The manager at the Laurel facility was very rude - refuse to take my gift card

I was given a gift card from a Doctor at Laurel Regional Hospital, worth $120. I went and had a massage on 2/27/22 at the Laurel location, Diamond gave the massage, and Kat booked the appointment. I paid $75 off the gift card, with a remaining balance of $45. I called on Sunday and spoke with Ari, who pulled up my card, and told me my card is no longer valid at the Laurel location, and I should go to the College Park location. This gift card has no expiration date, and I'm very disappointed with the treatment I received, and I will appreciate a call back, my number is listed below. The card number is HR00938819.

No concession made for appt missed do medical emergency

My sister had an appointment for a facial at the transit Rd location inCheektowaga NY. Id given it to her for her birthday but she was rushed to the emergency room with a bowel obstruction the night before her appt. I understand the 24hr rule but think the right thing would be to make a concession. She did have surgery and was in the hospital for a week. Her name is Mary Frodella and her appointment was on the 8/16. I have had my membership for more than 10 yrs but I will cancel it it a concession will not be made. This was out of her hands to call and cancel within the 24hrs. She was in the emergency department at Mercy Hospital with a medical emergency. Thank you for attention to this issue . I hope that this can be resolved without me cancelling my membership. Lori Wysocki

Problem with booking sessions

Customer relations

The massage envy located in Shiloh IL booked a 90 minute massage for my spouse (utilizing a paid for membership massage from my account). When the store called the day prior to the appointment to verify she would be attending the appointment they verified the 90 minutes. After the appointment they attempted to charge an additional $28 stating that you could only transfer a 60 minute service. From taking to other individuals this has been an ongoing issue and needs to be addressed. I have 17 prepaid massages on the book and if you cancel your membership you lose your massages and wont be reimbursed. And getting booked for a massage at a convenient time is almost impossible

Gift card

No one ever got back to me!! My daughter bought me a gift card online. I came in with the paperwork and they said they were not able to honor it because I didnt have this other card but we also have the order number and that it was paid for. I wish somebody would get back to me and how we can get this gift card used.

Dissatisfied

I rescheduled my appointment to another day, and a few days later, received a text message to confirm the appointment. Unfortunately, the person who rescheduled the appointment, placed it on the incorrect day, and I had not noticed that. I went ahead and confirmed. Needless to say , I miss my appointment and was charged. I was at work, and was unable to attend the appointment where the employee placed my rescheduled time

Dissatisfied customer

I live in Chicago. I am very disappointed with how one of your locations here handles appointments. This is my second issue with them.1st time when I show up for my appointment, they say I wasn't in the system. 2nd time time I had a massage schedule today 7/27 for my birthday and they call and cancel on my birthday. Not impressed with them at all. I know they offer to reschedule for another time. But this was supposed to be my special day. Had my day all planned, before leaving for vacation. So yes I disappointed, that I have to reschedule for another time

I've been out of country for two years, and when I came back this year, I was informed that the franchise at Capital Hill was closed. I have 19 credits remained on the record. I have lost $2700 worth of credits because they close down

The location I was going to in San Ramon. California had closed down during Covid yet with still charge me I called and asked why they were still charging if they werent taking clients and they said they can put me on pause and it would resume back when they open. They never opened and they ended up closing the location, when I contacted customer service, they told me that I had over 30 credits but I could only get it released by corporate to transfer to another location then when I called corporate, they told me that I had to speak to the management of that location that was no longer there . I found out that they had another franchise in Brentwood that was still open and when I tried to contact them, they did not get the problem resolved for the more. I have been waiting for somebody to get back to me and no one has its been over three years and still fighting to get back $2700 worth of credits .

Appointments only available 7 weeks in the future ver rude

My location has no appointments available for 7 weeks they have lost so many therapists. They suggested I try another location. Another location had an appointment, but needed a credit card even though I was in the system. Said she would not book the appointment without me giving her my info over the phone. After giving her my CC, she hung up then I got another call telling me my appointment has been cancelled because Im rude then she hung up on me. They will not answer the phone and I dont know how to get my number out of the system at the Acworth GA lication

Cheated me out of an appointment

-I signed up for the monthly membership plan, they were charging my credit card $75 a month -Had an appointment May 25 called on May 22 to reschedule no one picked up left a voicemail to suggest a rescheduling date never heard back. They have a 24 hour cancellation policy. -Call again and they told me I lost that appointment because I didnt call within the 24 hour cancellation period. I told them I did. I had it on my phone log I called 3 days before but no one picked up and no one ever called me back. -basically they told me I lost that appointment, $75 for nothing in return -Called again! I asked to speak to the supervisor they told me I would get a call back never did. -they are still charging my credit card and I havent been there since April -TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Soooooo ANGRY

I am even trying to relax to write this email to a company that is supposed to help my stress, what a joke! I have been screwed over three different months out of my year contract, and now I'm being charge to just arrive at another location! I have now lost out on three different massages, you aggressively take that money out of my account and quickly say it's not available! I am demanding a return call and some sort of resolution to the situation. I am a medicinal patient who travels in an RV and you have let every person that requires this service, not just the spoiled pampered ones who have no idea how much you're screwing them over , and you give massage a very bad name! I need to call tomorrow

I have spent lots of money at Massage Envy over the years. Gifts for my student's parents, massages for myself, etc. I wanted to get a massage and the staff could not find my account. I was assured everything was back in order now that I was put back into the system. During that visit, I bought a 3 massage package. The 1st massage was just fair. The massage therapist lost her 'steam' at the end. I was disappointed. I was told to book my next massage online. When I tried, I was not found in the system and had to go back to the store to book my second massage. I booked the second massage for what I thought was 11.00 am. On the day of the massage, I began to get emails and phone calls saying I was LATE for my massage and the massage therapist had the choice not to do our session. They refused to allow me to book another massage for that one missed. After all of THEIR mistakes, I think it is totally feasible that THEY made the mistake, not me. If I did get the time wrong, I think after all that, I should be permitted to make up the massage I missed. The girl at the front desk sounded almost robotic as she spouted the rules and procedures. When I spoke to the manager, she sounded as if she understood and would bring it to the regional manager. She called me back to say there is nothing they will do and I could book my third massage. This would make the cost of the TWO massages 150;00! It just seems wrong... Please review this and allow my missed massage to be rebooked.

Pissed custome no responce

I have over 40 massages that I accumulated during Covid and while Ive been at my new house. There is no massage envy by me the one that Waze has closed down now the closest is 50 miles away I am not waisting that much gas plus I dont drive that fair at my age. Ive tried to cancel but they are very good at convincing me not to cancel. They also said there was closed to my new house. The one they were talking about is the one that closed. I live in California. I think theres laws about you not giving me my money back for something that I have as a credit with you guys not a credit but that I purchased and these are goods that I purchased from you every month now I cant use them and I want part of my man I want my money back if not some of my we negotiate some of it back but Im not just giving up $3000 worth of service do you guys because you dont have anybody around that I can go to, I need to talk to somebody because they couldnt help me actually at the place where I started my membership and they said that they couldnt do anything about it. I had to call you guys I keep calling and you guys dont pick up you tell me three days to get back and its over three days. Last time I called was on the 26th and no one has called me back. Ive left two messages. They still dont call me back I mean recently Ive left messages before but I figured Id try again because it stresses me out and I get panic attacks over it or I get up anxiety attacks over it , so then I just stop because I cant do it now I need someone to contact me ASAP.
