My son got a mastercraft drill for his birthday, it is just a starter drill so not a super expensive one but it has never worked since we got it. We put it on the charger and when it is fully charged you press the button and you can hear the drill trying to spin but it won't. I do not have a receipt and Canadian tire refused to exchange it without the receipt. I always thought mastercraft had a life time warranty, I just want my son to have a working drill. If you could let me know what I can do that would be great. Then I get an email that they decided not to read my email/complaint, great customer service guys!

Dangerous heater
So i bought a heater last year didnt really use it until this last month its the blue master craft heater its like a cube anyway iv been using it for the lasr month and it started having all these issue not working properly making sparking sounds weird smells when it did work like i thought it was gonna start my house on fire so i stopped using it and i did take the screws off only to find a plastic peice with metal on it loose inside and melted off of somthing ...is this the kind of product your letting people take home like melting parts ans sparking this could have easily burnt down my house or electrocuted someone in my house hold i thought the master craft name meant safe and reliable but this is dangerous and could kill families

I am not happy with the product policy
The product is manufactured in China where they don't have the same quality criteria as we have here in Canada. For what I need it to it will do the job but with great difficulty and that is the same with the "band saw". The saw guide rail does not line up with the saw blade at all I can not use the "fence" when that is required with that, I have to cut the lumber by free hand.

Miter saw fence issue
Hi, The fence on my Miter saw is not straight. I read the manual and tried to adjust it but I was unable to fix it. I dont actually understand how it could be rectified as it is all one piece. My miter saw model number is 055-6***-* Can you give me any guidance as to how to fix the problem? It seems that both sides of the fence angle towards the center of the tool.

Lawn mower worked once
I bought the 060-0***-* brushless lawn mower on May 14th. I used it once. While mowing it stopped a few times, but I finished both front lawn and backyard. A week after, I tried starting the mower and it wouldn't start. Batteries were charged, safety pin was in, but didn't start.

Unsatisfied With 20V Lithium Bty Performance
I purchased a Mastercraft 20V Max cordless blower, complete with battery and charger. The item was purchased on line last year (during the height of COVID pandemic restrictions) sight unseen. When I got home I unpacked everything and charged the bty as per instruction and once done tested the blower's operation. All seemed good and have been looking forward to using it this fall. The battery is a 20 V max Lithium 4.0 Ah # 054-7557-*. Fully charged, as indicated by the charger and bty indicator lights) it only lasts 15-20 minutes. It takes 2-3 hours to re-charge the bty. only to die again after 15-20 min of use. This has happened the last four times it was used. A 1 hr job has taken me over7 hrs to complete. My understanding is that a 4.0 Ah bty should provide power for at least 3 hours. I feel that this battery is defective and came that way from the manufacturer...or... it has been mislabeled and should indicate point 4 Ah (0.4 Ah)=20 min.

Lower power when cutting and repeat stop, batteries needs bigger for better cutting
I want to get the high voltage for batteries, because of lower cutting or several stops. I have to push the button for the power, but weak cutting. It's new expensive lawn mower model 060-0590-*. I have to use my old one better than new one. I need to know soon. I bought it in three weeks ago at Canadian Tire. Reference number 660264** **1001**** h I am not pleased with it.

Warranty Help is Horrible
Received the wrong Bow Filler at delivery back in March 2021 and still waiting?? It is now mid July. No one knows what is going on? Dealer, Salesperson, no one.. The dealership that I bought the boat is no longer a MC dealer, and still no one can help me at all... At least get me a refund or something...
