Oculus doesn't work and there is no customer service. Several attempts have been made for over a year.

I had my cousin help me to signed up for Meta Quest. And she can't remember which email she used or the password as well. So I have her reaching back out to Meta Quest for at least the email address that is assigned. And maybe she can reset the password. I haven't been able to play any of the games yet.

My controller won't connect
Controller will not pair. The only blinks 3 times then stops. I changed the batteries and then I cleaned the controller still won't connect.

I requested a refund a few days ago i never got and now it says refund declined and I cant play the game because I am in a wheelchair and it isnt doesnt feel good while I play because some times I hit my hand on the sides of my wheelchair and the day I refund it I almost broke my finger and my wheelchair and I am in so much pain.

Unauthorized charge on my credit card
I have 12 unauthorized charges on my bank statement. I was charged $10.81 7 times within 6 days. 14.06 was charged once on July 5th. I was charged $5.40 twelve times on July 5th. These are bogus charges and I am requesting a refund!
