, I will not repeat with you.

Most underwhelming experience
Hello, just messaging to let you know that the recent LOL bubble surprise I purchased did not make any bubbles whatsoever. My daughter and I followed the instructions to the letter, yet were left with zero bubbles and a bag a disgusting sludge at the bottom of the plastic container. Ainsley Slater Rainbow High Trunk Set
So I was opening her as any person would and Her leg came off literally came off and I tried to fix it in every way I could but idk I cant find a way how to fix it idk if I could get another rainbow high doll or a Ainsley replacement but please anything would be fine I really am Devastated that her leg is broken.

I just opened a brand new Jade Hunter Series 1 Rainbow High doll and upon opening the doll, there was no stand as advertised. Is there any way to receive a replacement stand as there was clearly an issue in regards to packaging?

Hi, I bought a Rainbow High Closet for a gift and didnt realize one of the gold corners on the outside was missing. I would like only to receive a corner to replace it. I bought the last one so there isnt any to replace the closet with at Walmart. Love the closet and think its so adorable. I am an avid Rainbow High doll collector. Love them all! Just got the Day of the Dead. My favorite so far. Next is Chinese New Year.

Rainbow High dollhouse defective part
It was my daughter's 11th birthday. And we had a Rainbow high birthday. We purchased four Rainbow high dolls, the Rainbow high car, the Rainbow high closet wadrobe, the Rainbow high pool and THE RAINBOW HIGH 4 FOOT HOUSE. The Rainbow High House is missing holes for the spa area. Which leaves the house disconnected. Plus the oven grill is bent out of shape. Despite this, my daughter was sadden. It was her birthday. Now she is Sadden by the messed up dollhouse. We are in complete disappointment. We paid $119.00 for the dollhouse not including the tax. Please resolve this matter.

Default in the L.O.L doll house dishwasher
I purchased this for my three-year-old daughter as a Christmas gift put it together Christmas Eve when she went to play with it on Christmas Day and opened up the door wash it was stuck so when she got it when she pulled hard enough to get it open the dishwasher arm completely broke off of the dishwasher as much as I paid for this item I still have not even received an email or call in regards to the situation

Broken Doll Note Replaced by Warranty
Two of your dolls were quickly broken during light play. I emailed your customer service which claims to fulfill warranties, but they took no responsibility for the defect. I will not be buying any more of these toys.

Missing pieces from rainbow high dollhouse
There was a box missing and one of the pieces had holes on the wrong side. I spoke with customer service and sent an email. Complaint number 131****.

Defective parts
I have purchased/been gifted several Rainbow and Shadow high dolls, half of which have been defective. My most recent one is a Meena Fleur doll, which the right earrings broke off inside her head upon attempted removal. I've also had an Uma Van Hoose who had SEVERAL problems. Her hand slips off all the time due to an elongated peg, her neck peg was broken, so her head doesn't sit right, as well as paint issues on her nails, and she is just not up to the quality standards I expect. I didn't attempt a return/refund with Uma and I wish I had, I don't know if it's too late anymore. Currently I'm trying to get the earring replaced for Meena, as I can probably get the remnants of the current earring out of her head on my own. I don't have proof of purchase of these two as they were both Christmas and Birthday gifts, but they were brand new and still in box.

Hello, I bought the Original Sasha doll recently and as I was changing her into the second outfit and noticed it wouldnt go on. I eventually forced it on but it tore and it wont velcro on.
