Over Charged, Lectured, and Disrespected

The "Manager" of the Okemos MI salon, located inside of the Meridian Mall, was the epitome of unproffessional. Not only did she have horrendous hygiene, but she also over charged me, provided services I did not ask for, did not do my color the way I wanted (provided zero color consult prior to starting), but she also then took it upon herself to shout and reprimand my 6 year old daughter who did absolutely nothing wrong, other than get too close to the chair. I was charged double what I was quoted, and had to listen to three hours of her political talk even after I told her I was uncomfortable with the subject matter. I was told, and I quote "People like you who don't talk about these issues are part of the problem." Don't go there. Just don't go. It isn't worth the headache or the money.

I have my appointment at 11.00 and no one is here

I have an appointment at 11.00am on Saturday here today. Been waiting here for 15 mins and salon is not even open. No one is here???

Inept stylist

Avoid unless you don't care about results. I could have received a better haircut from a lawnmower. I went in for a basic cut, even showed Stella a picture of what I wanted. She cut it too short, missed trimming the hair over one ear, and didn't listen to what I was saying. I thought I might be able to fix some of it once I got home, but I now see it has to grow out and be repaired by a professional. Pathetic!

Completely ruined hair. Have to shave head completely and no exaggeration

Went in to see Pamela with a photo of dark purple brown with a simply face frame trim and left with copper red brown and bright orange hair hacked to bits. Left with my side of my head completely missing 80% of my hair.I also left with a large red stain all over my face. Offered to redo it in a few weeks and I will never let anyone professional touch my hair again. Will now have to shave head because one side is shorter than my ear. Thank you Mastercuts. First haircut after being cancer free and finally having hair and you completely ruined my entire head of hair. I want my money back in full.

Ruined hair

Went in with a photo said she was confident in it and I left with orange red brown hair when I asked for brown purple blonde. Left with half a head of hair and half my face stained red

They sold tickets on line to concert in rochester ny and can not print

purchased tickets for concert and after found out only can put on smart phone to get in and no way to print No warning you need phone to show tickets on Ihave old flip phone and will not display ticket Iwould nt have bought them if was online warning Do i have to buy phone now after spending 140 dollars on them

Unable to wear mask

I have a drs note stating I cannot wear a mask and Regis in Roseburg Or denied me access to get a color, cut and style. I Had an appt set at 11am tomorrow and then denied my appt because I cannot wear a mask. My vocal cord is paralyzed causing it hard to breath Julie Walters 971 678 ****

Bad haircut

I was very disappointed with the service my son and I received when we came into his haircut on Saturday Feb, 8 2020. We are not from Joplin area and he desperately needed a haircut. We value the Regis name however this has discredited the amount of value we have now. The lady was very rude to my son after he asked if she could fix the areas he felt uncomfortable with. She flat refused and indicated to him that she didnt see anything wrong with the cut. He had a scheduled event to attend the following morning and was ashamed to walk on stage due to his haircut. This is not okay with me as a parent or with him as a valued customer.

Do not go!

Horrible service! I had an appointment in Sawgrass Mills Mall MasterCuts at 10 am. I got there at 9:55 but they never opened. One hour later I’ve been told from Julia to come back because they never open on Fridays at 10 but at 10:45. However, I got back and surprisingly Julia told me that she forgot to tell me that I have to pay in cash. I didn’t have cash,so I have to get back home again. Disrespectful people!

Complaint

I went in early morning, no customers besides myself and my son. We both got our hair cut... mine was a zero guard shave which the lady didnt take her time and missed a lot of little hairs... my son same thing was rushed, nicked his ear and his sideburns were uneven. No apologies just a grand total of $48 dollars... I checked to see if I broke a window. Way over priced, service and hair cuts were horrible. First and last time visiting master cuts ever

Received bad perm and was promised a redo. Store closed on day of appointment. Looking for a refund

Store closed and refused to refund money on last day. Perm did not take and now don't have the money to give my wife the perm she wanted.

Price question

Still didn't get any reply. Still was charged $26.00 for a hair cut that I normally charged $15.95 for several times before . Recipe had makeover charge on it . Still was taken for $10 Dollars. The store manager and corporate was called and still nothing. Corporate said the regional manager was going to call me and nothing happen .I guess they just took advantage of a senior citizen and Veteran . It happen at Samlon Run Mall IN Watertown. I guess there desperate for money . Poor way to run a store and staff. It is on the web site $15.95 for a Adult hair cut . I guess they can't read either. And l contracted the BBB to. Check your recipe that they don't get you to.
