Don't Buy! They LIE!
At our high pressured sales presentation, we were lied to about the completion date of our purchase. We were told it would be completed in one year. That was several years ago. We are not youngsters and probably only have a few more years left to travel. The fact that part of the buildings would be completed and open for business in one year appealed to us for that reason. When we found out that the construction had not even begun one year later, we tried, unsuccessfully, to get out of the contract. Naturally, we were rebuffed. I will never set foot in a Mayan hotel again. They knowingly lied and did not care to make it right. I was just one more naïve victim of the Mayan system.

Don’t buy from Vida Vacations! Mayan Palace/ Mayan resorts!
I bought into the timeshare with Vida Vacations. I believed their lies and their vision for Puerto Penasco. After bringing 25 people, I was denied access to the side that I pay over 6k a year for. In addition to the benefits that are stipulated in my contract. No one could help me. I spent over half a day arguing with different people who kept telling me they “weren’t familiar with my contract?” AND the contract I upgraded to, is no longer happening. Therefore, unless I upgrade, I’m screwed! They will say anything to sell you something. I’m smarter than my actions displayed. I thought I this as buying into something for my family and their future. I won’t make another payment. Nor ever go back! Go on Airbnb! Tons of places to stay! The waiters and housekeeping people are just wonderful. That’s the only thing they’ve done right.

Valeu a pena comprar e mesmo com medo inicialmente, vi que era somente eu que nao sabia usar o programa, o problema todo é nós nao sabermos usar tudo que compramos. Tive medo quando comprei no Vidanda a propriedade do club de férias, mas após ligar para o Concierge, ela me deixou bem a vontade tirando todas as duvidas, hoje viajo em Hotéis que nunca iria ficar e na data que EU quero e não que o rci me indicava, o melhor de tudo posso ficar poucos dias e mudar de hotel ....... no rci isso nao era possível, eu tinha na marra que ficar uma semana no hotel. New Pitch: Cancel Maintenance Fees....Just pay us $ up front!
We've been owners of a Mayan Palace T/S since 2005, and have faithfully paid maintenance and other fees every year. On our 1 week visit this past April, we were offered tix for a show to sit thru a"brief 90 minute presentation to see what they had to offer", and the changes at the resort. First, they tried to upsell us to the Bliss bldg for over $39K, then the Grand Mayan bldg for $22K. We kept saying no, no, no. After 5-6 hours, they took us to the avuncular Gary R. who had a different pitch. "Get rid of your yearly maintenance fees by paying us $4,800. " It was now over 7 hours, we're both in our 70s, and we were exhausted and brow beaten, so we signed. After considering this "great deal", I went back to the office to cancel a few days later. The woman at the desk kept me waiting for over an hour. Finally, another high pressure sales guy came out, trying to re-sell the "great deal. I had had it,and said just cancel the *** contract and left. Of course, they billed my credit cards. When I disputed the charge, AMEX said we had signed a contract, and the charge was valid. I will not pay AMEX - yes we did sign the contract, but they may as well put gun to our heads. That is not a valid contract. Plus, they gave us nothing of PRESENT VALUE - the value would accrue over many years of not having to pay mainitenance fees. So, WHY does VIDA not refund the money??? It's unfortunate that they run the business this way, because the resort is beautiful and the staff (EXCEPT for the sales and contract con artists) are helpful. PS I have been to other T/S pitches at other resorts, but VIDA takes the rotten cake for unbelievable pressure. Stay away!

Hace 3 años mi esposo y yo fuimos de vacaciones a México, e ingenuamente compramos lo que para nosotros era una inversión y oportunidad de negocio, pero en realidad terminó siendo nuestra peor pesadilla. Primero intentamos rentar nuestras semanas como nos habían dicho, pero lo único que conseguimos fue que nos volvieran a estafar, un año después mi marido enfermó y se nos complicaron los pagos así que quisimos venderles de regreso nuestra membresía como ellos nos había dicho que podríamos hacerlo, pero nos dijeron que eso no era posible, así que les dijimos que entonces ya no deseábamos la membresía porque no podíamos costearlo y nos dijeron que no solo no podíamos, sino que también nos penalizaría. Fue la peor pesadilla yo estaba muy angustiada por la salud de mi esposo y además tenía que preocuparme por pagarle a estos abusivos rateros de Mayan Palace. Entre mis conocidos, hay una pareja que pasó por una situación similar *** un tiempo compartido y me recomendaron la compañía Mexican Timeshare Solutions, dándome buenas referencias y explicándome como los habían ayudado, sin dudarlo los contacté y como ya tenía referencias los contraté inmediatamente, para mi buena suerte fueron nuestra salvación, cancelaron nuestro tiempo compartido y evitaron que siguiéramos pagándole a esos rateros. Espero mi testimonial sea de ayuda para otros vacacionistas y piensen 2 veces antes de involucrarse *** estos rateros, desconsiderados.

