Very unsatisfied & can`t get it straightend out.

I’ve been trying to get my refund for almost three weeks and have not received it and I’ve been lied to multiple times

I put a down payment on a mattress and the following day I went back to the store to ask for it back. I paid cash and was expecting it in return. I was told this isnt a bank so we cant just give you your money back. Then I was told that they would call to have my refund sent back in check form. My wife called to ask where the money was a week later and was told that her call would be returned the next day with information. I followed up two weeks later to see why my money hadnt been returned only to find out that no one had even called to let anyone know I wanted my refund back. Its now been three weeks and I still havent gotten my money back. I was told last Wednesday Ill have the check by Friday yet its Monday of the following week and Im still having to track down someone to answer my questions. I will never do business with this company and certainly wont be recommending to anyone I know. Ive been lied to several times and once again am calling to find out where the money I gave to a so called stand up company has disappeared to.

Question about mattress

I'm not happy about the product my mattress went flat after two years I was gonna do the whole warranty but I don't want the same mattress or money towards anothe manager of the store wanted me to get. Pre qualified again. To buy another mattress for $2000. That's not going to happen I want somewhere else. I'm very very displeased with everything that went on and because. Because of this mattress being bad you have. The back pain I have is twice as bad. I'm up for hours every night cannot sleep because of this crap mattress I need you guys to send me money. I don't want to know the mattress I've already gone somewhere else. I'm worn out and I knowther thing. I got qualified for like seventeen hundred dollars and the person said this is going to be enough money well no the Mattress and the bed frame was like twenty five hundred dollars So I need you guys to send me money back as a courtesy from the company because I wasted a lot more money than I should have.

Poor sales person

Salesperson did not instruct me to buy a mattress cover in case I needed to return it Very unhappy with poor service and description of buying a sofa bed mattress.

Poor one month exchange policy

I bought a mattress from the new Kingston, NY location. When I went to exchange it within the month Do period, I was told the sale price was not going to be honored. I had to pay an additional $600.00, plus a delivery fee of $100.00. I was never told this and my advice is read the small print in your sales contract. Better yet, never buy from them.

Do not stand behind promotions

Public Service Announcement: Do NOT buy a mattress from Metro Mattress. Their 30 day Comfort Exchange is a rip off! When we purchased our mattress they threw in some freebies ($150 pillows) and we also got the mattress protector (needed for warranty/exchange program). The freebies have to be taken off the price of the mattress because they have a warranty as well. Of course, we are not thrilled with our new mattress. We returned to the store well within our 30 days and they will only give us the price on the receipt for our mattress (so now we are paying for the free stuff, we really didnt even want in the first place), plus a $100 restock fee. That means we would be out almost $500 on their 30 day comfort exchange program. NEVER shopping there again.

Salesman are habitual liars,we bought at the camillus store

We bought at the camillus store, salesman chris, no last name per company policy, there wasnt a bed sample at the store,chris no name assured us we would get the correct bed,, of course what we got was 2 single beds pushed together, called chris no name to see what happened he hung up on us, called a ken gossell supposedly regional manger, he said we are stuck with the deal. We filed a compaint with new york state attorney General, turns out they have hundreds of complaints about metro mattress.

Terrible mattress and no other options that are affordable

I went into the store to try out some mattresses. I found one I liked, it was cozy and thought OK, I'd do it. I paid for most of it, find out that they didn't charge me for something and have to charge me more. OK, then they deliver it. It is not nearly the same mattress. It's stiff as a board and even though I have the 30 day deal, they have nothing in my price range. I'm stuck with this bed and they could care less. They are trying to give me a 100 bucks to take a 4K bed I do not want. I am not happy!!!!

Bought memory foam bed it's just been 4 years. When u both r in bed feels like u r in a huge sink hole. Not cool for 4 years and that happened

Damage to my home

3 weeks ago, my husband and I purchased a king-size mattress. We purchased it on a Saturday, with a delivery date being the next Tuesday. My husband was home when the mattress was delivered. When the delivery guys brought in the mattress, they shoved it in the living room so fast that they took out our ceiling light and broke the bulb and the globe. When they took the mattress up the stairs, being that it was going to be a tight fit, they shoved it up the stairs and broke the wall board. They did it without acknowledging or apologizing for the damage. The damage was not noticed until they left. After they took the mattress up the stairs, they had my husband sign for it. He signed it, expecting it was for the delivery. The delivery people did not tell him that he was signing a waiver for any damage to the home was not their fault. We contacted the company, and they will not fix the damaged wall because the waiver was signed after the fact. We are out of a $1000.00 on top of paying $4000.00 for the mattress. Furthermore, we liked the mattress, but not at the expense of the damage. Furthermore, we will never shop there again, or recommend them to our friends.

Mattress

So yesterday my husband and I went to return the mattress, cause our back was still hurting us. So I bought the mattress it was still cover on the 30 days refundable. So when I bought the mattress they said that I didnt need a mattress protector since I already had one. So we tried to return it and they said since I didnt buy the protector I couldnt exchange it, when they had told me that I didnt need to purchase. Long story short. They said in order for them to exchange I had to purchase one, so I didnt have any other choice but to buy one. So my bill came to $1000 +for exchange, pad and delivery. NOT RIGHT

Dissatisfied customer

I was recommended to Metro Mattress by a friend who had purchased a bed from them, was satisfied. so on may 7th 2021 went to metro mattress at 218 reynolds road in johnson city ny. I was met by Josh Sergent the store manager. Was very pleasent and noligable, so i expressed my concern and he said lets go check out some beds, must have checked out 10 beds including chattam & wells, out of all the beds i tried i loved chattam & wells because it hugged my back was very comfortable. So when we were doing the qualifing for the bed, i didnt qualify for that mattress, so Josh said let me see what i can do he then found a mattress chattam & wells was in the warehouse and had 1 left, for $4205.99 I then gave a check #134 for $1542.47. so I refianced the $3000. Josh also said that my manager wasnt there today so he can do this kind of transaction. He also said that since we get a disccount on mattress we cant get free sheets and pillows. so we get our choice, but he said since im here you can have both, So he gave me a free set of sheets and said when the pillows come in because they are out of stock i will call you so you can come and get them. Josh never put on my receipt of getting free sheets and free pillows didnt want anyone to know he let me have them. So I have been waiting for weeks on my pillows then i called metro mattress and asked where my pillows were and eric answered the phone, said he will get back to me. Eric called the next day and he talked to Josh Sergent and his comment was I never said she would get any free pillows. So Josh Sergent is a noligable person on is beds, but he really lax customer service, needs to understand that customers are always right. You dont tell them that they can have free pillows then take that away in the same breath. He needs to be educated on what it takes to be a good Customer service person. I ordered a mattress and adjustable base on 3/21/2021. I had to wait a week with no information on when my order was coming in. Then I finally received my order only to get the mattress. I called Metro mattress in Canandaigua, NY where I purchased the items. They told me they couldn't do anything because it came from the warehouse. But they said on 3/29 they would call the warehouse to see what they could do??? Needless to say, no one called be back. So on 3/30/21, I called Metro again with the same answer. So they gave me the warehouse number with a new sales order, and they are now going to send me the base. I just want to say, why is it my job to call and get things done. Metro should be my contact to get things done??? I think I deserve something for my work on getting the job done..
