Defective k pods
We bought 2 boxes of 32 count McCafe Decaf premium roast coffee k pods. We opened the 1st box. Tried 3 pods in our keurig machine and they all exploded. Made a BIG mess! Amazon will not allow us to return or offer a refund. We love McCafe coffee @ McDonalds but these pods are a Big disappointment!

Coffee tastes like water
I love McCafe BUT last tin tasted like water!!! Im am considering changing brands if I cannot reach someone to explain why this happened.

Tastes burnt
I have never experienced burnt coffee until I purchased the 24 pk of McCafe Blueberry Muffin k-cup pods. The coffee itself puts out a wonderful aroma, but when going to drink it, it turns to a burnt smell and taste. I was very disappointed in this product. Guess I will have to pay a little extra for another brand.

Bad coffee pods
This is atleast the fourth 12 pack of McCafe coffee pods that have had over half the box bad . Grounds run out when my coffee is making I have not had this problem with any other brand .

Disappointed Customer
Sent in a request for information on why coffee grounds are in my cup close to 50% of the time. I was connected to a "Just Answer Expert" site where I was instructed to pay a $5.00 fee and join the service for $40.00 a month. Really??? I'm insulted by this response. Laughable!!

They did something to the pods.
Mcafe used to be my favorite coffee,but it has clogged my machine and makes a very weak cup of coffee. I will no longer waste my money on it!!

Kcup explodes
I spent $20 on Mcafe cups and EVERY time i get a mess! Coffee grounds everywhere and water from the k cup makes a HUGE mess! I want my money back! Dawn Moran

Pods exploded
On top of my pods exploding. The customer service number is a joke! No one ever picks up. The phone will ring one time them it turns into a busy signal. Im surprised, really for as much money as they make!

Dear sirs and/or madam: I have been a McDonald's customer for over 60 years and have just recently received the first major disappointment in my life. I have purchased hundreds of cups of McDonald's coffee and have been very satisfied until now. I bought a can of McDonald's coffee at Walmart, brought it home, brewed a pot and was totally disappointed with the results. I have a high dollar coffee maker so we can't blame my equipment but the coffee was absolutely terrible. This particular can of coffee tasted like dirt and is totally unlike the product I have always purchased. I think you might want to take another look at your supplier because your name is at stake. Do what you think is right but I think you owe me a can of coffee. Cathy

Recieved extremely good service at my local Walmart.
My local store only carries 3 choices of McCafe coffee. My favorite is Breakfast blend. Almost everytime I shop the store is out or there is only one box. An employee named Cordero at my Natchitoches, LA Walmart, got down on the floor, rummaging behind all the other coffee to make sure they were truly all gone. I thanked him and was walking away, when out came his arm holding high the box of precious pods. " You are my hero!" I exclaimed. He did recieved cheers and applause from other shoppers. What a man!

Bought winter supply for home all oily and unusable
Bought four six can flats ALL of which were not usable, oily disgusting smell... Was trying to stock up for winter, now wasted nearly a month of Ss

No stars for me,.
I have purchased these twice and never again. They take longer to brew than the regular brands. After you make couple of cups your kerig is all jammed up and the coffee only drips out and you have to clean your machine. I will not buy these anymore and I suggest you do NOT either.

Coffee grounds in cup
I was very excited to try Mcafe kcups but this will be my first and last box due to them exploding coffee all in my cup. Not everyone does it but 3 out of 8 nearly everyday is far to many. The company which makes these really needs better quality control.

K pods not working
The last 84 pack of K pods I purchased did not work as promised, we had more grounds than coffee in our cup. Ive tried several times and get one good one out of six. I will not purchased this brand again, very disappointed in this product.

Your coffee pods for Keurig
This is the last time I will buy these, every second pod I have used in this last box has exploded in my cup, coffee grounds all over the place, it is not the least expensive coffee sold. I have had one or two problems before with your pods but this last purchase has been terrible, I buy my coffee pods at Costco and have never had such a problem with any other make
