Try to settle a old debt

They just keep transferring me and no answer to the number they transfer me to just want to see how can I settle

Credit card

Was charged fees before getting the card or even the account number or activating the account. Called customer service and basically was told "That's how we do things". Had I been aware of that before applying I would have not applied for a credit card through Merrick. Can't cancel now because I owe money on an account that I don't even have a number for or the actual card. Was also told all the user agreement info will be with the card. I received no email about approval or user agreements, was also told "we don't send emails about that"

To Open a chicken count

Nothing happened I wanted to open a checking account there was no problem with Merit Bank I'm still waiting to hear if I can open a checking account would greatly appreciate and you helping me if possible or letting me know what can be done thank I would like to know if you have an office in Flint Michigan around Flint Michigan thank you

Dispute

My problem is That I feel like I have done good by This Bank and this is the only time that about went over and I caught it and I sent a payment of $50 in to take care of it so that when the interest went on it would not go over but the statement is not even showing $50 gone in 14 July like it should be and I got a big runaround from everybody Ive talked to at customer serviceEspecially the guy I talked to last saying that Merrick Bank couldnt do nothing to help me after sending my info to the credit bureau which knocked my credit score down eight points.He said it was sent electronically kept saying he had nothing to do with the credit bureau I was not even talking to him about that and he just kept saying I had to contact the credit bureau and on the last he laughed at me and told me that its a virtual bank Ive had this card since 21 and no one has ever told me that and I dont appreciate being laughed at. im sure that I even made more than my minimum sometimes when I could well he wants to talk about is the cash advances that was taken out well in my opinion if you dont want cash advances took out then you shouldnt have them on there. I was talking to people and tell them how good Card this was but it will never happen again unless something is straightened up and you straighten my credit back up and then Ill consider it.

Ive been calling merricj bank to dispute any fraud charges in my cc and none has been done. No one answered the ohone. I am always transferred to ans waited hours to nithing. This is insane. I

This is frustrating. My account has been on freeze for thsi fraudulent charges ans everytime i call i am transferred to card dpt and waited hours every time. Been calling teo diffrent numbers and nothings has been resolved.

Lost credit card

I should have received the card by now. I called to report that last week. Now today I received a notice with a pin #. The notice says if I have not received the card yet to call customer service. None of your 877 or 800 numbers are working!!!

Fraudulent charges

I have quite a # of fraudulent charges on my card, i have tried calling numerous times, holding as long as an hr. No one else seems able to help with this bogus charges. What is the solution if I can never get thru

TOTAL LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

My bill is current - but had to change acct at my bank - however, payment submitted which will be rejected and I wanted to give them a headsup and made another payment immediately...wanted to talk with someone - was on hold over 4 hours!! Still no customer service contact! CLOSING MY ACCOUNT!

Rude Agents

I have never been treated so badly by the customer service agents. Meaning, refusal of assistance & hanging up or leaving me on hold. I was told they do not make callbacks, if disconnected, they only accept incoming, giving different information from each agent & on hold for a supervisor for exactly 40 mins & no1 ever pick up. This is totally unacceptable & displeased.

Restricted Account and NO HELP!!!!

Really not sure why?? but my card was restricted and locked out. I was trying to pay for a purchase. I called the customer service line as instructed and was placed on hour for over 1 hour and a half. I called back thinking that the call had dropped only get another customer service rep that could not assist me with the issues that I was experiencing. This was the second rep that stated that he could not help me. I wonder how many others customer's have had the same experience.

Fraudulent Charges

I noticed additional charges added to my account and filed a dispute with them. Instead of looking out for the consumer they side with the fraudulent culprits. I will never do business with them again. By the way they do not provide details of illegitimate charges either, beware of this shady business.

Worse Than One-Star

info@***.com is not a valid email address. This bank is fake AF. I was approved and not sent any kind of confirmation. I cant get ahold of anyone in order to find my information. How am I supposed to create and view my account if you wont give me my ***