3 years ago me and my husband acquire a membership with Mayan Palace, we think that could be a great idea to invest on a timeshare We wanted the cancellation but the resort denied that possibility while in the timeshare presentation the salesperson told us that we could cancel whenever we want it, of course it was not true. Bad treatment and a misleading membership , the first year was fine , then the problems started when we received a extra charge from a service that we didnt used it. The cost of the maintenance fees, totally is a crazy price and out of our possibilities. I think that Mayan Palace resort is one of the worst places in the world. We found Mexican Timeshare Solutions on a timeshare users group website and we hire them. I highly recommend Mexican Timeshare Solutions if you want an honest, responsive means of getting rid of your Mexican timeshare. Mexican Timeshare Solutions took no money upfront .I paid them after they sent me documentation from the Mexican court that my timeshare was revoked You dont have idea how much I battle with those people to let me go out, all was my fault for not read the contract in time, but now friends you know it, so stay alert.

My wife and I fell for the lies that were told to us during the timeshare presentation. We want to update you on some of the lies you will be told during the presentation. There are no fees unless you use the week. There are fees everywhere if you want to do an exchange. The only way to not pay fees is to go back to Mayan Palace at an overpriced rate. You can exchange your one week for two weeks elsewhere due to higher quality trade in value. This is a lie. You can get two weeks by exchanging your one week only through SFX. However, you will have to pay additional fees which no longer make it worth any value. You can get Vida dollars which are good dollar for dollar on purchasing trips, goods and other items. They only allow you to use Vida dollars to pay for a very small percentage of the price. The prices are also higher than you would pay otherwise. You also have to renew the Vida account every year to use these dollars. The renewal is 300 a year. You can split your weeks up into days. Only one place allows you to do this and it is not through exchange. So it is no different then going and booking a room without having bought a timeshare. In summary no matter what they tell you don't believe anything they say. They will tell you anything to get you to sign. We were foolish enough to believe them. If you have signed recently you have fifteen days to cancel the contract.

Mayan Palace Vidanta Riviera Maya Vacation Ownership Review
My wife and I have been lured into 2 Mayan palace presentations over the last year: one in Puert Vallarta a second in Mayan Riviera. Modus operandi was the same in both cases: extravagant and persistent gift offers at the airport for a 90 min presentation and breakfast. In both cases we were not told with which hotel we had agreed to visit til after accepting. Always ask first and DO NOT GO to Gran Mayan. The sales group is very good at what they do and they will rip you off. In Puerto we actually caved after a 3 hour pressure tactic. Fortunately, we did not buy a membership but we did purchase a far less expensive contract for "weeks". Later, reading over the fine print in my hotel and after reading online other people's experiences I realized we had been duped! However, we called the very next day and demanded to rescind the contract be paid back. This required is to spend another afternoon returning to the Mayan for an appointment. Needless to say, we were not treated politely when we appeared. We were forced to wait for over an hour and ignored. Finally a guy who looked like a hit man for the mafia took us into a room and sat across from us at his desk. When we told him once again to refund us and tear up the contract he began yelling at us and threatening to sue us. My wife opened her iPhone and began to film him at which point he screamed at her and tried to grab her phone. We ran out of the room yelling to everyone that we were being physically attacked! Finally a young woman appeared and completed the contract rescind and refunded our credit card. We were again lured into a MayN presentation at a car rental in the Cancun airport. We were tired and once again the sales guy didn't say which hotel till we agreed! We attended the presentation but made it extremely clear at the very start we would not buy anything. The presentation was still excessively long but we simply told them no not interested, over and over. Eventually we were released and we did receive our gifts. Not nearly worth the time we wasted I will add. I have been to a number of presentations over the years and most use similar tactics but none are as hard ball as Mayan and Vidanta! Do not attend no matter what they offer because you will surely regret it.

