Terrible delivery service
I left a down payment of 200 hundred dollars with the matress1 one store in W. Melbourne, Florida. They have completely abandoned the building and I can not get in touch with their corporation.

I want to complain about Tempur-pedic mattresses and how they're overpriced but yet not comfortable at all after you've owned it for several months, the store that sold it to us Mattress-One, is no longer in business in my location. My wife and I have awful back pains when we wake up in the morning and throughout the night. I do not recommend Tempur-pedic they do not stand by their product.

Our base has quit working only one side
We have a king size mattress and we were sold two bottom bases that you can raise your head or feet or both we were sold king size mattress but only one side works now on base

I don’t have and or never bought any mattress from this place
I just went in to check out a mattress, and SEE if we could get the payments around $75 or lower a month. And just because we put some of my info in the computer, and that was it!!!!!. Now I have collection people calling me saying(I havent made any payments on a mattress I DONT HAVE). And now this is going on my credit report. And I cant find a number to get ahold of the main corporate office. It ended up on this PISSEDCONSUMER.COM. AND THE STORE I WENT INTO IN LIVINGSTON TEXAS HAS WENT OUT OF BUSINESS DO TOO LACK OF RENT BEING PAID!!

I've worked with this company for over 2 years. I was a customer service representative. I've been looked over for promotions. I've also was the only black employee in the office. Marwan,his brother, mario, and Dino are all racist! Do not apply to this job. They scam customers by selling used mattresses and adjustable bases they even go to the extent of wrapping used mattresses in plastic and seal it. DINO steal in the warehouse. This would be your worst job ever. Amy who is the customer service manager is rasict as well she said the n word in front of me even though I'm a black woman

Mattress One is a horrible company. They rip you off. Cash financing contracts as soon as you sign. They dont give refunds they dont have any merchandise unless it is old sitting around the warehouse. I worked for them and I cant even get my W2. Run and run fast and dont look back. Unless you just want heartache and frustration. No honest sales person will work for them. I cant lie and cover for them anymore. Horrible people all they want is your money. I cant count how many times I have had to battle for my guests. If a company treats employees this way. They will treat you worse

Customer service store NO ONE HERE
I was purchasing adjustable frame for the mattress I purchased prior from Mattress One. I had a remaining balance of $300 which I went to store to finalize purchase to find them closed. Then I checked other listing and they were all closed. I feel the customer should have been notified prior to the store closing and not being ripped off.
