This is the 6th time I have contacted you about this subscription. Not sure why it keeps appearing on my credit card statement. An employee used this service once and cancelled immediately; however, we continue to receive monthly charges for $19.95. This is ridiculous and I am contacting the better business bureau. We are a small non-profit agency, we do not use this service and demand it be cancelled immediately. What a waste of money and such a sham that you would even think to continually charge our organization. The service was not even worth the one time we did check it out, let alone to continue a subscription.