Mayan Palace Timeshare Fraud
I bought a time share at Mayan Palace as an investment and was told I could use the equity to purchase a one or two bedroom. They have totally lied about everything they said they were going to do. They are impossible to contact. They said they fired the manager who originally sold the time share to me I do not believe that happend. The same sales person sold my Girlfriend a time share that I heard him say they would sale her time share for exchange for hers because she was trying to get out of her old one. She signed the papers and was stucked with two. They completely lied to her and continue to do so. She had not had any success in resolving her issue with the same time share company. She also had another couple that were friends of hers that bought and they were lied to and promised a bunch of stuff. Tired of so many lies, we found a company that cancel timeshares, we contact them for a free consultation. They sent us a contract where was established if they do not cancel our contract we do not have to pay anything to them. They got the cancellation of 2 of our contracts and they are working in our other contract. we are happy we the results and we want to share with others in order to avoid more injustice from Grupo Mayan.

What a scam. We were lead to believe that once we purchased weeks we could turn any back in that we didn't want and sell them back to the company. What a laugh!! Don't believe anything they tell you. We spent $13,000 for three weeks and were told that we could use one and sell two back to the company each year. In fact they took the first two years, back from us as part of the purchase price, indicating that it was standard to sell weeks back to the company. Now when I call they basically tell me I am crazy and it isn't in the contract. Yes, they are right, shame on me that I didn't' read the contract front to back before signing. Shame on me for believing that people would be ethical. NOT! Now I have to pay over $600 to use a week that we already paid for. What a scam. One is required and the other two we can use but only if we also pay $600 for them. Sheesh. I can stay a lot of place for $600 without paying out the $13,000 to buy in. I feel like an *** for trusting these people. How do they live with themselves. I guess very well with all the money they scam from suckers like me.

Mayan palace ruined my life and still is 10 years later
Mayan Palace has ruined my life. I believed in their false promises in return I’m stuck with this useless membership which has cost me thousands of dollars. Mayan Palace timeshare is a SCAM! I visited Mexico. We stayed at a hotel, we went to Playa Del Carmen. In one of the shops a guy approached me and my child and asked if we could help him out by going to a 45 minute presentation at Mayan Palace. I was pressured and tricked into signing a contract for 30 years membership with Mayan Palace. When I came back to USA I wanted to find a way to get out of the contract, but it was almost impossible. I am still paying for a 20 years and am disabled and can not used it. I have spent $15k dollars on various scams over the years with promising to sell it. Tired of wasting our money I called a Mayan Palace and they offer to help resell the contract. They referred me to a Broker company and paid $500 and after two years this company disappeared. I am still fighting to get this cancelled. My parents died from cancer I went on this trip to calm down and be away from stress, now I have nothing, being a single mom and can not afford to do anything. I wish I never went to mexico all I want is be cleared of this contract since 2004 and I just need help, mayan palace is full of lies, and take your money and nothing is done to help you, I have been fighting them since 2004 before I die I want this cleared no more contacts. I have nothing to leave for my child because I trusted mayan palace timeshare representative and thought I was getting a vacation package for my child and myself to enjoy life, that has not been the case since this scam got me and took all of my money. I thought I would be able to enjoy life and vacation, something I never had a chance to do since 2004 after my parents died. MY best fried died from cancer, I saved every penny and gave it all away in this SCAM IT IS NOW 2016 and my health is has gotten worst, I am still stressing over this MAYAN PALACE SCAM. I have contacted them for years with no help from the staff , customer service department, NOT ONE CALL FROM MAYAN PALCE OR EMAIL. I have been fighting for years just to get my money back and to end this contract hopefully God will send an angel my way with a solution and my money. In a nutshell everything we were told were lies: The promise was that since they were taking our timeshare off our hands we would never have to worry about maintenance fees again because they don't charge any fees. After returning home from our trip and reading all the small print I realized there were fees, also this was a 10 year contract not a lifetime as promised. My biggest concern is the transfer of our timeshare. TRM called and spoke a number of times with us and each time we asked a question Nathan wouldn't answer the question, he would have some long winded story that never answered my question. He also said we could keep our timeshare and that VIDA would still get their money on the back end, how is that possible, again no straight answer. Things just don't add up - Nothing we have been told has been true, NOTHING! Again, There is no annual maintenance fee. NOT TRUE! You only pay a usage fee when you want to use or exchange a week in any given year. NOT TRUE! We will buy your existing timeshare. NOT TRUE! Vida dollars don't expire. NOT TRUE! I could go on and on...and I will to everyone who will listen!

