Ordered front fork shock for a 2022 Massimo warrior/MB200 and part is too short and cannot get any one to answer phone

Extremely poor service!

Just try to get someone on the phone! And good luck getting any parts from them! I highly recommend staying away from this company!

My 2022 is junk

2022 tboss 550f, delivered road it 5 times in 3 weeks, and over heated, now at a power sports shop getting looked at and needs a motor, blowen head gasket, head is trash, I want new machine, only 80 hours on it. Not cool

Rear drive shaft(from trany to rearend) has come out of rear end twice and broke into both times. 87 miles on unit the first time and 248 the second time called Massimo head quarters and they told me

Keep breaking the rear drive shaft both times I was going over a 8 inch rise in the ground at a speed of less than 5mph Massimo told me they had no other people having this happen and I was on my own to fix it I ordered a new drive shaft and am going to take it to a machinist and have home cut it in half and weld a 3/4 inch piece in the middle I think that will keep it from sliding out of the rear as it moves upward over a rise in the road

Warranty - there is none ~ Worthless

Warranty - there is none ~ Worthless. If you drive your unit more than 5 miles a day your limited warranty expired in six months. Everything else already expired when you had it a month. Massimo has become a joke - try calling them, nobody answers the phone.

Transmission when after 18 months. Expensive to fix. Don’t buy. Very cheap product.

1st gear just grinds. Need a new transmission. If you want more details call me at 724831****. - Rick Im sorry I bought this piece of junk.

Wheel baring went out and tires are done after 6 months

We got the massimo buck 250 from Atwood’s in lake worth tx and the wheel baring has already gone out after limited use. The tires also have gone bald. We need to have these fixed because the utv should be under warranty

All bad, Stay away from this company

Ordered the 200 cc Go cart. The steel gage the go cart came in was falling apart and damaged the seat and one tire. It looked like it was welded together by 10 year old kids.... And if you read the warranty sheet, that alone should scare you away. The warranty program is set up so it is almost impossible to make a recovery. So then about three months later a oil cooler line broke, under warranty again but paid out of pocket because the warranty process is impossible. waited four months for the wrong parts to be sent. Not to mention the way the chain tensioner is set up is so touchy had at least 8 hrs into getting that straitened out..

