Need to talk to someone

I'm not sure why when I got the card I was assured that I would be getting the best price for fuel within several miles but that has not been the case the last several time that I've used my nitro card and when I've use my wife nitro card not sure if you have changed your policy but if you have it would have been nice to know before I've trusted you in providing me with the best gas priceless

The clerk called cops on me for no reason

I was walking on Knox in Spokane valley walking towards aregone to go to your store ,when I got to intersection of Knox and Hutchinson this car decided to try to push me and talk derogatory to me.and so I returned the favor and continue on to your store I get to the store and get told to leave to get the property by the guy that was in the car because he works there. The internet didn't happen on Maverick property or anywhere near mavic property I don't feel it was right of him to call the police on me

I'm a worker here and I'm being ignored and talked to as if I'm stupid

As brand new system has been installed in the store even the management has trouble with it frequently. I'm doing everything my boss and his management team has taught or instructed but still getting talked to about my shortcomings as if I was a child. On top of that during this talk management just walked away.

Complaint about incident at Maverik station at Williams, AZ on Thursday, June 29th.

On Thursday, June 29th in the late afternoon, a friend and I stopped at your location in Williams, AZ for gas. It was quite busy and all of the pumps were being used except one. We pulled up to the open one but couldnt get close enough for the hose and nozzle to reach our gas tank. A large white van was parked in front of us and was taking up both pump spaces. We didnt think much of it and waited for the van to move. No one was filling the van so we figured the driver was in the store. After waiting for approximately 10 minutes I got out of the car and went around the van to see if anyone was in it. A man and 6 to 8 Hispanic persons and been standing there the whole time off to the side of the pump. I asked them if the van was theirs and a large man who was obviously the driver spoke in a heavy accent saying that it was. His accent was not Hispanic and I believe he was middle eastern. I asked him if he would move his van forward so we could gas up because wed been waiting. He immediately became angry and verbally abusive and told me that It was a free country and he could park wherever he wanted. I said that all I wanted was for him to pull forward a little so we could get gas. He got more angry and I was afraid he would become violent so we moved our car and parked by the front of the store. I went in and told the attendant what had happened and he informed me that it was store policy to allow people to park under the awning by the pumps. I told him that it was hurting business to allow people to do that and it didnt make sense. He acted like he could care less. He was a young Hispanic or Native American maybe in his early 20s. My friend and I purchased a few things and when I was buying my items from a different attendant, I explained what had happened and he said he would tell them to move. The attendant said something to the first attendant about it who said that it was policy to allow people to park like the individual had. The second attendant had the most perplexed look on his face and just looked at me and shrugged his shoulders. Another 10 minutes had gone by before the van drove off. I have no idea how long they had parked there before we came along. It didnt end there because we later passed them on the highway and the driver passed us back and crowded the white line as he went around us. I called the Highway Patrol and reported the whole incident. We were going around 80 and the van went by us easily going 90. I would like to know if that is really your policy to allow people to park like that and, if not, what you are going to do about it. If not, then the first young attendant should be fired because the situation could have easily gotten violent. From the way things looked, he was covering for the van driver and his occupants who just stood there and silently watched as the driver went off on me. I believe he was probably transporting immigrants which could explain his behavior. I am a long time *** and Go customer as are many of my family and friends. Ill await your response.

Problem with online order form

There is no way to change the price to free when using the online order form for expiring rewards. Since I obviously have to pay if I do a pickup order, how can I get reimbursed for the reward that the website refused to let me use?

Taking money that's not there's to take

I used my debit. Card at the pump. And I instead of taking the 20 I put in gas.they emptied my account. And then tell me i can wait for 8 days before they pay me back. Where I come from that theft. Plan and simple..

Dishonest people work there.

Because someone in price Utah store stole 2 hundred dollars on the debit card. It was about 2:30 - 3:00 on Saturday 25 march. I was going to get gas. But I change my mind I cancel the transaction. But someone that was work the desk took 2 hundred.

