Hi there, so I recently purchased a mattress from a local mattress warehouse and then I found out that online the cost of the mattress appeared to be less than what I had purchased it for at the store. I went I to the store and had the manager work out the price match guarantee policy and was told that I would receive a check. I have yet to receive this and its been a few weeks. Bed not the correct size

I bought five beds from mattress discounters do $5k , I king 3 queens and 1 twin. The king size bed was to small length wise so we decide to switch to a California king because it was longer . The California king is 84 inches , in length the bed that we got was 80 in length. The box spring was not changed also and I dont know why. Im really pissed and sadly diss appoint at mattress discounters. My sales John was good but the company itself was not. Call me to see what I should do. (301) 500-**** Carlos montano. To file a complaint on one of your sales representative at your district heights store

My mother and I was very unhappy with the sales rep at that location. I m going to the end of our visit. Because we didnt purchase a bed at the time, the sales rep made disrespectful comment before we left. This took an hour and a half. As if we wasted his time and energy because we didnt purchase the bed at that time. We were the only customers in the store the entire time.

Update of progress with Mattress Warehouse

After my post that I sent to pissed consumer and they sent it to mattress warehouse, within four hours I received a call from Mattress Warehouse. They stated that everything that I requested as a solution would be honored. Everything has been rectified to my satisfaction, my new mattress arrives tomorrow. I thank Mattress Warehouse for doing the right thing and I thank pissed consumer to put it in the proper hands that it got noticed.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

Absolutely horrible ONLINE service. Cannot speak to the in store staff. I purchased a mattress online on March 4th, immediately realizing I selected the wrong size. I tried to cancel which there is no option online, but there is an email provided for cancellations. I emailed immediately on 3/4 at 7:24pm and began calling the various Customer Service numbers I could find. The phone rang to a busy tone every time. There was one number that was "corporates offices" which said due to Covid, they cannot assist with calls and then it automatically disconnects at the end of that pre-recorded message. I received an email on 3/5 saying that my order was to be delivered. So, I continued to call and email and have to this very minute, received no response to any of those attempts. I was finally able to chat online with someone (all other attempts said no one was available) and the chat agent said things like, "Please see my last statement" and "This is all the information I can provide you." How in the world do you run a business this way? This is the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. I have never left a review of any sort on Yelp. But when you're done $650 and no one will tell you that you're ordered is actually cancelled and then get an attitude with you when you finally connect with someone, it's worth the time to write a review and save someone else from this happening to them. .

Complaint

3 attempts to buy twin for dad, but each fail! two defective &;;;;; last causing injuries.1st one assured by salesman good product, but after 1 night, dad had back pains. Store called next day; told us "wait 100 days to get used to it". Didn't work, so was told to exchange, losing delivery & disposal $200. 2nd one sagged w/in months; pictures sent. Exchange was issued, w/which we bought more expense twin. Also sagged, causing back pains. Dad could only sleep on a side b/c of sag, and fell twice with injuries to head & hand. Emails, voicemails, & messages thru their main # ignored!! Finally 3rd party inspector came & credit again issued. We want refund to move on! But after more ignoring us district mgr finally called w/ "No refunds! We only do credit to amount paid!". would do negative stars if could.

Missing frame

It's still missing,nobody is trying to help so I can receive the money back ,it's been a month,

Damage during delivery

The delivery crew damaged our synthetic deck during delivery by dragging a heavy mattress across the deck. I reached out to customer service as soon as I noticed the damage. After a delayed response they indicated that they have a policy that says they must be notified within 48 hours. The documents I received do not include this information. They are taking no action towards repairs.

Mitch at the Gaithersburg, MD office was so helpful. He helped me pick out the mattress that was in my price range and had the firmness that I needed.

Untrustworthy customer service

I called to cancel my mattress due to its high cost, before it was delivered. An agent called me back and pressured me into buying a cheaper mattress, lying by saying that the quality and firmness would be the same, which when delivered, it wasn't. When I called the store to voice my dislike of the mattress, JC Myers, the district manager out of the Ranson WV store, turned very rude and told me there was no possible way for me to get my money back. I tried to explain that I had been lied to by an agent that tricked me into investing in a lower quality mattress that would be comparable to the one I was canceling, he became inpatient and told me that he could not help me and told me he was going to hang-up. I asked if I could ask him another question and proceeded to talk. He then began to raise his voice, started yelling at me using profanity. Then he hung the telephone up on me. But the worse thing was, when I reported his behavior to the regional manager, a Mr. Kevin Keller, he was insincere and unaccommodating. He said he would pass my message on to Eric, at the corporate office, and have him call me back. But to this day, I haven't gotten any calls from this company.

Missing box spring

No, As soon as, let Mattress Warehouse know that I was missing a box, they sent it out the next day. Im very satisfied.

Bad service

Had ordered a mattress on Sunday was set for delivery Tuesday they got cancelled til they Thursday. When it was finally delivered it was the wrong mattress plus the delivery guys had no tools and had to borrow my sons then after realizing it was the wrong mattress here it was put on backwards . I talked to the district manager who was more then rude and told me he was running 20 different stores . I didnt ask that and that has nothing to do with my situation. He wasnt concerned and not willing to discount me for my aggravation . I had already taken two days off from work and never compensated. Just expect to take another day off for a failed yet delivery plus my bed frame was never put in the frame from them taking it apart. Mattress feels likes bricks and something on a horrible hotel room bed awful
