Problen with szaff I did not get my food that I paid for it and they took it off my credit card $19

I ordered my food from the app. I got there a shoot a guy my number he push some buttons on my iPad and told me to go to the other side. I went to the other side didnt have my food. They were being very disrespectful and not give me my money back and he did not cancel the order.

Went to go inside to order and they took 15 minutes to say anything to us, I had to say excuse me can I order please after sitting there talking about there weekend to their coworker she came over and said yeah sorry we were busy then as I was about to pay she said you no what Im not helping u have a good day, so I went through the drive through where I had no issues ordering, I paid and everything and she came to the window and gave me my money back with no food that I had already paid for just to be rude. I truly dont understand why I couldnt just get the food I paid for

Food was not all there my frapa was not done right and manager was not nice

So I went to McDonald's use McDonald's app I ordered for a pies and camera frappe when I pulled up to the window she used the screen instead of my phone and I asked before I passed two applies $1.99 they charge me $4 and something first off she took the back window back we was that the window for a long time then went to other window there was a manager at that window I was trying to let her no it was suppose to be 4 pies not 2 the frappe was nasty ask for on extra *** express like all was this time was nasty payed for extra Carmel you could not taste the Carmel I always order frappes same thing I get all the time anyway the manager was not nice to me I should her the piece of the pies and she was telling me for 2 pies the cost of them where 4.49i should here the price on McDonald's app 2 for 199 she still was being ugly to me me and my driver was there for a long time in drive thru front and back window anyway the manager was arguing with me about the pies got funny with me she was rushing me at list 3 time she was rushing me so I feel hurt .sad . disappointment.about this I work at McDonald's for a long time when I was younger... This is in Sioux City Iowa morning Morningside it says 2816 singing hills boulevard the number 712-252-**** that's the store number the time I was there was8.32 was at the window for long time at that I have to pay cad to that add up a lot of $ my number is 712301**** please help me

Completely confused about location in Senatobia MS

I have gone to the Senatobia MS location numerous times. Their Frappe machine is always down. Their ice cream machine is always down or getting cleaned. How can such profitable items continue to be unavailable? The way you are spoken to in the drive thru is rude and disrespectful. Someone there hates their job and possibly their life. Somehow, someway, somebody wants to work there and if not just consider closing this location. You are losing money.

My friend and I went to Mcdonalds on North Main Street, in Bristol, CT, around 10:00 pm, Friday, July 22nd, to make a small order at the drive-thru. We waited a significant amount of time for someone to come on the speaker. We waited patiently for about 30-40 mins. No one ever came on to take my order. There were 4 cars ahead of us, all in which were lined up by the drive-thru windows, and about 4 cars behind me. We continued to wait but my friend needed to use the restroom and she figured she could see what was going on inside as well. She went inside used the restroom and asked a woman employee, with neon red hair, working behind the counter if the intercom was not working at the drive-thru. The woman looked confused and then looked to the other employee who was supposed to be taking drive-thru orders and this employee did not have her headset on. The 1st woman employee said to her why isnt your headset on? The employee shrugged her shoulders acting like she didnt really care and it was as if she took her own break from the job in which she was supposed to be doing. It was obvious they were having issues inside so my friend came and returned to my car. No one came on the intercom after waiting again so I figured the best thing i could do was drive forward and ask if i could place my order at the window. It was apparent something wasnt working correctly at the intercom. Mind you, while i waited approximately 50 minutes to order, while waiting for service, i had people yelling at me to drive up while laying on their horns which was completely embarrassing and i just couldn't wait any longer. I got in line behind the cars that placed their orders as the line moved, i heard the man in front of me getting upset because they were not giving him his coffees he ordered. He started to yell, "i paid for the coffees, and you're not going to give them to me?" There was some back and forth, and eventually the man left and i pulled forward. I asked them if something is wrong with the intercom and when i finally reached the window, I asked if they could to take my order because i had waited close to an hour. Also,, the way this McDonald's drive-thru is set up there's nowhere to exit once you pull up to place an order and multiple cars were behind me, so the best option i had was to pull forward. Well, after asking if something was wrong 3 employees, including the 2 women employees i mentioned earlier, all looked at me and muttered a bunch of different scenerios of what might of happened. After this i calmly asked if i could place an order here since i waited so long and just wanted a few items. I would have been happy to drive forward and wait to not back up the line, however the blonde women who was supposed to be taking orders snapped at me with the meanest look on her face and said "YOU need to get back in LINE behind everyone else!". At this point i was no longer patient and asked for their names and managers name. One of the women said the manager is Destiny but they refused to give me their names. I got even more upset because they started talking trash to me and threatened to call the cops on me for holding the line. The line in which i waited almost an hour long in with no help due to the blonde haired employee taking off her headset while a line of cars were waiting to order. She did this because she didnt want to do her job and I was the one getting yelled at. I not only waited patiently for that period of time, but was beeped at to move up in the drive thru and had customers yelling at me that were behind me when i was still at the intercom waiting for someone to come on and take my order. This experience was mortifying and so completely wrong. There were some more heated conversation between the employees and both my friend and I, once they threatened to call the police because i didnt do one thing wrong. They all managed to tell me to go *** myself so i did indeed yell back and as they closed the window on me, the 1st employee my friend spoke with inside gave me the middle finger and slammed it against the class. I have never been so appalled by workers in a customer service setting in my entire life. I chose to drive away and go elsewhere, but this location has ignorant and flat out mean employees working at it. I have been in disbelief for days now and want something to be done about it. The owner of this particular Mcdonalds should be embaressed for the way they treated a very patient and understanding customer until they pushed me until I got beyond upset myself. I have worked in Customer service for 17 years of my life and never would i have told a client to "go *** themselves" and slam the middle finger at the class window while yelling *** you!!!" It was an experience i never want to repeat. The funny thing is they started taking orders immediately after i was leaving through the drive-thru. They should be fired in my honest opinion. You just don't treat people the way they did. This was my friend and I experience and it was awful.

