What hasn't happened. Someone gets in my account more then once but they say it's my fault. But I've read that this happens to everyone with these cards and they won't give back my money

Yesterday I went to do a cash advance withdraw at Wells Fargo in North Birmingham and my NetSpend card was declined so I went to another Wells Fargo bank in gardendale to do the same thing but this time a lower amount but my card was still declined. What can I do to withdraw 6800 out from my account with out being declined. I'm trying to get me a vehicle so I can get back and forth to work so I won't loose my job. I'm gonna try more time again tomorrow but I need some one to explain to me what I need to do to get that much amount out without my debit card being declined

Money issue
I purchased a prepaid card that was a non reloadable. Once the card was spent I threw the card away as it was non reloadable. A month later a company reversed to payment and it went on to the missing card. It wasn't missing it was thrown away because it was non reloadable. However this non-reloadable card took this payment, I no longer have the card because I threw it away because it was non reloadable. I only have the last four digits some transaction numbers and a reference number of the reversed payment, however no one can help me find my money.

Mastercard debt bad card missing numbers

I purchased a Visa Vanilla Gift Card for $300.00 and I was informed by customer service in the Philippines the card number was stolen and customer service mailed a new card to my PO Box. However, $226.16 is imprinted on the lower left corner of the new card and the balance was 16 cents when I checked. Customer service alleged the card was used to gamble on the Internet and they are sorry I wasted $300.00 and wished me a nice day. I have never gambled in my life. I emailed Meta bank and the respondent "passed the buck, " I obtained a telephone number for Metabank and the person who answered my call requested necessary information, and claimed he would report the issue and I would receive a call regarding this issue, That was several days ago and I have not received a call re this fraud. I am attempting to rectify the said fraud and theft in an amicable fashion and refrain from characterizing Metabank as the Plaintiff in a civil action the appropriate United States District Court, inter alia. Please respond lets rectify this matter.

Defective gift card
On 7/26/22 I purchased 2 $100 master card gift cards at Home Depot in Medina, Ohio. When the cards were opened, neither card had a card number or expiration date on them. I have tried to call you and was unable to reach anyone that could assist me. Please make me whole in this matter. I have the receipts and the worthless cards.

I tried to talk to meditate at first and they said that they see the money in the account and they see my name on it but they said this NetSpend is the one that got the car but I had no infants but about it ain't nobody tried to help me or do nothing about it