Worthless Company

Not even a year and only 300 miles on it. All we've done is wait for parts to fix it or even talk to someone. On March 4, 2021 we purchased brand new the Massimo T-Boss 550F Side by Side at: Orscheln Farm & Home 1525 Highway Business 60 West Dexter, MO 63841 We paid $8999.00 , total cost was $9258.61 in which we paid $9100.00 in cash and $158.61 on our debt bank card. NOTE: All items shipped to us always took 5 - 7 days to arrive. There are shops or anything remotely close to us to do any repairs so we had to do them ourselves. CASE #4726 So by the end of May, as we were riding the trails we couldn't start it when we stopped at the local station. The alternator wasnt charging the battery anymore. The battery was dead. Luckily we were able to buy a new battery where we were at so that we could get back home..... the only batteries they carry are Interstate, which cost us $170.00. Ridiculous!! After contacting Orschlens in Dexter about what happened, we finally made contact with Massimo and worked with Craig on registering our TBoss and getting a replacement alternator and rectifier. After about 2wks we received the items but after calling about still not getting any charge we were told we had to get a stator as well, so after another few weeks we received the stator and was able to fix the issue after just over a month of not being able to ride the thing. CASE # ? By late August 2021, the wench went out. So, again we had to call Massimo again to get a replacement. Now, in May or June we noticed that the windshield had all these little spots all over it. We tried everything we could to get rid of the spots because they were obstructing our view, making it difficult to drive mostly with the sun glare. CASE #5941 So, when we called about the wench I mentioned the windshield issue too. The woman stated that they had seen this defect issue here in the very recent past and sent us a replacement windshield because it wasn't anything we had caused. CASE #6739 Early December 2021 -- While working/riding out on our property, the clutch just goes out. Spoke with Craig again and we needed the following items to fix this issue: Drive assy comp v-belt clutch carrier assy clutch housing assy CVT gasket --Cover CVT gasket -- Housing Bearing A few days later, after looking at how to replace the above-mentioned parts, I saw that I'd have to remove the oil filter and seal. So we contacted Craig again and on 12/29/2021 requested: Oil filter Oil seal Due to being on BackOrder, the Oil Seal wasn"t finally shipped until January 24, 2022 -- leaving us still unable to use our TBoss now for a month and a half. And yet still, after getting the oil filter and seal, we still weren't able to do the repair because we STILL NEEDED: Gasket, left crankshaft cover Which was then shipped out on Feb 7, 2022. So we finally received that gasket on Feb 11, 2022. How many problems, breakdowns or piece of junk parts do we still need to go through with this machine?? As of today our TBoss only has 300 miles on it -- 300!! We were so excited when we bought our brand new TBoss, it's the first brand new thing of such value that we had bought for ourselves. We made the purchase mainly for the purpose of it being so highly functional for us at the new cabin and 40 acres we had just purchased. We just sold our home in SE Missouri and right away ran to buy the Tboss. We needed it to help get around our property, get around the area on the trail system and to use it to help haul firewood that we were planning on harvesting from the property. Being brand new and with an awesome metal bed on it, we couldn't wait to show it off and use it. Well, we got to use it alright, *** 300 mls worth. We used it on a 5 mile trail once, hauled just 3 loads of firewood and used it to help haul materials to the cabin we are restoring. But those usages were very far and few in between! Three hundred miles, 3 huge breakdowns, and out of commission for 4-5 mths. The time and expenses we have had to incur just because we haven't had the TBoss functional. Shipping can be said to be a problem with all this CV19 crap, fine. But the extent of what has all had to be fixed/replaced in just 7-8 mths of ownership......if it was an actual vehicle this would all come under being filed under the Missouri Lemon Law!! We didn't purchase a brand new side by side; we purchased an end of a Friday night shift machine!! 1 thing after another, after another, after another. We have tried to coop, understand, be patient and accepting but we just can't do it any longer! The stress and strain on my wife having to deal with the frustration of breakdowns, waiting for getting things in and, since December 2021, having to struggle getting firewood up to the cabin to use as she has a disability and it causes quite pain for her struggling with all of this that has transpired. We wanted to love this machine, we tried to love this machine but Massimo has failed as a company at providing a quality item at an expensive price, if you ask us! I want to return this side by side for a full refund. So much for thinking buying something New is well worth the money anymore!

Just info

looks like well built, was a two day delay in delivery, It was well crated , I had a hard time breaking into it. It wasnt about to get damaged in shiping. Now looking for a owners manual for blower and manual for the Loncin 420 cc motor. the manual came with a couple pages of info. nothing that couldnt be figured out just by looking at the parts. And no manual for the gas motor.. they have a couple manuals on web, but want to charge for them.

No customer support

I bought the Massimo 100 watt folding 5 panel solar panel. Great product but there is absolutely no customer support. Tried several times to contact this company for a question regarding using the product with my RV and they are non existent. I'm surprised Costco sells this product.

Massimo 250 buck is junk, 10 miles all i have on it,

this is junk the i had to replace 10 parts an that is not all , dont buy one, an you dont get your money back.

Not happy

All I do is work on it, I can't ride it. I rode it for 10 mills. If you can help, that would good. may be an other utv , wood work . thank you

Massimo 500 no power

Massimo 500 no power runs like its in limp mode no one in the northeast will work on them and massimo never answer the phone

No parts

I have a 2017 Massimo 500 side by side. It is 4 years old and Massimo does not have any parts for it. Buyer beware, once your equipment gets old you will not be able to get parts. I for one would never buy a Massimo product.

Trying to find parts & certified service center

Cant get into reverse still have low, high, &;; nuetral gear cable linkage still works for those list but wont allow you shift into reverse or park cant locate Massimo dealer in ock area to check for parts & servive!