Worker refusing to give me my food

I am on disability and my home healthcare worker who comes two days a week was picking up an order for my disabled daughter that we ordered through the app and sent her a screenshot of the pick up number which shows that it was paid, the amount, the address to pick up, and the food ordered. The worker named Raul said he did not see the order on his end and refused to give her the food. My home healthcare worker called me and I told her to show Raul the screenshot and he still refused. I spoke with Raul and explained the situation, he still refused. I then went into my credit card app and screenshot the purchase and he still refused. I asked her to just wait while I called every McDonald's nearby to see if one would honor the receipt for our order and only one picked up but they refused to fill the order. Now I have to wait for the pending McDonald's charge to finish going through so I can dispute it, my home healthcare worker lost time, gas money, and we have to figure out dinner. I asked to speak with Raul's manager and he said they'll be in tomorrow which didn't work for me. We called back and Raul would answer and refuse to put a different worker on. Raul said he didn't care that his place of employment stole my money because he was refusing to give the food.

Green on the bottom of my sandwich that I ate very nasty and now my stomach hurts really bad never eating there for a while

Found a roach leg in my coffee now I'm sick

I found a roach leg in my iced coffee, and when I called the McDonalds the worker told me it was hard to believe. I went through an anxiety attack due to my fear of roaches. I will never eat at any McDonalds again that was it for me.

Horrible experience

I had a bad experience In Pilesgrove NJ location, I try to get my money back, because all food we get are cold and horrible we get cheeseburger and no cheese on it, the Mac chikens just with meat thats so bad

Property at 1011 N Rolling Rd, catonsville, MD 21228 all the tenant Business owner next to the partaking lot of Mcdonald. and our property is 1101 N.Rolling road Catonsville md 21228 Please need help. I have been calling the police on these people and none of the police officers are coming out to take care of this situation. Group of 10,15 black males are out in this parking lot selling cars and smoking marijuana everywhere and I Think they have guns also. Everyone around here was scared to tell them, and I told one of male not to lean on my customer's car but he tried to fight with me and cussed at me. Please help good citizens please. and I have all their dealer tag. and it's all in my camera recorded. Please help or send an officer down here just for protection. and they have history that kicked out from other locations also. Leslie Ave at Catonsville right next street from us. The county kicked out all of them, now they are all here making all the problems. And all the Business owner on my address they are very not happy about this situation. if there any problem and damaging out customer car or our vehicles we are going to lawsuit against to you guys. And we spoke to one of the managers and a supervisor in McDonald. It was the one of their friends, so they are not doing nothing about this, and the owner doesnt even know please let them know its going to be a very seriously problem. This is just a reminding from my word and help, but if you guys dont give me answer or figure this out, our attorney will contact you guys. we are going to put this is live News also. They are here everyday!! and we have all the videos for all the problems.

