My mattress, box spring, and headboard was delivered and put together by the delivery men a month ago. Today, I finally was able to find a bed skirt to match my cover. To my surprise , when I took off the mattress to put on the bed skirt the box spring had a broken board. How could the delivery men not see this?! I will be contacting the store in the morning and will. Post a update.

Great customer service
After purchasing box spring and mattress the regular box spring made the bed to high for the head board. Called and asked for the low profile box spring. Said no problem would swap it out at my convience . Came out made the swap. Very nice people to deal with. Would recommend to others looking for a new mattress.

Best sales and service in murfreesboro ask for Rick Alexander for all the info you will need to make the right choice......best sales and service .............people you can count on...had good prices and good brands that seem to last a good while. works with you as much as they can on pretty much everything in the whole store. everything looks good on the showroom floor and labeled well. they tell you about deals and prices. they are good about adding in a pillow or a topper too and they have the frame and the headboards too. everything you need to make your bed complete and comfortable. plus we get next day delivery and haul away of old bedding too. that's a great plus as well. they work on no commission so just do a good job and try to see what you need and want the most to meet your needs. this is our second buy in the store and that's the reason we went back.

I wrote a complaint on Mattress Gallery Direct on Saturday, November 11, 2017. concerning a situation I had in one of their stores. I am happy to say that I was wrong in my assessment. Although I had a rough experience at 1 particular store with 1 particular person, I have to say Will & Tim Duncan have completely made me a lifelong customer! They went over and beyond to solve my issue. I went the and bought another mattress and they were so polite and genuine, I took that one back and bought one from the Franklin store! That is rare for the OWNERS to assist you in this manner! Thank you guys for turning my opinion around. Great work and outstanding customer service!

Great Place!
As a single mother I have to be very aware of my budget when making large purchases like a mattress. I needed to buy my daughter a mattress because hers was worn out. I visited several stores and and the sales guy here was the only one that wasn't pushy. He helped me find a great mattress for my daughter and even showed me how I could get an even bigger discount. I really felt like he took my specific situation into consideration instead of just trying to make a sale. If you check these guys out ask for Billy! he was awesome. Also the delivery crew was on time which is probably the first home delivery I have ever had on time. Thanks Mattress Gallery Direct!

Mattress Gallery Direct Awesome Experience!
I recently bought a Mattress from Mattress Gallery Direct in Franklin Tn. And I have to brag on them because they really went beyond the call of duty! I had just moved to town and needed new mattresses ASAP. It would have cost too much to move all of my mattresses from Across the country. I pulled into town and closed on my house around 1:00. Oh ***! What were we going to sleep on? We really didn't want to rent a hotel so I read some great Google reviews about Mattress Gallery Direct and decided to give them a shot. First off the sales guy was nice and very well dressed. So well dressed that I thought we might be in the wrong place. Not at all. I less than 20 min he helped us select 3 mattresses for the master and the kids. They even delivered by 5:00 pm and saved us from renting a hotel room!!!! Thanks Mattress Gallery Direct for the awesome experience.

Mattress Gallery Direct Sales people AND their manager/owner really want the customer to be happy and be satisfied with their purchase. You can really tell a lot about a business by how they treat a customer AFTER the sale is made; - AFTER they get their money. I had an issue that I wanted to be addressed 2 weeks after I made the purchase, and I'm happy to say my problem has been addressed. I'm impressed with how quickly the issue was resolved to my complete satisfaction. This is a good company to do business with. -- LAL

DON'T GO THERE PLEASE SAVE Your MONEY!!! I had exactly the same experience! I'm stuck paying $3500 for the mattess set that KILLS my back!! The new ones sleep worse than I originally had! So much money wasted! I'm disabled and almost 60! This company's practices do take advantage of older and disabled people! Please don't get caught up in the same situation as me and as the folks in the PISSED OFF review.

Horrible experience !!! The worst company I ever did business with. I waited a month for bunk beds , the first delivery was the wrong item. Second delivery came at 1am in the morning ! They even split the wood when putting it together , also stripped the holes where screws were "Supposed" to be secured . Very unprofessional, very rude and uncaring. I brought all of this to thier attention . I also emailed pictures as I was instructed by the manager . I was ignored .All they want is your money . Please think again before you do business with this company.