Thank you for kindness and protecting me

My car broke down in front of Maverick gas station at 6510 S. Fort Apache, Las Vegas, Nevada 89148. My insurance company due to a clerical error would not tow my vehicle to my home at 12:30 am. I called a supervisor but they wouldn't help me. The store attendant let me stay in the store until my family came to get me. He said he'd watch my car and not let it get towed. It was dark and very cold outside. I was scared and afraid but his kindness and caring for a fellow human being made me feel safe. Thank you for being a good corporate citizen and caring about your customers. Thank you. Marsha Simms

Refun of tickets

No ticket refund due to icey roads single mom dangerous roads. Lives on a fixed budget. No one expects icey roads to happen in Texas. Has been saving to take children to watch game . Ticket refund is being refused. My daughter name is Sofia her number is 231 675 **** she has the tickets $500.00 dollars is a lot of money for her she is a substitute teacher.

Poor customer service

An employee at the store at 5600 W 5400 S in Kearns, Utah was extremely rude to my wife and I on 2 separate visits during their grand opening a week ago. She had a mean looking face on both occasions and wasn't interested in helping with questions about the 50 cent drink promotion that happened for 2 weeks recently and then when we got the free refills for the grand opening promotion she charged us because our cups were bigger than 44 ounce. They were all we had with us and the small amount over of about 8 ounces was certainly not going to break the store. She has no business working with the public. We will not return to that store again because of her. I don't know her name but she was middle aged, short and stocky and really had an unpleasant demeanor.

Visited Maverick at 5001 Jefferson St NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109 Bad customer service, dirty store, dirty bathrooms and out of tissue paper all the time more in the mornings than any other time.

Stopped for gas, drinks and snacks. Went the restroom first and bathrooms were dirty and out of toilet paper. The store counters were dirty and trash left on the counters. There was a male cashier and a female cashier by the name of Linda which she helped me. She was very rude and not helpful shouldn't be working with the public. I have gone at different time and morning shift is the worst time to go.

I feel like they deserve a shout out!

I buy a LOT of diesel, and they consistently have the lowest prices. The counter help at the stores do the best they can, swamped as they often are, I can get in and out fast. My only complaint is when the pumps run out of receipt paper, and I have to go back in and wait in line as I need my receipt, a minor ***

Just awful

Store on 4500 s just off the freeway was dirty. Cashier looked exhausted and overworked. There was always a line and the other woman just ignored everyone and didnt help with the customers. I go to leave and the other employee is outside talking on her phone and smoking while the cashier is doing everything all by herself. What a joke.

Maverik - horrible customer service!!

I come into this Maverik location, 3755 N. Chambers Road Aurora, CO 80011, EVERY DAY and spend more than $20 to $40 on any given day as a loyal customer. I came in to get gas and gave my Maverik discount card and cash to purchase $20 in gas. The kid behind the counter was cleaning the counter and acted like he did not want to acknowledge me. I finally told him twice I wanted $20 in gas on pump 8, and I put the card and money on the counter. He eventually took the money, left the card on the counter and completed the order, without any eye contact.I asked him if he going to scan the card. No response. Now I am pissed. I then said it again in a loud voice, and he said "no, sorry". And went back to cleaning the counter. His manager was on the other side of the store, and I walked over to her and told her what happen. She had *** attitude and was to busy mopping the floor and told me she will talk to him. By her *** attitude, I don't think she will. This store needs employees that have a professional attitude, and not a bunch of uneducated kids. I know several people that have have received the same treatment from this gas station.. Maverik is not the only gas station that sell gas!! BUYER BEWARE, 3755 N. CHAMBERS ROAD, AURORA, CO. Dont shop here, go to Total gas station across the street. They treat you with respect.

Pending Charge costed two work days.

Your Fallon store charged me for gas and a pack cigarettes yesterday 8/11/2022. The gas keeps me working since I am a delivery driver. Your store has now costed me 2 days of work. I expect to be paid for my missed days. Each day I wait, you are costing me $150, your debt is now my pending transaction plus $300.00.