Employee call customer a ***

I went to pick up a door dash order around 3~3:10 am in the morning so I walked up to the pick up window to pick up the order its like 5 young ladys there just walking around and eating on the floor and touching the food with no gloves on so I knock at the pick up window since they remove the ring bell so they can see I was waiting they employee look at me and just kept walking around so I knocked again so they can acknowledge I was there nobody came to the window so finally the manger walk to the front door laughing talking to a guy so I said excuse me maam so nobody going to help me she responded u need to walk to the drive Thur so I walk there and still waited nobody came to the window now the same manger who ask me to walk to that window walk by the window stood there eating I have all the pictures and everything so she walk pass me to the window and open it to help the Spanish lady so I walk back around to the front window and ask the customer excuse me and I ask the young lady why did they ask me to walk to the drive Thur but she helping this lady she push her hand back and forth and told me she dont speak English mind u she help me before and I showed her my phone to look at the order number and she said confirm I did and I snatched the bag out her hand cause she discriminate after I snatched the bag and look out the window and call me a crazy *** *** I never disrespected her or call her a name nor yell at her and after she call me a *** I just still walk away I do plan on taking legal action no one and I mean no one should be treated how I was treated I work at McDonalds for 3 years as a manager and I will never speak to no one like that providing the best customer services it what we believe in and if a customer having a bad experience we try i best to fix it but I dont know whats going on with this McDonalds

Terrible customer service

This is a second time that I have ordered from the mcdonald's in irga north carolina The 1st time they messed up my drink water and they completely forgot it. And I called to complain and they basically told me while I needed to call back and talk to the original manager instead of taking care of it and then. This time around they only gave me weed at 2 separate orders through the app. They only gave us they gave us one full order and then they only gave us half of the other order and we had to go in and they told us. We'll breakfast is over so you can't get your meal. And we were already running late to work. I'm tired of calling and they won't let me talk to the general manager and the shift leads won't do their *** The 1st time they messed up my drink water and they completely forgot it. The situation whether they were there or not does not mean they cannot hold the customer at that time. I shouldn't have to call that same day for them to take care of it. I don't always have time to call on the same day to take care of it especially when it's late at night and I'm ordering right before close. They need to have better customercedes. I expect McDonald's food to be supplied because it's McDonald's but I do not expect their customer service to be support for I worked in for McDonald's in 2014 **** and we were huge on customer service. This was very very unacceptable. I don't even want to go back but my only other option is a *** Location and rocky point North Carolina which they always have issues and they never get your order right. I'm honestly done with ordering from McDonald's and probably. Wouldn't? Be never going. Back despite? The fact. That? It's my only cheap option. You guys do not make it easy to get things figured out institute it.

2X. Dbl.Qtr.# w/ cheese was changed to four small extra crispy dried out in edible hamburgers

In addition to the to the two double quarter pounder with cheese meals that were small hamburgers not quarter pounders. They were both like hockey, pucks, and so dry. part of the meals I ordered two large fries and only received half a box in both. It looked like between a small to medium french fry. What a joke. I have come to McDonalds since I was a child. I am 53 years old and my father is 80. I added on a vanilla shake and a chocolate shake. Normally, when you add on a shake they add on a dollar dollar 50 more in addition because you dont order a soda you add more wine for the shake because youve already paid lets say half because of the soda you have to pay a little bit more because you got it on a milkshake. The guy who rang in the milkshake added on the entire full price of the milkshake $3.60. This is nonsense. I may as well have received the soda,Also, Ive already paid for it with the amount of the total meal. The only good part was the pickles and the milkshakes, the parts they didnt cook. I paid $34 for this I couldve went out and had expensive Chinese food combination plates, I am a very loyal customer to McDonalds and have vowed not to even go to Burger King even if you gave me a meal there for free. I had just driven my father to chemo therapy infusion at Dana-Farber Cancer Center. All so we could have an easy night of no cleanup. As you can see on the receipt, it says special request, I asked the manager who took my order, if possible to cook the burgers a little bit less to make them a little bit juicy. He then asked the burger manager in the back to do the same to cook the burgers a little bit less to make them juicy and he said yes. I said to the manager at the front at the beginning. If you cant do it, I will pull the order and he said OK thats fine will take care of it. I have been eating a quarter pounder with cheese since before I was 10 years old. I know it as clear as day the size it is. Not only because I made a request they burnt the burgers to the point of unrecognizable, but they put on the $1 small hamburgers. I sat with my father in an infusion chair for like six hours, and just wanted an easy meal. Instead, we got lied to and cheated and tricked. Again not only were the large fries half a box the double quarter pounder with cheese were both filled with regular small hamburgers four of them, and they were all covered up with onions and pickles to hide it. But no matter what you put on top of it nothing could cover up that all the cooked dry, burnt chard taste it was like from Burger King over the open flame just dry over the grill burnt dry taste as far as I know theres no grill there. Its either a flat top like a pancake griddle or are you use steam to cook it like inside a drawer but not a grill with fire which means they cooked it so long in excess that it dried out to the point that they was charred black And you see on the ticket on my slip the receipt where it says on both both double quarter pounder with cheese, it says special request which meant please cook a little bit less, juicy. it meant less cooked juicy wet and they cooked it the opposite and I think they did it to be mean and cruel and so they did it and cooked it burnt and put 4 smaller burgers instead . They were people theyre ordering off the $1 menu, they were ordering chicken nuggets, etc. etc. very cheap items. I ordered two of the most expensive meals. What I received was half a boxes fries the wrong size hamburgers, burnt crispy, unrecognizable hamburgers, milkshakes that were wrongly, priced full price which only shouldve been a portion of the price considering I had paid for a meal not a full price of the shake if that I shouldve got the soda also And I dont think there was anybody in the restaurant that was capable of not cooking well done food you did definitely need to have a district manager oversee the restaurant this I know because I have over 35 years of professional chef experience. I want a full refund and several times the amount of coupons for return trips for the aggravation. I have not stopped thinking about every day since. So far, you are the only people that I have alerted I would hate to have to post this on all avenues of social media.

