Stolen Cell phones

Kenneth Bayard hariss is fraudulently claiming he is my husband at metro T-Mobile I never married him he forged an online certificate in my name and his wife signed it and now I want to sue him with Jonathan Tang for all the money he used on T-money and my bills plus the phones that I pai for I am for the people not him.

If you check your call log, you will see it took me 3 days to reach a manager and I was on the phone for 42 minutes waiting for him! What *** and I emailed some Gary Alacron dude 3 days ago and no response? Tmobile sucks!

Defective phone. Store will not resolve.

I received a Google Pixel as a replacement in a timely manner only to find it defective. I called customer service and used insurance to get a replacement.

I was told to pack it back in the same way it came with a note indicating what was wrong. I did so, but don't ask...

Metro on Brittain Rd. Akron, Oh. sold me a OnePlus N30. I was so happy! I had a OnePlus a few years ago and really like them. I bring it home and it's behavior is erratic. Sometimes the buttons won't respond to your touch and I mean 5-8 times. It overheats, it freezes or will flip rapidly from screen to screen blank. I tried to get some resolution to the problem from the store and had to eventually speak with Customer Service 3 times to get a different phone. New phone came, but with no sim card. I have to start this charade once again. I'll wait til I'm rested from the weekend. I would have given more stars, but my first experience from this company was horrible. Let me say Customer Service with Metro is very good. They will stay on the job until you are satisfied. It just depends upon which store you go to first. Some like to help. Others don't. Online care is excellent. I guess it depends on which Metro you go to first. I finally received a working phone and straightened the issues out with the store on Darrow Rd. Thank you, Jenny:)

I Pay 160$ and got defective phone in store told me no solution

July 22, 2023 bought a phone 1 month service included. Phone is defective not working do not exempt it back in the store no repairs. In store, they say will call police on me cause me I am trowing my phone to the manager, this was false accusation. Next Metro store, the manager examen my phone and confirm us defective!!! Need my money back, please. . I am loosing money talking on my mother phone now, which is $12 a day because of this Fred happening. Address of the store is 12024 US 19 Hudson Fl. Canceling my account

Couldn't get my refund,my phone broke,and I wouldn't be able to get new phone until August.wasnt able to get one time pin, so nobody could help me. But two days ago I talked to representative he put my money back on my card I told him my phone was broke and he understood that I could not get the one-time pin went to three different stores one of them internet was down every day I went there the other one couldn't do it because they didn't have authority to do that. So I can't get my $50 back and then they want me to get a new phone next month I don't think so just when I needed that money this month I live on social security so I'm not going to get MetroPCS anymore I'm done with them cancel my phone 504-894-**** I've been with MetroPCS for at least 9 or 10 years and I still have the same number from from y'all that you gave us okay so I don't have no proof no receipt of anything cuz it's been a long time and I guess I threw it away but if you go online you'll see that I'm there I used to come in and pay my bill all the time until I do it with my autopay now. It's freaking ridiculous freaking ridiculous how you can't get no help but when you want to buy a phone or that would be glad to help you but to give you your money back good luck with that one

Just got real east from jail phone was hacked

Want my phone on I need it my phone on to contact family. I was falsely arrested on may 25 2023 Assault knowing I wouldnt hit no woman and was abused by sheriffs from palaski county Little Rock jail. Where I was humiliated by employers for Excessive force and authority abuse .Due to proper law Mirandize meant and Discrimination.

Have yet to receive a phone I purchased

Order Id # 810********. I ordered a phone and they sent it to the wrong address after asking me whats my address. I've called and spoke to atleast 5 different agents and no one seem to know what's going on. I would just like to get my phone that I purchased and has been expecting to receive.

So I have applied for the affordable captivity program was approved and they won't put it in the database system they refuse to so I've been a customer with them for 10 years I've had the same number same plan$50 plan unlimited everything so with the discount I am only paying $20 I have been paying $20 since August since this all started a year ago hasn't been taken care of has not been resolved it's getting worse I get my phone shut off every month it took me 26 hours to get it turned back on and they keep just messing with my account so I'm not not dealing with it I have enough stuff to deal with I am homeless right now so I sleep in my car and I'm it's crazy and I'm not getting help with that either now I have to put up with my cell phone every month I can shut off and they come up with the bizarre stories like because your number was switched that's why I have the same number for 10 years so and now I can't even get a hold of anybody 611 they say because this number is suspended we can't connect you to customer service *** with the things that they make up and they about my account and all the stuff it's like they're scamming us or they're scamming the government they mess with my account so much switch it switch the due date switch the plan they make up plans that they don't even have like I was on the $15 a month plan there's no $15 a month plan it's crazy so yeah I want Justice I want it fixed because once I get money I am out of there I am and not recommended it to anybody bad bad people bad customer service they're scamming the government

