Why would they have several classes of writers?Why do they charge different prices for papers at the same academic level with the same deadline on account of which writer handles which paper?

Charged both of my orders
I by mistake place an order twice and did not know untill after they sent me 2 papers of essays on same topic.after explainning that I did not need 2 essays they very strongly refused to refund fee paid for one.they claim is that the writer must be paid and other cost incurred also covered.it is obvios that i didnt need 2 papers and they shuld have call to confimr with me first. i need my refands

Test Your Coupon Codes Immediately upon Issuance
The last time Maven Writers completed my assignment they gave me a coupon code to use for my next order.I have tried using it but it is not effecting the discount.On contacting Support,they said that that specific code can only be activated by order with a minimum word count of 5500 words.This was never specified and was not the agreement when the code was generated and shared to me for use.I come here hoping they will seek to resolve this by activating the code and keeping to their word.

The agent I had a chat with online said a dissertation's Quality Assurance Report needs to be requested beforehand when ordering. All I needed is a critical breakdown of how the work I've received meets the standards.

Different Academic Levels equate to Different Quality
You have too wide a disparity between two consecutive academic levels.A classmate ordered the exact paper I ordered only one level higher than mine. What you have sent her is waaaay superior to what you sent me.It is hard to maintain that the difference in quality can be accounted for solely by the single-step difference in selected academic level.

Too Expensive - Ensure to ask for a coupon code first
Truth be told, their work is fine. The chapters cover the specific designated subject and they flow into each other seamlessly. The grammar is also generally okay. I made very few changes to perfect it. What I don't like is the hefty fee I was charged to get my work done. If I was not as desperate as I was, I surely would have walked away. My deadline was close and my options were limited. Otherwise I would have taken my business elsewhere. My only ask is that they match their prices with the other writing sites offering the same kind of services. I don't want a full refund. Just a fair charge.That's all.

Select your discipline wisely since it determines your charge
Why are certain disciplines being charged at a higher rate than others? Why should a Statistical analysis paper be charged differently from a Nursing paper of the same length.I think this classification of some orders as 'technical' is a ruse to charge some students a higher fee for the same service offered to others.

They have denied me the right to change my paper details claiming the writer is almost done with the paper. The mistake is mine that I submitted faulty details, but they should try to accommodate me without requiring me to pay for a new order.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement. This was not really a dispute more than it was rather a conflict of approach.
Their support team has been in communication with me ever since my original review here, and it appears I may have been a little less than fair and reasonable in my assessment of their policy regarding payments in installments. I hope they accept my apologies, and that their reputation hasn't suffered much damage due to my haste and poor judgement..

We had agreed that for my 25,000 word Dissertation, I would make payments in installments with every chapter I received. We went along with this arrangement smoothly for the first 4 chapters. Then, given the length of the paper, I needed to make sure that their expert was going to adopt the right methodology. I asked that I be provided with a sneak peak of the approach that was to be employed. They offered to only give me a summary of the methodology and said they couldn't send the full methodology until the last chapter was fully covered financially. I mean, come on. I'm ordering more than 90 pages from you. There's no way I will refuse to make payment on one chapter, or change my writing expert just so I can save a few hundred dollars. This policy has led to a bitter and unpleasant exchange that has ruined the good camaraderie that was already built.

For my latest order with mavenwriters I accidentally selected the wrong discipline for my paper.All other details were correct,including the instructions for how to complete the paper.When I later received the delivered piece,I noticed it had science-specific undertones,lingo,and emphasis.I asked support team about it and I was told a writer's perspective on how to handle an order is partly dictated by the discipline indicated during ordering.The other instructions were the same though.Am I not entitled to a rewrite?

They Suddenly Increased Prices Intentionally to Exploit Customers
During an online chat engagement with a representative who knew my ordering history and the size of papers I normally ordered,the prices of my discipline category suddenly increased noticeably to a great degree.Apparently all along I had been paying less than the actual price simply because they had not applied an index to specific unique disciplines.Why should it matter that my paper is a Biological Lab Report and not a History essay? And if such a policy of price change is to be implemented, shouldn't it be better applied to future orders and not to a regular customer in the process of placing an order?This is clear robbery.