Inedible food

My husband went to the location 8600 Dixie highway and there was spit in his drink. And although McDonald's never made the situation right, I believe the review is for speaking to somebody at customer service. So the customer service process to speak with someone was fairly quick I wasn't on hold long and the representative was very kind and understanding and did file my grievance with the company but unfortunately the company didn't do anything about it they claimed it might have been some film from when the orange juice was changed or some kind of plastic from the bag but at any rate they just passed the buck.

The stqff here is rude inconsiderate and volatile

Rude customer service poor management unfriendly staff and high prices. When management was approached in regards to a issue me being a consumer / customer I was treated unfairly. The main issue in this scenario, is the inconsideration of the shift manager Miss Tia here at the paradise and Sahara location in Las Vegas Nevada McDonald's restaurant. I came in meeting to use the restroom, was informed by a staff crew member, and Miss Tia that I needed to purchase something prior to gaining access to the restroom. A fellow consumer / customer overheard of this interchange and took it upon himself to purchase a item off of the McDonald's menu for me, when I informed management of this, believing that I have now complied to their rule, only to be told that I have not technically complied. Being that I was not the one to make the purchase even though it was done on my behalf. That's when the manager Miss Tia then stated and I quote "that I am not going to argue with you, so have a good day goodbye" and at that very moment turned her back on me and simply left me standing there, still needing to use the restroom. Even after this kind hearted patron took it upon himself after hearing Miss Tia and my interchange which was done quite disruptively and allowed amongst a crowd of guest which I felt uncomfortable with. She not once had the common courtesy to approach me at no time during our interchange. The only time she came close was to reluctantly hand over the order that was placed on my behalf. And still not willing to grant me access to the restroom. I inform her the order was not the important issue here me being able to use your restroom was. And all actuality of the order is not what I want. I only done it for the reason of needing to use the bathroom. Which now I am told was done for nothing. I am very disappointed in the way that Miss Tia shift lead manager, who is only there to enforce the rules that the restroom is only for guest. I am very confused and perplexed if I'm not a guest then what would you call me. This particular manager Miss Tia precise words to me were that she does not make the rules, she only enforces them. So when anyone goes in and purchases anything for another whether it be your child I gather, or a friend, or even an associate, in this particular managers eyes or view of procedure, the individual child or associate whom you made this purchase for would be considered not a guess or customer / consumer. This is absolutely absurd, uncalled for, and something should be done about this. She should be reprimanded in some fashion, and that view that she has needs to be dealt with. I believe she needs to be educated in customer service more thoroughly, and common courtesy in length. As I write this complaint I am yet standing in front of this particular McDonald's located here in Las Vegas Nevada off Sahara and Paradise. As you can see via pictures taken, that it is a semi busy location. But when approached different customers, inquiring as to their take on this particular McDonald's, most if not more than some, had their distasteful opinion regarding customer friendliness and service.
