Never received product
I ordered a zoraki 914 for a video shoot. After 2 weeks and still have not received anything. I contact them to find out what the hold up was and they said 2 more weeks to wait due to customs. I will never purchase from Max Armory ever again. They are unreliable and if you have a schedule order from companies that have inventory.

Was trying to purchase a weapon, and customer service was lacking and condescending
"Do you always rant like a pathetic child with caps-lock on? We do business with triggered millennials, we are used to it. Clear and evident. Tried to purchase a weapon, and they kept changing their requirements, and information they needed. I sent them everything they requested, and they still were asking for the information, not looking at their previous emails. This went back and forth for 4-5 emails This was their response when I told they I have already sent it to them in a previous email in caps to get their attention and wanted my order canceled. Do you always rant like a pathetic child with caps-lock on? We do business with triggered millennials, we are used to it. Clear and evident."

This company provided excellent customer service and communication throughout my order process. They do their due diligence to ensure that the orders placed are legitimate and lawful. Leaving a negative review on a legitimate company because you are illegitimate or live somewhere where blank guns are banned is not the fault of maxarmory. I ordered blank guns to NYC they state they ship anywhere and mention nothing about need a permit or license . Once I ordered it they charged my card immediately then I was told.they cannot ship to NYC unless u provide a gun permit, common sense if I had a gun permit y would I need some bullshiet blank gun.duh. I asked for.a refund , they stated they refunded.me the 250 it's been over a.month now.and haven't received anything i.contacted the company he said my bank is.holding it , he is a.scam artist don't order anything they will. Charge u and you wont get anything. But its oki because my dad works for dea and today I will talk to.him because.a month tk refund money that insane . SCAM.ATIST LOOK AT ANY OTHER SITE THEY SAY IN BIG LETTERS WE DO NOT SHIP TOO NYC, NJ ....... THIS CONOANY DOESNT THEY WROTE WE WHIP.ANYWHERE IN THE USA BECAUSE THEY GUNS ARE FAKE AND LEGAL ANYWHWERE. Investigate your employees more and products before and after it has been shipped and costomer has received product
The reason i say this is i purchased a gun from here and it wasnt what it looked like once i had recieved it i had a discrepancy with the saler and they gad sent me a picture of what they had sent me. And by the time i recieved it, it was not in the same condition of their picture, not even close. I dont know if soneone that works there is stealing or switching things out before shipment or maybe through the delivers delivering the mail or what. But i never recieved description of objects that were attached with the gun and what they were wanting in order to exchange it for the same thing i was supposed to get. If i were have had recevied what photograph they had showed me in the email it would be sent back as the same photo. The whole reason i asked for an exchange is because i would never fire. So sorry for your inconvenience. It was like i was being called a fraud or a liar. Ill never buy another product from here again unless they exchange for what i was supposed to get. I just purchased 2 uzi's last night one from replica dungeon and one from replica weaponry. So sorry for their bad

I placed an order on Friday, for some blank bullets on their website for my blank gun I had purchased off eBay (same day, same company). I received an email right before they closed for the weekend saying there was an issue with my billing address and I needed to verify and get back ahold of them, which I did... fast forward to today (3 days later), I get a call from a woman saying that she needed me to send in a picture of my ID and we could go from there. Mind you my address on my ID is the EXACT SAME ADDRESS I entered on their website, and have on file with my bank. She calls me back and tells me I have to do a three way call with my bank to verify the address is correct.... What? Never in my life have I heard of this. I express to the woman that they are going to need me to verify my SSN or account number which I was NOT at all comfortable with letting her over hear on the phone. She reassured me that they wouldn't and I went ahead and called my bank anyways. The second I tell the representative what I needed she told me she needed me SSN or Account number (like I had just said) and I told her I would have to call her back. The woman with Max Armory then placed me on hold for 10 mins and I had to call the number back to tell her I wanted to cancel. I had called my bank back while I was waiting and a they said they NEVER have merchants call up with their customer 3-way to verify an address unless it's an insurance policy or something to do with a title loan, never for 20$ blank ammo. THIS IS SCREAMING SCAM!!!!!!!! PLEASE do not ever give out any banking information to anyone ever!!!!! My refund was completed after threats of telling me they were going to cancel my eBay order as well (which is going to be delivered today and had nothing to do with the order I placed on their max armory site) and that it in fact never shipped that she had 'the blank pistol it sitting right in front' of her. Just the professionalism of this company is SHOT, I wouldn't buy or recommend to ANY ONE.
