So I lost an account because of a typed wrong email, (I know, my fault). I managed to retrieve my account, but there were a lot of hurdles. First their telephone call that they have when you google search it doesn't work. It has two options that are largely unhelpful, so don't use that number. I understand that match.com has about 26.1 million users when I sent a request for help, and know that they probably have a lot of requests to go through. The response time listed on the form was about 24- 48 hours, but it took a long time for them to respond in that timeframe. Once they respond, the service is great and they were very helpful.

Things turned around for me when I finally found a normal site J4Date.com
I wasted 10 months on Match and found no one who I would remotely consider a possible match. Ridiculously picky, rude women with bad or overage looks. I tried my luck on J4Date.club and I was overwhelmed by the amount of top-notch classy women who contacted me. Everyone is polite, responsive and friendly there. Maybe there are still some shady things going on there but at least they supply what they promise. I am setting up a date for Saint Valentine's and things have been going just great so far!

Just paid & wont verify phone
Non existent customer service support. I called- recorded message, chatted with bot and emailed to get form response. I had technical issue due to no fault of my own (the cell phone # Ive had for 20+ yrs that couldnt be verified) that couldnt be resolved & I was refunded my $$ w/out telling me & kicked out permanently according to the email. I cant believe any business could exist treating customers so poorly!

Tried to cancel and still can’t
When i called, the automated message tells you how to cancel and hangs up after telling you how. But ever since I tried to go into the spot that they indicated, it freezes and gives me an error message. Its almost like its happening in purpose because the first time it allowed me to say why and then something went wrong and now Ill have to try and see if theres another route in to a real person to cancel. Shouldnt be this hard.

My subscription is paid until 8-25-2023. I thought that I was saying that I did not want my subscription to automatically renew.I am passed.
I have paid until 8-2023. I was cancell gif if not to be automatically renewed, and and you cancelled my paid subscription. I am pissed. Your communication is subpar.

I did not want to resubscribe, my account was charged and now I am not able to dispute the claim or ask to be reimbursed by someone on the phone.

I dont want to pay more money to answer someones text to me. This site is useless. When I signed up for six months there was nothing said about additional money to respond to someone that messaged me.

I just wanted to know if Match would make and adjustment for me considering I forgot to cancel my membership before midnight on a discounted trial. The representative was knowledgeable about the membership policy but not customer service.

Billing issue
NPaid $47.99 for the service , got a reciept confirmation number 26637**** had to reset my password three times and it told me that email I used was not valid and then when I try to get back in it it wouldnt even acknowledge my payment. Is that where yall do business? I feel like Ive been ripped off. If yall do not resolve this I will contact the attorney general the Better Business Bureau and anybody else and listen to me. If I suspected fraud, I will get the authorities involved

Impossible to stop renewal
Try it. Its impossible.once they have your money they just keep renewing the subscription. Have tried it online and tried calling. No bueno. Why am I having to write at least 100 syllables to support this nonsense. What else can I say? They make it impossible impossible impossible impossible impossible to get the renewal to stop
