Verbal Assault from one of your employees

I went to one of your stores in Champaign,ILLINOIS and was verbally assaulted and threaten to be delt with,then said quote "B**** I will kill you" unquote. Then mire words at me while in my car in the store's parking lot. I contacted so called store Directoer and was snowballed on the phone and (I felt),blew off. I have emailed your corporation before and still noone contacted me. As thou it ment mothing,ignore...ook

ABOVE and BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Excellant Customer Service at My local West Bend Meijers location. Sharon P. Explained the MPerks to me after coming out from behind her register to teach me on my phone. I saved over $35.00 dollars on MPerks and over $17.00 more on Meijers coupons! Now I will be able to easily access new savings at Meijers, simply on my phone!

Praise a Customer Cashier for kind and efficient assistance in understanding the new Perks program.

I has been overwhelmed trying to understand how to cash in my Meijers Perks. It's was well over $35.00 and as a retire, I really wanted to use the rewards due to me. The cashiers name was Sharon P. Sge kindly cane out from he4 cashier station and not only informed me..she TAUGHT me how to redeem them..then walked me.through redeeming the points as I checked out. Other Customers came behind me .she continued to help me. Using the Rewards as well S Meijers coupons, I saved over $50.00 ..and came away with an education as well.There are four other major grocery stores in my town..NONE displays this consistent consideration. Bravo Sharon P. Bravo Meijers.Meijers.

I had intended to stop by meijer for cash back because my bank DFCU Financial close by did not have power after a storm. When I first entered Myers at the front of the store I had approached to Myer employees working near the self check out I had asked both of them if cashback was available at the self checkouts they said yes I then approached a another self check out staff member before going up to the register and asked which self check out lanes allowed cashback they told me the numbers and I had waited patiently . I checked out by scanning a drink beverage and hopes to select the cash back amount upon check out the check out lane head ignored the cashback option and charge my bank card for the drink and printed the receipt. I had to approach the employee again and asked about the cashback nounavailable at the checkout lane I was in they told me I needed to go see customer service customer service had 5 people in line waiting. So I had to then go stand in line for about 10 minutes and wait to finally speak with a customer service cashier who had told me she no longer is able to do cash back and told me I need See a cashier at a checkout lane which also had long wait times no less than 3 customers in line waiting. I told the customer service cashier that was not acceptable and that I wish to have a manager or supervisor on the floor helped check me out at a lane that was closed down so I could quickly do the cash back transaction because I was now late for an appointment . The customer service cash here found someone who walked me over to not 1 but 3 cash registers that would not allow the employee or did not have cash in the drawer to help me with the cash back. So finally after 5 minutes of dancing afound the Meyer's cash register area he led me over to a cashier who had 4 customers in line waiting to have me skip the line try and help me get the cash back needed the cashier was knowledgeable about the cash back check out process when using a debit card she told me I needed to use the chip reader I then used the chip reader with my debit and the highest amount of cashback available was $50. Never have I ever known that the policy has changed with the amount of Cashback was available and I'm sure other customers are not aware of this either. I am used to another option upon check out with the cash back option so this was a huge inconvenience for me. Since I was unable to Receive $80 in cash back which I had intended to from the very beginning of my mission the cashier had told me I need to go back to customer service to wait in line and then return the drink beverage I had purchased for the same amount of money I would have spent at an AAM withdrawing the money And its service fee. This was a complete waste of my time and I felt extremely frustrated that no one was able to help me after the first disappointment add the self check out. I am unsure if there's managers or supervisors anymore who are available at your grocery store in Ann Arbor Michigan Jackson road 48103 location but I will not be Using any other services other than grocery shopping for food items I know I can easily self checkout myself. I also will not be using the meijer pharmacy at that same location because of unpleasant service I had experienced a month ago dealing with the managing pharmacist.pharmacist.no

Terrible return policy

I've shopped at Meijer forever and I do enjoy the store. But to be unable to return something as lame as an Xbox controller for a refund if it doesn't work on a Windows system, that is horrible. I will purchase much less from them in the future. Plenty of other stores would accept this return. RIP meijer. Electronics department.

