Scammed me

Bought an item on amazon from martial arts land, fulfilled by amazon. 55$ 2 in 1 sword replicas from kill bill movie. It arrived dirty and scratched up and missing items. Messaged martial arts land, they basically said go deal with amazon and gave me a help link. These people art despicable. Should be investigated by the FBI. this is mail fraud. I paid for a new item and got USED bad shape. Avoid this dirty company if youre smart. Learn from my mistake, save your cash

Did not get my package and it has been 3 weeks

I orders a new bow string and at 1st i wanted to cancle it but it still made me buy and then it did not come in after 3 weeks so i want a refund

Martial Arts Land - Shoes Review from Mckeesport, Pennsylvania

I'm am very disappointed that Amazon would carry Kung *** shoes from martial arts land. It was after if received them I discovered the horrible toxic smell. I tried washing them two different ways and it was no help. Can't even touch them without my hands smelling. The room I had them in drying is now toxic. Amazon is opening the door to a law suit by selling these. Is the chemical dangerous to your health? Will the room in my house ever smell the same? I'm out $12 bucks and irritated with the product.

WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH ON SHIPPING AND RETURNS

They've lied to me - completely ignored facts, which I have screenshots of my ORDER ... and they simply don't care. Wont send me return slip - this is their error - NOT MINE, and even Amazon was not able to help with this company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - THERE ARE MANY OTHER OPTIONS OUT THERE ... Martial Arts Land is a bad choice!!! I don't deal with any company where the customer service is SUB PAR .. and this company is not only deficient in this area, but negligent. Don't do it! They will gladly take your money - and if they don't fulfill request - specific to shipping - you're screwed as there is no recourse. Buyer Beware!

Customer service listened carefully and helped me with my order.

I had a lot of questions in ordering for my 12 year old son and 14 year old daughter. I've never ordered sparring gears before! To make matters worse, I've never practiced martial arts. I did try my best by asking the taekwondo instructor they practiced with, but I still had a lot of questions such as the length of the gears and which size is appropriate for my daughter's height. Their website did a good job to answer a lot of those questions! But I still had more to ask, particularly about which gear would be appropriate. I think they've been selling for a long time, because even though they have never heard of the training facility I take my kids, they still had a lot of knowledge about the sparring they do. In the end, the gear I ordered was perfect! My master approved of it and surprisingly, I chose all the right sizes! I don't think I could have done it without their help. Thanks for reading!

Sword

I tried to purchase 2 Masonic Knights templar swords from Amazon site and they said they could not send it to my address Robin Johnson 76 Huntingdale Street Western Australia. I have bought swords before from the 'TheFind web site. What is the problem? I need 2 swords for a masonic ceremony. Is there a method of sending the swords. Is it because of customs and in which country? Is there some problem with my address. Their was no restriction on country on the web site if not and you can not send it to Australia you should put that on the site but you did not. Robin johnson

HORRIBLE with returns

Do not order from this company!!! They will not give you a prepaid return label, it takes them WEEKS to process the return. Then, they charged me $15 on a $45 item for restocking. DO NOT USE THEM. I used them through Amazon. Amazon was no help in dealing with them. It took many rounds of emails to just get them to respons to my "request for return". The reason I wanted the return was because I ordered a cross bow. I received it and there were warnings all over the box about "do not use around domesticated animals", etc. Of course, these warnings were no where on the web site or in the description of the crossbow. I decided to return it since I live in suburbia with dogs, cats on every side of us. I decided not to give it to my son for xmas. They have terrible customer service. DO NOT USE THEM.

Martial Arts Land

I have ordered more than once from Martial Arts Land. If you order the correct item you are in great shape. If you try to return something they take a restocking fee and charge you for their shipping to you and make you pay to return the item. I paid 15.00 to return an item to them, a single item that takes then two seconds to put on the shelf. On the phone they told me if I paid for return shipping they would not charge me for their original shipping to me. Now they want to charge me along with the 15% of the 83.90 for restocking the one item. They have extremely POOR customer service and am pleased that ***'s Sporting Goods is now carrying martial arts equipment. I am using the arm guards to protect myself and others from an aggressive special needs teenager so had to ensure I had the correct product. I recommend looking everywhere possible for your needs prior to ordering from MALand to ensure you don't have to return your item. They also received the return 4 days ago and I still do not have a refund to my credit card.

