I love the products. I wàs just checking on next delivery date. Ty so much for the continued checks on my phone call.

Very happy with products. I just needed to know when next delivery date will be. I do however have plenty of some products but on schedule for others. Can you just get what you need? I can just stock up on others to stay on schedule. Thanks again for your help.

Absolutely nightmare

Products didnt work, enrolled in auto delivery without permission. After I returned product they only refunded partial even though they stated they would refund the full amount. This company practices deception.

2 poor customer service and communication

So far I like the product however customer service and website and emailing are terrible. Makes me want to cancel. Every link I try to click on doesnt work. I tried to send an email and it wouldnt let me saying I reached my limit. However I have never even sent an email. It is extremely frustrating and doesnt leave me much faith in the company.

Product changes

I need stop order for. 1. the lifting eye cream 2. Revive and brighten eye mask 3. Cream of serum 4.dark spot remover. Please send the skin brighting treatment instead of the spot remover. Rest of order is fine.

I cancelled at the time of purchase, charged again and did not receive the product I didnt want and was charged.

Replacement of product

The pump on the product didnt work and I needed to call to have it replaced in. My request was handled promptly. The company has been very helpful in the past.

Horrible customer service policies.

Tried to cancel subscription but held to payment options for three months. Order shipped even though I tried to cancel it.

I tried to call meaningful beauty 3 times and no one would answer. I want to cancel my si subscription because it is getting too expensive. The shipping is more than I can afford.

Cannot access my account

I placed an order on February 25, 2023 but i haven't received any feedback concerning my order. The order was a 7 PC anti age package. When i tried logging onto my account i was told that my password was incorrect where it shouldn't have been. I proceeded to reset my password and it still didn't work. Can I get an update on my order.