Poor quality product/Poor customer service

I opened cans of Meijer dog food and found nothing but gravy without any dog food. There were three in a case of twelve. I have screenshots of the cans and the barcode from at least one can. After contacting Meijer, I received no response. Even with their product guarantee!!

Minor complaint

Why is the packaging on some of the deli items suddenly ridiculously difficult to get into?. The entry into prepared meals because of the glue on the cellophane and fruit pull tabs are impossible for even able bodied folks. Older customers with arthritis in their hands have no chance to open them successfully. Strawberries went flying all over the room today! its absurd. I dont want to stop buying at your stores, but if i cant access product whats the point? Dave Morgan dmorga02@***.com

Medication problem

Not able to get my gs controlled meds on time and they're not mixed. It comes in powder form, pharmacist has to mix it. 2 months in a row I've had to take it back. Last month meds were a week late, this month 2 weeks late. No reason or it, it's an ongoing prescription. Why can't they keep one on stock? Frustrating, time to switch pharmacies.

Nothing on the shelf!!!

Everytime I go into you store on Lake Michigan Drive in Standale there is nothing on the shelf, for now I will shop at family fare I end up there anyway thank you.Patricia Wells

Pharmacy complaint

Last week Tuesday my husband put in a request for his three medications to be refilled He received a text that his pills would be ready on Thursday after 2:00. I arrived at that specified time and was told his pills were not available. Explained to me that the transfer Rx from Walgreens in Florida was received but put on file. Was told they would be ready in an hour. Due to another appointment I was not able to wait. Assuming what I was told was correct I returned on Sunday to get the meds. I was told that the meds were not available because another pharmacy had put in an insurance claim and told me they had no idea what pharmacy did that even though they knew where the transfer came from. By now my husband was totally out of meds. I could only get the meds if I was willing to use a discount card and I would have to call my insurance company. Being Sunday that was not an option. I asked why they didnt follow up with a phone call to my husband when they became aware of the problem. Was told that they have thousands of transfers and could not do this. My husband then made a phone call to the Walgreens in Florida and the issue was resolved in minutes once we were made aware of the problem. I feel I got nothing but a run around. They knew we needed these scripts to be filled but made no effort to make us aware of the problem. Once the scripts were filled (3) the paperwork on one had written on it that the script may be less expensive if we used a discount card. I was not familiar with the process and asked for information. The clerk seemed rude and said well I would have to look it up and then redo the costs. Acting like I was asking her to cut off a finger or something worse. She did it after I continued to want know more about this option which took her about three minutes! I expect better service than this. We have been Meier Pharmacy customers for years. If I am treated like this again I will move to a Home Town Pharmacy!

4 YEARS OF HASSLES AT FT. GRATIOT MI SELF-CHECKOUT SYSTEMS

IS THERE ANYBODY ELSE OUT THERE WHO HATES OR IS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED WITH MEIJERS SHODDY SELF-CHECKOUT SYSTEM ? (especially the Ft. Gratiot MI location). Ive been having trouble with both the lousy old and the recent new and improved (?) self-checkout systems for about 4 years now. The old constantly red and green lights stopping and then clearing the way to continue, the lights sometimes flash red then green so often they should use them for blinking Christmas lights. Lots of wait for attendant notices (key word here is WAIT), machine stopping your order with a red light somehow thinking its a separate order (not exactly Artificial Intelligence), see the line youre in get the dreaded red light and jump to another? That lane often will get the red light too. Other glitches also. On to the new and improved system. The machines will often spit back or reject perfectly new and fine bills from the on-site ATM or my bank. Over and over. Often the few and sometimes overwhelmed human attendants cant get to you, will walk right by you and say Ill be back to help you in a minute and then disappear to the back of the store to put items back. Other attendants will come over and push the wrong button to solve your problem and cause more delays. Im missed a dozen or so buses at least by just a minute or half a minute over the last 4 years. I end up spending 1-1/2 hours for 30 minutes of shopping and 10-20 minutes of of checking out. Try allowing for more time you say? I allowed an extra 10 minutes last night and STILL missed another bus. Again. I complain half the time, but get lame apologies, lip-service about speaking to the employees and improving things, etc. but the same problems keep happening, even with their shiny new and improved system. THEY DONT OR CANT FIX THINGS. Or maybe dont really care. I know a couple of people who also dont like the Meiers checkout experience. Even some of their employees dont like it! Ive cut back my Ft. Gratiot Meijers shopping by 2/3s. Maybe I need to skip them even more. Feel free to post your own horror stories. Also if you put some change into the machine to cover the coin, sometimes you have to put more than necessary in. The worst being having to put somewhere over 40 cents in to cover 31 cents.