During our trip to the Mayan Riviera. My husband and Iwere asked to attend a breakfast the next morning. We were pressured and tricked into signing a contract for 30 years membership with Mayan Palace. When we came back to USA we wanted to find a way to get out of the contract, but it was almost impossible.We were paying for a 5 years and we never used it. We have spent $10k dollars on various scams over the years with promising to sell it for us. Tired of wasting our money I called a Mayan Palace and they offer to help resell our contract. They referred us to a Broker company and we paid $700 and after two years this company disappeared. Tired of been scammed, browsing on internet, I came across Mexican Timeshare Solution website, I read the Testimonials and I decide to try once more.I was very skeptical at first but they didn't require any payment upfront so decided we had nothing to lose. They were very professional and had the contract cancelled within six months. We were cleared of our membershipcompletely. We are very happy with the service, and highly recommend MexicanTimeshare Solutions. Beware, if you see any Mayan palace salesperson run away and if you are in the same predicament I recommend Mexican Timeshare Solutions.

Rip off from the start
I purchased from this company while in Mex. several years ago. I made a down payment of 12,000 and set up payments for the remainder. I was under pain management medications and given a several drinks by the resort and they were aware that I was on drugs when they got me to sign the contract. After numerous phone calls and trying to work something out. For example, I tried to exchange my time share property that sleeps six for a unit for 2 and they would not consider it. I have not used any of my time and paid in a total of $16000.00. They are a total rip off and are pissed that they are not getting the last $5,000. I would warn all buyers to stay away and go the Temptation Resorts where I have been a member for years.

No matter what is offered to you, DO NOT go to a timeshare presentation at the Mayan Resorts or Vidanta!!! Recently, for the first time since we purchased this, we actually attempted to use this vacation program. We were appalled to see that what we had was nothing like what we were offered at the high pressure sales presentation we attended in Riviera Maya, Mexico in October 2015. We have owned a vacation program for 16 years with another resort. We have exchanged our week with RCI and have traveled all over the world. We are savvy purchasers and are not easily misled, but sadly we were scammed. In the sales presentation we asked many questions, and some questions various times. Every question or doubt we had regarding the contract was put to ease by the 2 sales persons who dealt with us, Salvador Sosa and Victor Romero. A matter of fact, Mr. Victor Romero, who said he was an attorney for the company, explained the contract to us and said not to worry and that we could call him personally with any questions or problems We have now realized this whole sales presentation was A SCAM and A FRAUD. The sales people will say absolutely anything, with no morals or ethics, to get you to buy at any means, even if it is an absolute lie. We found 153 complaints on one website and 432 on another against this merchant and their timeshare sales such as the one we bought. I also found dozens of complaints at other complaints boards, at the better business bureau and dozens of other sites online. If you search online for Vida Vacations or Vacation Privileges or Mayan resorts you will see endless lists of customers who like us were lied to and scammed. Along with your their company name you will see titles such as "rip off", "scam", "they lied to us", "sleazy liars", "misrepresentation"," horrible experience", "fraud". This is a huge problem and there are so many unhappy customers all over the US. We wish we would of found all this out before making this purchase. We have tried contacting them at many different numbers and have sent letter too. We have spoken to Salvador Sosa, Tania, Melina and others. We have been promised that our calls will be returned and they have not. Following are some of the things that we were lied about: 1-The cost of the privilege weeks LIE: We were told repeatedly that privilege weeks were $299 and these figures were used in their calculations of what a bargain this vacation program was. TRUTH: Privilege weeks ARE NOT $299. They can be as high as $4600.00 and more 2-Availability LIE: We were told that Vacation Privileges works with thousands of resorts, they wrote down about a dozen resort companies such as RCI, Interval, etc. and that the availability we would have would be amazing and we would be able to pretty much book anywhere at luxury resorts. We have had a membership with RCI for over 15 years and these 2 sales persons made us feel like what we owned was worthless and with their program we would have real inventory of places that are not available though RCI. We were shown a large book full of luxury resorts worldwide and were told these were the places we could book with your program. TRUTH: The availability is horrendous. The luxurious resorts we were showed are only in the sales book, and it exists ONLY in the sales room. One example our salesperson used of a place we wanted to go to is Tahiti or Fiji. He said with RCI it was very difficult to find a resort there. Then he showed us the "book" of all the wonderful luxury resorts they have there. This week I tried to book something in Tahiti or Fiji with Vacation Privileges. There were ZERO resorts available for 11 months out of 12 (the max time you can search for) and there was only 1 resort available one month at the end of the year and it is very far from being a luxury resort. In comparison, the program we own with RCI had 5 resorts to choose from the whole year. 3-Savings Credits LIE: We were told that this $3000 could be used as cash towards purchasing our vacations or that they could be deposited to their resorts for expenses while we were at the resort TRUTH: Savings credits are to be used towards the payment of the weeks and their outrageous prices. So this is a bogus offer. The prices are increased so you can "pay them down" with these "savings credits". 4-Instant weeks LIE: Again we were told the same endless availability would apply to these instant weeks. TRUTH: I did a search to see the inventory for these weeks. There were only 41 resorts to choose from at Vacation Privileges. I compared it today with what we own at RCI and they had 729 resorts with 6136 available units. We were shown a book of resorts that are really not available. That was just a scam a MISREPRESENTATION of what they are indeed selling. 5-Rescission period LIE-We asked how many days we had to go over everything and cancel if we were not satisfied. We were told the sale was final as it was an "exit sale" and there WAS NO RESCISSION period. A matter of fact the contract does not have a rescission period clause anywhere. TRUTH: There is a rescission period both in Mexican and US laws. We were lied to about this so that we would think we had no other option. 6-Endless weeks FUTURE LIE?: We were told that every 10 years we would get another 10 Privilege weeks and 30 instant weeks as long as we continued to pay the yearly $99 subscription with Vacation Privileges. TRUTH: With all these lies we were told, we highly doubt that after this contract ends we will receive another set of vacation weeks as we were promised. I am convinced this is another lie. Hopefully you will read this before purchasing and save thousands of dollars and a lot of aggravation. It is sad that with these dirty sales tactics these people ruin a nice resort and a nice vacation spot. No one wants to stay in a place full of crooks!

