Hi I ordered McDonalds through Menulog on 20/08/2023 it was the wrong order I called McDonalds they told me they cant do anything I have to call Menulog I tried but couldnt get through I want a refund as I couldnt eat the meal I am disgusted that you wont give me a refund poor service by you

My order didn't come

I ordered it from Ozkebab for late dinner today and the stamp card was available. So I ordered kebab using the $33.58 stamp card, but my food didn't come, and the menu log said they would only refund $20 vouchers and the remaining $16. So I just asked for stamp card money back after that menulog closed the chat window. a really bad service

Order Never Arrived

I submitted an order recently, and although it says it has been delivered, it has not been delivered. I checked everywhere around my house, even looked at the neighbors houses, nothing at all. I just spoke with someone via online chat who was no help at all. He claimed that because the status was delivered and according to him the address I had provided on the chat was different to the one on the order, that he could not provide a refund. I double checked my address on the order and I had the correct address. I ended up ordering the same thing immediately after realising my order was obviously delivered to some random place. The order arrived a second time, so clearly the address was correct. I was refused a refund. Appalling

I have paid for background check and the all steps of completed but my account is not active yet and in app it shows that complete all steps please solve this issue

A complaint with the service

On last Thursday, our restaurant received a pre order at 12pm. Our chef made the food after the order had been confirmed around 3pm. The delivery staff attended around 3.15pm and I handed the food to him after he told me the correct order number. Unfortunately, my restaurant received a cancelation of that order after 5mins. How did it happen? Unacceptable! How did the company train the staff properly?

Worst customer service

My meal was delivered 23rd July but no drinks delivered. I paid extra changed the drinks option. I have tried to call restaurant no amswer at all. Even if Menulog customer service no contact at all till today 24th July. It is the worst experience ever. I will not use this app again. Also, no customer contact phone number Menulog.

Did not receive order or a refund

I ordered $80 worth of takeaway which was never delivered. I rang the restaurant who said the driver picked up the order and to contact Menulog. As I couldnt find a number, I attempted to resolve the on their website. They use bots who are programmed to reject a refund. They left the chat 5 times before even attempting to resolve the complaint. I have deleted the app and will never use them again.

NeOrder delivered but not received!!! AND when I try to call all numbers are not connected!!! Absolutely rubbish service.

Had to call Menue log just needed a phone # don’t list anywhere it was not a straight forward question do could not pick any of your pre loaded questions ..

Ordered through Hungry jacks app which apparently goes through you tech issue at HJs so you did not get order and they would not refund me. After about hour and half finally got onto person in customer service HJs and they refunded Just supply phone numbers to call in person

Try set up my account and there is issue

I have paid 40$ and uploaded my own bag picture too. After that you told me to wait for 48 hours to activate my menulog driver account. Its more than 2 weeks that I cannot activate my account. So please help me to get my account activated.

Your email you sent me for my refund say the page no longer exist

My food was cooked at 18:39. It arrived at 19:48. It's an 8 min driver from the restaurant. The first driver cancelled because he picks up 2 meals at a time and I said I was going to report him. Only because he took my meal 15mins away in the opposite direction. So the 8 min trip took 40 mins.