Patio set

I bought a patio said that had three left sides and one right so I have one chair and a table. The patio set came from letright that is in china. I cant get in contact with them but you guys sold it and I need a resolution to this problem. The name of the set is galena it has 2 chairs and a table

Overcharged 20

Hello on my recent delivery I made sure to add 75$ of baby stuff to get $20 coupon but apparently it didnt do it? I would like to know why as the order was a lot more expensive than what I was expecting it to be. My total was to be 117 and I paid 162. While my shopper was great and delivered things promptly I feel like it's false advertising

Bad customer experience from rude employee.

Good morning. Today is a better day for me. Unfortunately I had an embarrassing rude experience by a female employee, on the date 04/23/2023. Located at my local Meijer at the address, 205 South Range Road. Marysville, Michigan, 48040. Phone # (810)388-****. I went in the store to purchase milk, and sausage at around 5:00pm, for breakfast the next morning. When I went thru the self checkout, after scanning my items, I realized, that I lost change in my pocket from *** in my pants pocket I didn't know about. I still had all the money, accept I was 20 cents short from finishing my purchase after losing my change by accident. I told the self checkout employee what happened, and that I'd go out to car to get the 20 cents to finish the purchase. Very rudely, she said you don't have a debit card? Nothing else to cover it very loud, which embarrassed me, because another customer offered to pay for my purchase. But, I told them no, that I have the money. She just needs to hold my 2 items till I come back from my car. She didn't. She cancelled the order, and gave the items to customer service. Cause I came back in from my car, with the money that I had lost in the store, and asked her if she held the items. She replied in a rude manner that they were too busy to wait, and she took the items to customer service. The. I found out that customer service had put the items back! This is after 1 hour has went by since I entered the store. I'm disabled, and it's very hard for me to move around too much! I went to get the items for a 2nd time located in the very back of the store, and came back to self checkout. Another employee seen me go thru all this, and apologized, and said they have a petty change drawer from when people leave their loose change, and that she should of went, and got 20 cents for me to avoid this whole situation! Which was completely rude, embarrassing, and painful with my disabilities. That took a total of 2 hours from all that occurred since I entered the store, got my items twice, and waited in line twice, and went back to my car twice! All over 20 cents! I've spent an average of almost $10,000.00 at my Marysville, Michigan Meijer's among other Meijer's in Michigan since I was teenager, and I'm a disabled 40 year old now! Of course I appreciate how the new self checkouts are faster, and how I've been treated so nice by many employees! But, since our city has become more populated in the last 2 years, this Meijer has become chaos, filled with rude customers, and new employees that are extremely overwhelmed? Or something? I've never been treated so rude by an employee, and so embarrassed then this day ever! I went out to my car with an anxiety attack leaving me in tears! Unless I can be compensated, or offered grocery credit for what I went through, and experienced on this terrible day, I will never step in or spend another cent in any Meijer store ever again, and I will make sure my story is heard well throughout social media, and emailed to channel 4 news, so nobody has to go through or experience what I did that day. But, I decided to email Meijer giving the higher up corporate staff this story to help me back in return, before I go any further with it.