Beware of the deceitful bait and switch sales presentations at Mayan Palace / Riviera Maya / Grupo Vidanta. Our story of deception takes place at the Mayan Palace located south of Cancun. Based on reports I have read on this site and others like it, Mayan Palace / Grupo Vidanta uses the same sales tactics at all their resorts. WHAT WE WERE TOLD during the 6 hours of sales presentation IS NOT WHAT WE GOT IN WRITING. In a nutshell, the four major lies we were told are: 1) There is no annual maintenance fee. You only pay the “usage fee” when you want to use or exchange a week in any given year. NOT TRUE 2) Your week can be used as one or more “days” at high quality hotels throughout the world. NOT TRUE 3) We will sell your existing timeshare through an outside broker. NOT TRUE 4) The “White Time” will be modified from “June and September” to “May through September”. PARTIALLY TRUE – but only for 5 years. Unfortunately for us, these 4 benefits disappeared (or were severely limited) when we signed the contract with Mayan Palace. We feel that we are the victims of a very deceitful sales process used by Mayan Palace. My husband and I exchanged for a week at the Mayan Palace for our honeymoon in July 2014. The resort and staff were wonderful – but - STAY AWAY FROM THE SALES PRESENTATIONS. Whatever they offer you – Say NO. Our initial sales person was TK. Over the time spent at breakfast and a tour of the facility, my husband and I expressed some of our frustrations with our existing timeshare in Florida. Our primary issue is that we have discovered that at this time in our lives, it is often difficult for my husband to take a whole week off from work. We expressed that we would prefer to be able to use our timeshare time for long weekend getaways instead of full weeks – specifically at Lake Tahoe where we ski during the winter. TK used our frustrations to deliver a deceitful sales pitch that specifically stated how Mayan Palace is different and would address our frustrations. The entire sales experience from check-in to signing the contract was more than 6 hours. Over that time, we spoke with TK plus two other sales people. The ONLY reason we eventually decided to sign with Mayan Palace was because it was presented as having specific benefits compared to our existing timeshare. At that point, we received tons of paperwork to sign and initial in just over 20 minutes. Unfortunately, we did do any research on Mayan Palace after signing the contract as we wanted to get on with our honeymoon! After we got home from our honeymoon, it took many hours of poring over the written documents to figure out that we were scammed. WHAT WE WERE TOLD IS NOT WHAT WE GOT IN WRITING. Since early August, we have had numerous e-mail exchanges with Member Services at the Mayan Palace regarding our dissatisfaction with the deceptive sales tactics and the discrepancies in the final written documents. Mayan Palace has not been able to satisfy our request to live up to its verbal commitments. We have requested that Mayan Palace cancel our contract and return the $4,500 deposit in full. We feel this is a reasonable request as we have not used or received any services or other items of value from Mayan Palace after signing the contract. After several unsatisfactory “solutions” offered by Mayan Palace, we have reached a standoff. They will not cancel the contract and we will not pay the remaining balance. You can check out other websites in addition to this one and/or Google search for “Mayan Palace” or “Mayan Palace Timeshare Scam” and you will read several horror stories similar to this one if not worse. The Mayan Palace is listed in the top 3 of the “Blacklist of Timeshare Resorts” on timesharescam.com. We will not stop disputing this agreement and hope that our story may prevent others from being taken advantage of by Mayan Palace. See below for more details on the scam. What we received in writing contradicts those statements