i will most likely go to another maccas, and if the problem happens there no more maccas

i am pregnant, and have been craving fresh maccas frys, and i can only have it fresh, so i went to golden grove maccas and i asked for fresh and said im happy to be parked and to wait for them, they said yes and parked me 5 minutes later they came out and gave me my food, my frys were not fresh and the were pieces of hardness in it, so i call up and say hey these arent fresh, and the manager called Amber said she had put fresh ones on, and theres no old ones, ive had issues with amber before esspecially eggs shells. So unfortunately i had to throw out my chips and i did not get a refund or exchange my chips for fresh ones. They dont even look fresh.

I ordered a family meal Deal with 6 burgers at 44 dollers and only got 5

I havnt received a refund and also it happened again in footscrey McDonald's it's not right !!! A big Mac with one order and 2 quarter pounder with a second order I was missing both times I was running late toallointements and was very angry. So didn't come back thankyou very much

Overcharge

We were over charged by someone else's order at Warner QLD drive thru. We ordered on my app and used my partners card. We ordered 2 iced latte's and were charged $46.85. Maccas my app and my partners bank acc are proof. Regards Matthew Petersen

I did not receive my order

I did not receive my order! It took an hour wait to notice it wasnt delivered when saying delivered on the app, no one is responding to me calls, emails nor contact requests.

Bloody *** customer service,

Missing items again after going through drive through at Dapto. Tried to call them straight away and they let phone ring out again and again and again.

Wrong Order served

Hi Team, This is to bring to your notice I visited to the McDonalds situated in Lidcome,NSW Address 9-15 Vaughan St,Lidcome,NSW with 2 of my friends for dinner and all the items ordered were of Chicken and I got served Beef in a Chicken and Cheese Packaging which was packed by the Shift manager named Pragati.My religious does not allow me to consume beef and my religious beliefs have been tossed and taken for granted.Im shocked and appalled with the complete scenario and scared as an customer to order food henceforth with any other branch of Maccas.Please take due cognisance of the grave issue and initiate required steps to avoid any such mishaps in the future. Thanks & Regards

Did not receive refund for food not packed thru drive through

Went to Blaxand Maccas drive through with a $82 order. The food and burgers were packed and made in a disorderly manner. Drove to Winmalee 15 min later and the 20 nuggets were not placed in the bags. Called Blaxland Maccas as was not given a receipt and I wanted either for them to give me the nuggets or refund them. When called the first time the manager repeated you didnt get your nuggets. Silence followed then she hung up. When called again the manager said I need to look through the orders. Then he said, there were no nuggets left at the drive through so he couldnt see how I didnt get them. By this time I raised my voice to rebuke his remark. He said I was rude and he was going to hang up on me. I said if he wasnt going to help me Id call head office. He responded call them and he hung up on me. After using this site I got through to customer service. They immediately investigated and I received a refund. Thank you maccas head office and pissed consumer. Dont go to Blaxland Maccas - it might be a franchise or just have bad managers with bad customer service. Ive never had a prob with Maccas before so Im not upset with the company.

Wtactual??!!!

You guys need to lift YOUR game. One weeks of experiences with you guys - going back for weeks too now lets see: We placed our order. No sundae. Placed another order and asked to remember the double caramel sundae - and got a sundae with NO flavour at all on it! Had to go down there and actually showed it to the guys. Were they off their faces? He couldnt even respond. He just stared at it and me. Next order (last week) drive thru, I had to wait and I did but when I got it I had to go in twice because two large chips (bags of) missing and one pie! Seriously??? Do they even check stuff before it goes out? Now- Tonight, six nuggets missing. I had to go down and show them my order before she even gave me them. She was rude! The floors are constantly filthy, otc people are rude, and the reviews on google say it all these days. When we moved here two years ago you were the best. You are shocking now. Terrible. And you dont care. Apologies are offhand and indifferent and also tonight the food was cold. Something is so wrong now at Cali Gully. On google reviews youve lost a lot of customers. Im copying all to HO and regional HO and I may even send to the USA. Its embarrassing for the actual owners and developers of the franchise! This btw was California Gully bendigo