Make a complaint

For starters I've never had a problem with MetroPCS in the past I've had them as a provider for almost 7 years. I am a former AT&T director for engineering department for many years so I know how everything works the last experience I had purchasing a phone was absolutely horrendous that is the 856-481-**** number number. The person at the store in Lumberton New Jersey was very good his name is Al very nice very kind even though we've had a lot of bad experiences at this place he was very good he turned around and gave us a phone we got the phone from my girlfriend and it is absolutely terrible and it is the Samsung I can't remember what version she got but it does not work properly it takes forever to download connect to the internet everything I said I called back I like to return and get something different it was during a I had a new phone upgrade and they turned around and said that they do not do that on upgrades you cannot get a new phone or swap one out that I've had you for a provider for a long time and I thought at least it would be generous enough to let us swap out another phone and get one that works better even if it's a little bit more will pay for it this phone is absolutely terrible. Poor service

I bought a phone March 28th from MetroPCS for $288.44 it was a reve6pro and when I got this device it was not hooked up all the way I had to finish checking it up myself. I had an echo in it and you cannot hear nobody on the phone and they cannot hear you unless you had a Bluetooth speaker so they gave me a different one but it was refurbished it was already somebody else's problem and then I had called and left a message with corporate and got another new phone Samsung a14 did not want to work can I hold a charge then another one that drops phone calls you can't put all your information in it I wrote a Samsung a14 from corporate two of them from corporate one from the store and I paid $288.44 for it and I get a refurbished phone that was somebody else's headache and having problems with it already and they send it to me there's already having problems from day one how rude is that how does honest are they about taking care of their customers and treating them right but instead you get treated like you're a piece of dirt underneath the carpet that you can just walk all over that's unacceptable and that's not customer service like I don't know what people think they can do just by walking all over me but I have to talk to 26 agents already on customer service and every time I call I have to replace Pete myself 15 million times every agent plus I'm being sexually harassed by one of their agents that is on customer service name Eric m u h u r i r i from February 16th is following me on Instagram and nothing still has been done about it that's not right either and then two people change my service plans one from $70 to 15 freaking dollars and then down there what kind of crap is that and I'm supposed to be happy *** no sorry for my Frenchman no I'm very pissed off upset and if something don't happen and get it fixed soon cuz I use my phone for work I can't text nobody I can't message nobody on messenger cuz my stuff does not work and now my messages are not coming through my emails and here I also use it for my parole that I'm on paper to talk to my probation officer and I can't even get to send messages to like generally leave you know DHS office and this is not right you don't treat your customers like this if you want them to keep on coming especially when they bring 45 people when I leave I'm taking them with me watch they will follow me if this does not get resolved or anytime soon yeah I'm pissed and I have every right to be I've been locked over too many times by you guys and still nothing has been taken care of and that's unacceptable so thank you have a good day hopefully Sunday will least call me back and talk to me and treat me with respect and honor and loyalty you know instead of tell me one thing and I've been a value customer and a royal customer for nine and a half freaking years and you're about to lose it for the way that I'm being treated and I know you all don't want that ***

My phone was damaged I called in a claim they sent me your phone the phone they sent me was damaged it kept getting stuck on the opening screen I sent that one back the next phone they sent me it was damaged it still had somebody else's information on it I had to send that one back so I was still without a phone. So they sent me another phone this phone is damaged it keeps giving me a no service network provider I can't make or receive phone calls from time to time it drops calls in the middle of phone conversations. And I also want to at home business from this phone I have lost thousands of dollars in this past month because I have not had a phone. I asked the insurance company to send me your phone first so I can transfer all of my contacts and information so I won't lose it and go through the interest process that I went through the last two or three times spoke with a supervisor and she said that she would do it as long as I said my old phone back within 14 days my account would not be charged I forget the dollar amount I think it was like $750 for the device and I said I would I said when I get to the post office I would call you and let you know that device is in the mail and also give you the tracking number they said that would be fine and it would be no problem your phone would be there tomorrow by 7:00 p.m. I never got the phone. I've been with Metro really for over 20 plus years I've had this number for over 10 years previously I was in Jacksonville and in Miami with two other numbers this is ridiculous I've never been treated like this when I've had an issue with a device that has been broken. For a customer to be without a phone for a month you can go back in my file and look at how many times I have called regarding the same issue about my phone and not being able to make or receive calls. And then for them not to send me your phone when they said they would send me your phone and the fact that I had to go buy a whole another phone just to be able to talk on the phone to even call to make a complaint about Metro phone is ridiculous. Y'all need to do better I'm disgusted

I've applied and been approved for the ACP program three times now. A manager at the Metro corporate store here in Austin keep telling me that I'm going to have to reapply. I already have my confirmation number, and now I've had it three times, but I was dropped again in the last few days, reapplied and got re-confirmed. The strange thing is, he keeps applying $10 payments and doesn't use the affordable connectivity program. He drops me from it, and then "someone, somehow" opened up an e-wallet, which is right there on my account record (I don't have an ewallet) and used that for a payment one month. I have MS, I can't go to the corporate store every month, but that's what I've been having to do. I have records of everything that I've said that $10 payments and the affordable activity program dropping me via Metro by T-Mobile. Reapplications reverifications non-stop and then I read on Reddit and Quora that Metro was involved in a lawsuit with the ACP regarding a scam going on (please Google this for yourself) and I guess now I'm a part of that?
