How does it feel Capitol One Executives to steel from a single mom with 2 children and a social worker for THREE (3) years?Oh yes, you were willing to accept my monthly, on time payment month after month, but you weren't willing to hand over the money to the new account holder after you sold my account to Norm Capitol Holdings. After I honored my agreement and never missed a payment I have a collection agency in the waiting room of the clinic where I work because you won't release the funds I paid you and you're holding them in a "courtesy account." Today you admitted to selling my account with only $940.00 remaining and you did not care that a collection agency is attempting to collect the original amount + 22% interest totaling 7,000.00. I ve never owed that much on anything in my life with exception to my college student loan. To think I moved into a hotel room with a kitchenette in order to be able to make my payment as agreed. In return, you stole from me.