Inquiring mac d policy and complaint

Hie i m soo genuine customer and always buy food from mac d from many years, I am delivary driver in Melbourne and I got pick up order from MAC D ( skye, Melbourne). I went there quote order Id number and he ( may be nightshift manager) said take few minutes. I was working from whole day and so hungry and feeling low so wanted to eat something. I was trying to order some quick food ( hash brown). He refuse to take my order and said it not in their policy to serve delivery driver while theyre on delivery.. This sounds soo soo weired to me as I am ordering always from many many years while doing deliveries ( What we can do if we are running busy with deliveries). I asked him can I have a look where its written. ?? i have opened up mac d policy online and asked him to show me. then he said its in my contract. i have asked genuinely to show somewhere where its written that you cant serve the delivery driver!!!.. i was doing delivery with my partner. he came to order food insted of me but still he refuse to him as well said she have to go to the delivery first well, we said ohk i m going to the delivery and he will order. and still he is refusing once she come back then only he will serve??? and he becomes soo rude he asked us to get out of there even we are genuinely asking to order some food. doesnt it sound soo weired !!?? May I please ask you to show something or comform related to this in your policy or employers contract as a right of customer that they cant serve to delivery driver ?? and Can mac d employer SAY NO to customer ? who are properly in state of mind ?? i am literally soo upset from his behaviour towards us..

Poor service and disgusting hygiene

Went to the Box Hill Maccas with the family, The staff member said so many F-bombs, while around 20 customers waiting that I got out of my chair to tell him to cut it out. Was like their parents were away for the day. Hygiene disgusting. And cannot get onto any complaints web site for Maccas - just says thanks for contacting us, without a place to write feedback. Poor Maccas - it used to be a badge of honour to work there...wonder what happened?

Poor food quality and service

recommend that yourOrder two distinct meals from McDonalds Temora Nsw. where order and collected via drive through. the meals when collected where cold the fries greasy the meat in the Big Mac Double meal where cold looked as if it was part of a bulk order the 6 nugget chicken meal was incomplete, missing the sweet and sour sauce and fries. this is unacceptable would highly recommend you consider closing your restaurant it disgusting.

Dreadful service in store and at head office

On 5.6.23 I went to the 144-146 bellarine HwyNewcomb, vic store and ordered food. They cooked the burgers and nuggets and left the food on the counter with the bag open - so going cold. They had forgot to cook fries and eventually realised that. The fries which were hot were placed on top of the Luke warm burgers etc. The remained open on the counter - the one where you order food. Others breathed on this open bag. They the realised they had not made the drinks so we waited again. We were then given a bag of cold food and 7 drinks without a drinks tray to carry them. I had to ask. I asked the shift manager who was standing at the front if it was good to pay $83 for cold food and he said yes. When we got home we found one of the burgers was missing and so was the sauces we ordered for the nuggets. So one person had no food. I rung up and the shift manager offered a full refund and the missing burger so back we went. I finally got another cold burger and when I asked for the refund was made to wait and then he came back and said he was not authorised to give a refund. The staff in the back were looking and laughing at me. A woman serving was laughing at me. No one would give their names. He asked for my name and number - Currently 9 days and counting - no contact. So I rung the head office - on 6.6.23 they sent an email and told me to wait 3 business days. On 9.6.23 still no contact so I rung back and was told they would now email the owner and I had to wait another 3 business days. Well no one rung so I called again on 15.6.23 this time to be told there was no escalation and no way to make an owner follow up complaints at all. The person on 9.6.23 had lied when they had told me there was an escalation process. So I will never step inside a McDonalds again anywhere in the world as the head office lies and ignores you as much as the stores. $83can be much better spent on food. McDonalds has a very poor business model and zero customer service. I judge a business on how it behaves when things go wrong - so they are utterly dreadful and charge for items not supplied and supply inedible old food.

Compaint

I ordered a meal on delivery and when I got my meal I got hardly any chips on the bottom bun was missing from my burger. I tried to call the store. No answer. It was the Croydon McDonalds on Torrens Road and South Road. Its not the first time they have messed up food service is very bad and theyre always getting the food wrong and they didnt give a receipt number

I had two people try and fight me at Emerton McDonald's because I complained about my food

I went through drive thru about 8.50 ordered a family box I got parked and sat there for 15 minutes. I went in and asked where my meal was and why it has taken so long I then got evil looks off all employees and got my meal it was cold I asked why they said we were waiting on fries I said but the fries are cold a employee then said *** take it food I didn't like that n I said I wanted it fresh waited another 10 min got handed my drinks asked how long my meal was n the guy rudely said soon I said how long he said he didn't know I said there are timers on the friers you should know n he then gave me attitude saying if you don't like it *** the managers then got involved and took them to the office at that point the male started pushing the female saying "let's get this *** n pushing the female past the manager trying to fight me The pictures are of the female n male When I walked in I was recording and they were all around the fries showing each other tik toks and then said wtf is she recording so I stopped because I seen what they were doing 15 min before when I went through drive thru
