Policy payment

No reason why in 2022 I should have to get my mother to write a check on a yearly basis. I called in and the voice assistant SUCKS and the customer care was even less responsive.

Metlife is criminal

"Not being honest" Really? I thought I was downright specific If I typed out my whole issues blow by blow it would take me more time than I have. I also am not going to post personal medical records, especially for you. If Metlife wants to they are more than welcome to take me to court for defamation and I will countersue and win. Here are a few "specifics" for you, who call me dishonest I have a chronic nuerological medical condition as diagnosed by over 8 doctors who have been treating me for over 10 years. I have brain damage from this issue I can not work Metlife gives false information in writing, has lied, has not had ONE ACTUAL DOCTOR SET EYES ON ME AND WON'T PAY DISABILITY even though I have paid into it for over 20 years. Is this specific enough for you? How dare you question my honesty. You are just like the doctors who work for metlife, making diagnosis with NEVER ACTUALLY SEEING THE PERSON. I stand 100% by every single word I said in my review You either work for Metlife, own shares or something or are just an a--hole internet bully troll

Metlife failed to contact me

I received two different premium payment amounts, I called several times, no explanation of my account. Asked to have a supervisor call me several times, no reply. I asked for a letter explaining billing and policy, no reply. I called again today the agent said Metlife has tried to contact me several times, I never received any calls or messages from Metlife. Im totally frustrated with Metlife.

This company is criminal and should be shut down

Metlife won't call you back Keeps false notes CS is ridiculous can never talk to someone to help you THIS COMPANY WILL NOT PAY YOU ONE DIME IF you have a cripiling medical disease, they deny, deny, deny based on zero evidence and never seeing the patient, Paid Doctors to deny any/all claims send misinformation about what agency to contact if you have issues who is responsible for the oversite of this company IYou have been warned, do not do business with these people they are corrupt and follow no rules AT ALL Get run over by a bus and can't walk? NO denied-you can sit at a desk Have end of stage liver cancer, screw you DENIED, work until you die you will get no help This is not an exaggeration. The employees who work for this company must be desperate to uphold this scam of a company I'd rather die of starvation than implement METlife criminal activity against sick and ill premium paying people. Frustrated & Yet to Helped

I asked for a copy of my homeowners policy to be sent to me. I was told it would be faxed to me within 5 to 15 mins. After not receiving it in almost 30 mins. i was told the same thing, Again now after 2hrs I still a have not gotten a copy. And when I try to speak to someone about having it mailed to me I keep getting hung up on. What is it gonna take to get the documents i want. Farmers says they can't help me and looks like MetLife can't either.

Refund

I have called two times and ask for a refund check first time was three months the second time has been for about 3 weeks still have not received my refund check or confirmation that it is been sent denied nothing I've not received any information about my refund check please figure it out and do something thank you

Not Paid for Moms Life Insurance policy! Its been almost 20 years since she passed!

MetLife Is a Fraud Insurance Company, Please do not invest any money in their policies. It has been 20 years since my mom died, and they never ever made an attempt to reach me like AAA did 2 Days after my mom passed! I found out about the policy 3 years ago, and they still haven't paid out. They have lied to me about even have me at the bank for nothing! They have continued to lie and string me along for 3 years now, still no payment! I don't believe they have any intention of paying me, so I'm in the process of contacting CNN and going public! They are Frauds! Please don't do any business with them!

Wrong cash surrender value statement. Policy #956 51* 443 as of Nov 13, 2019.

Dear Sir/Madam, I attached 2 cash surrender value statements from Metlife Insurance. I believe that the cash surrender value statement of Monachan Kochummen policy # 956 51* 443 as of Nov 13, 2019, is wrong based on the following facts. As of May 12, 2019, the cash surrender value of this policy is $46,062,41. As of Nov 13, 2019, the cash surrender value of this policy is $35,750.00. As of Feb 25, 2020, the cash surrender value of this policy is $47,794.54. Around $12,000.00 difference. . And moreover, based on the other attached statement (Alvin's statement), this statement is missing one value "cash value of Al". So, send me the cash surrender value of policy #956 51* 443 as of Nov 13, 2019, in the same format as in Alvin's insurance statement including the "cash value of Al".
