Car seat issue

My car seat is not even 3 months old and is breaking apart how Im suppose to use this for my baby I am not pleased

Need to return a gift I purchased for a Baby registry

I have tried to contact you all on no more than 20 times to return a gift that is no longer needed.. Texted, opened a case, called, left messages to no avail. on 3-20 I was told I would receive an email with a return shipping label and still have not received this. No answer from support

Broken car seat (titan) within the 2 years. No answer after 5 Months (nearly 6) 4 Tickets 5 Mails 1 Mail to the headquarters in Germany No Phone-Support in Germany available... This Company sucks. Hope they get out of business so other people don't need their "support". don't buy

Maxi coxi bassinet

Havent received my order since the 7th and the communication is 0. If they cant ship my order, they should just refund me my money cos Id be due soon and I dont have a bassinet for my baby. Ridiculous!

Can't get through on phone

So ive been trying to email Maxi Cosi to discuss an issue with my order. They didn't email back so i tried to call them but found it really difficult to locate a number. eventually found their UK number after spending a long time searching for, but it goes straight to a voicemail of a man working for a company called Dorel saying their temporarily out of office and to email for any concerns.

Resolved: Looking for products

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Their customer service is above and beyond expectations!

Highly recommend this company. You hardly ever see such fast customer service and response in this day's like this company!.

Hello, I thank you for getting back to me, I am still looking for an adapter (which connects the car seat to the stroller) for my child's stroller, a Maxi Cosi Adorra stroller

Refund of product which has been returned

I have returned a product - Maxi Cosi Zelia S Trio - and have not received a refund of the product. It was taken by the DPD driver and returned back to the company. I have not heard any correspondence in regards to my refund since 31/09/22 and it is now 17/09/22. They state they will be in touch 3-5days. I have paid for a product I dont have in my possession and it is impossible to get in contact with Maxi Cosi as there is not a phone number to talk to a customer service team.

Broken carriage

Carriage does not securely incline. It drops back down. Also the hood of the carriages latch on both sides snap off. The hood fell on my infant. I love the car seat but the carriage was something I was so excited about but turned out to be very disappointed.

Defect in the Maxi Cosi Titan Plus Car Seat

I purchased Maxi Cosi Titan Plus 1 year back and within a year the glue between Its car seat and cushion worn down. So, I complained on the official website regarding this, but got no response. So, then I complained here and within a day I got response. Hopefully, now within few days my problem could be resolved.

Stroller issue

The stroller handles are fading away as well as where you sit the baby it's loose doesn't feel safe, my baby is only 19 pounds not heavy at all.