Martial Arts Land is dishonest

Martial Arts Land is dishonest about their product availability. They are showing available quantities, I made an order on December 19 (in time for Christmas), my bank account was debited within 15 minutes and then the next day I get a flurry of pre-written emails saying they are so sorry but they didn't expect to run out so soon, and claiming my money would be immediately refunded. I also get some sort of fake-looking shipment tracking email...why would they send something like that if they didn't have quantities to ship in the first place...The fact that the emails were pre-written tells me this "outage" was planned and they did nothing to prevent people from buying sold out items. Interestingly, they are still showing available quantities on their website, and I have not been credited.

EFF'd up my christmas gift and still eff'ing up!

On Nov 23rd I ordered a Royal Leg Strecther for my husband for Christmas. After a week (standard UPS shipping) I recieved a very much smaller box then what I was expecting. I opened the box to find out that they shipped me the WRONG item. I called the shop to which the 'twit' on the phone said, "the item numbers are start with the same letters - I'll send you an email with a UPS slip to return for free". Ok - I have had wrong items sent to me in the past, I chose to over look it. I waited for my email, because the 'twit' said she would do it right then. I called back and kept reminding them. Four (4) days later, I finally recieved the email to return the wrong item they sent me. I shipped out the item on a Friday. I kept checking the tracking number, and once I had a signed verification, I called back the shop and asked 1) if they received it, and 2) when my correct item would be shipped out. I got the 'twit' again. (lord help me) She stated that she spoke with the warehouse, and that my order was being pulled as we spoke, and would be shipped out that day. I waited a week - the same shipping time as before - and called back to get a status of the order. (Friday, Dec 17th). I spoke to a Martinez, who said that he "doesn't have a tracking number, but that the notes state it was shipped out two (2) days ago - but the order looks strange" he proceed to tell me that the girl who placed the order was out to lunch and will be back in 20 minutes. I called back 45 minutes later - to which the 'twit' was still not back. I called back another 1 1/2 later again, and he said the 'twit' was looking into it for me. She finally calls me back and tells me that the original status of 'being pulled on Dec 10th was incorrect - it didn't happen. And that the order being processed two (2) days ago was also incorrect - it didn't happen. Now the 'twit' proceeded to tell me that the ware house does not have it in stock and it is delayed at least a week. (AFTER CHRISTMAS!!) After a few breathes to calm down, I asked the twit which lie I was to believe as it was SHE that was telling me very different stories each time I spoke to her. She didn't care. She asked what I wanted to do - which I told her to refund / cancel the order and that the entire purchase price better be refunded to my credit card. I also spoke to the manager (Martinez) and informed him that his employee is a liar, and so that there is no confusion - and she can't misconstru the facts or situation - that she is to refund my card the entire price immediately. That was Friday Dec 17th - It is now Dec 21st, and NO refund has been processed to my card. I am in the works of contacting the Better Business Bureau to see if they are registered for complaints, and also to post my experiences and lawfully protected opinions on any and every web site I can so this doesn't happen to anyone else!!! Martial Arts Land.com is, in my opinion the worst and most shaudily run company (if you can call it that). I know people that run business out of their garages that are more professional then this scam! So Far Beyond Pissed Off with this BS of a place!

Order Not Showing

I ordered a Gold United States Marine Corps Dress Uniform Non Commissioned Officers sword on the 25th of June 2010. The Order number is #002-251****-818****. Tracking number is: DSEW062510. I was supposed to receive it on the 7th of July. Today the is the 13th of July 2010 and no sword. I cannot contact anyone in this business. Amazon keeps refering me to this site. The tracking number does not relate to any carrier. I have tried USPS. FedEx and UPS. How is the packing being mailed? When may I expect it? SHould I cancel my order? Should I ask for a refund?
