Upset

Could not help even a little bit. If you are late or have an urgent emergency, they will not consider anything you have going on. I would never recommend someone to book tickets with a buss that does not show and accommodations to your errors. It's complicated to understand these types of policies, whereas they don't care how the customer will get around after bud date is set and PAID for !!.

No help when seeking clarification

NoThe agent was talking over before even understanding the issue. Booked tickets and had to cancel and rebook for another time. Process worked for one person. But I was trying to book for another person and I cant see the funds anywhere. Not asking to refund to card, but show me the cancelled value so I can rebook. All this happened in a span of 3 hours.

Am waiting to board mega bus bound for Atlanta at 1730 hrs

Kindle refer my E-mail dated 23rd August 2023 expressing my total dissatisfaction about the way in which your company handled my booking. I reached the bus terminal one hour earlier to board the bus. But, strangely your nominated bus did not turn up till 1730 hrs. and added to that there was no communication. Finally, without any joe, I had to return home with much disappointment by spending USD 100.00 towards to and fro charges to bus terminal.Worst service I ever came across.

Bus didn't come to the designated bus station

On 4th August l waited for more than 3 hours at Lynchburg train station for a bus which was running late as per bus tracking system. The bus never showed up. I called the mega bus office and they kept me on hold forever.

Driver (Barbara) was very unprofessional, rude, yelling at a family, wouldn't let them or my daughter board because of their suitcases (within standard size of their policy)

My daughter has been taking the mega bus for 3 years now back n forth to NYC To State College Pa to visit home. NEVER had an issue until today. The bus driver (Barbara) refused to let her board. She said her suitcase was too big. It is within specifications required to board the bus, she yelled at her, was extremely rude and unprofessional, she also threw off a family of 4 for the same reason. She did not load Any of the suitcases of any passengers like all the other drivers before. This is my daughter's 30th trip. I spend a lot of money on bus tickets with this company, never had to deal with this before with Megabus. Im very disappointed, and hope I get reimbursed for her ticket, as now I will have to take a day off of work to drive her to NYC myself. She stood there and took pictures of us while we were taking pictures of the bus #

Miss my bus because of new location

Mega bus has changed location and I waited 30 minutes at the old station. I didnt look at my paperwork

Bus broke down customer svc helpless

The bus broke down and after getting two emails between 2 & 2:30pm that a replacement bus was enroute with an eta of two hours ,Im still stuck in the station with my young children win no update or communication from megabus. There are families here trying to get home. WHERE IS THE BUS

Return ticket

They were not willing to refund my ticket and I have a death in the family.I called and was on hold for a very long time. The representative does not talk good English and they seem bothered and annoyed just to answer the phone. It was a horrible experience that I received I usually travel by greyhound if I have to ride out of state. I will never choose megabus again

Driver issue

Nothing on the website saying the carry on bag couldnt have wheels Driver was incredibly rude, short-tempered, and kept saying that he doesn't need to follow policy. He was unwilling to listen or help provide a solution except for leave the bag here. He kept stating hes been working here for 40 years so he can do whatever he wants.

Bus driver will not leave

She is 35 minutes late leaving and a *** Will not leave, cleaning everything, nasty. Unresponsive and hostile

Freezing the passengers

The temperature was freezing cold on high. Multiple riders had went to mention it to him. Then the girl next to mine went & told him & he told her there wasnt anything he could do. Theres no heat on the bus. So he didnt know what to tell her.

I need to reshule

No bus station in Dallas Texas no bus showed up last night we were left out there no pick up bad locations need more help and am appointments for people to get home early l will be returning to greyhound bus station now

Need a replacement ticket,missed my bus

The policy on transferring reservations needs to be more accessible and should have some provisions that will prevent customers from losing out on the full price of a missed excursion. It seems as if Megabus is only out to make money in a subtle predatory manner as opposed to securing lifelong customers.

I just needed to purchase two tickets front row at the top. Your customer service was so helpful and thoughtful and taking everything into consideration. God bless you all.

I was told Thank You for purchase but never a confirmation

I thought I purchased a ticket 3/17/22 For $39.74 from San Antonio to Katy Mills on Sunday. Got a Thank You but never a confirmation and money is still on hold with bank. I had to check on Sunday but money still on hold in account! I finally got a response at Just Answer and told the ticket was released so I assumed it wasnt sold to me but someone else but no message from you of that fact or a refund option?? I had to repurchase a ticket on 3/19/23 $36.74 which I did purchase and got conformation and ticket info. for my cousin to travel with! I contacted the bank Monday 3/20/23 money still on hold. Tuesday 3/21/23 called bank again to cancel transaction and refund me.