and shows that the usage fee for the registered week is due in full ($960) each year for 10 years. In the e-mail correspondence with Member Services, we were offered two options: (1) trade our unit for a smaller unit with lower annual maintenance fees or (2) trade our unit for a smaller unit that could only be used every other year with a maintenance fee that is lower and due every other year – for the SAME contract price. These offers do not satisfy the alleged benefit of “No annual maintenance fee”. In addition, it was ridiculous to offer us less value and/or less time for the same price. This was obviously not acceptable and was not a real effort to resolve the deception. Benefit #2: “Your week can be used as one or more days at high quality hotels throughout the world.” NOT TRUE. We had mentioned to TK that we were interested in using the exchange as individual nights in hotels - specifically at Lake Tahoe. Repeatedly, we discussed a week as being 7 individual days. Verbally, and in writing on “the infamous piece of paper” that Mayan Palace sales is known for, TK converted the term "weeks" to "days" to mislead us into believing that we could exchange our week(s) at Mayan Palace and use them for one or more nights (not as a whole week). During the sales pitch, TK discussed using SFX as the exchange company. We use RCI for our current timeshare exchange in Florida; we were not familiar with how SFX worked. Based on the discussion during the sales presentation, we had assumed that SFX was different than RCI (another deception). After we got home from our honeymoon, I spoke with SFX several times in order to understand how their exchange process works. I discovered that we can only exchange weeks for weeks through SFX. We are extremely frustrated with this deception; we cannot exchange the Mayan Palace weeks as "days" as we had been told. This “alleged” benefit is a major issue for us as this was a major selling point that we used in our decision to buy. This “alleged” benefit was not something we could verify in the written documents as the exchange process is not reflected in the documents we signed. Plus, we could not investigate this claim until the SFX account was in place a few weeks later. Benefit #3: “We will sell your existing timeshare through an outside broker.” NOT TRUE. We were given “credit” of $26,900 for our existing timeshare during the negotiations on buying at Mayan Palace. The “Equity Acquisition Agreement” form has text about the Trade-in Requirements that were X’ed out. We have no recollection as to when the text was X’ed out. However, we were told by TK that the broker would be in touch with us within a week of returning home to get a copy of our deed and other documents to begin the sale of our existing timeshare in Florida. It is now clear that Mayan Palace never intended to sell our Florida timeshare for us. This was another example of the bait and switch tactics. Benefit #4. “The “White Time” will be modified from June and September (as stated in agreement) to May through September in an Addendum. We thought we were purchasing use of Mayan Palace properties for 5 months out of 12 months. PARTIALLY TRUE - but for only 5 years out of the 100 year contract. In the addendum to contract for lodging rights and services, White Time was revised to May through September for 5 years from date of signing. After 5 years, the time period reverts to June and September. We received the addendum at time of signing all documents. This issue regarding White Time has been partially addressed by Member Services with extension of the White Time definition of “June through September” from 5 years to 10 years. But, we were never told that the White Time would be restricted to a portion of the contract. To completely satisfy this issue, the modified White Time must apply to the whole contract period – for 100 years - as was initially represented to us. Do not buy into the scam at Mayan palace.
