No items shipped, no refund, no communication

I bought two belt kits for Yamaha KX-W421 on August 7, 2018 for $81.95 USD, paid via PayPal and I received an invoice shortly thereafter. But then... I asked for an update and on Sept 12, 2018 Fred said Krista would ship ASAP and that they never got the PayPal notification of payment (even though I got an invoice stating I had paid). Feb 24, 2019 I asked for an update. No response. October 27, 2019 I asked for an update. I received a huge form-letter email explaining Fred's illness. Promises of future shipping for everyone backlogged. ok. Bad things happen. I'll give them more time. Aug 9, 2020 I ask for it to ship or a refund. No reply. Mar 6, 2021 I ask for update. In this email, I finally become less polite and say "So you just take my money. Nice people." No reply. 24, 2019

VERY dodgy and unprofessional business

Sent payment for over $300 AUD for a number of belts via Amazon gift card as requested by Krista at Marrs only to be told that when the card arrived it was "non redeemable" even though Amazon has checked and the card was delivered correctly and the amount has been deposited into "an" account. Krista says "we have had over 100 sales using this payment method and this has happened many times" End result - over $300 Oz out of pocket and no belts

Never received belts

Ordered three sets of belts. Was told they shipped and even received a tracking number. Never received the belts and no confirmation they ever actually shipped. Received a refund from my credit card company.

I've ordered 2 tape deck belts 2 weeks ago they cashed the check and never sent anything

Scammed

Placed email order in early 04/2020. Time passes and nothing arrives, follow up with an email inquiry to Krista Smith @ krista@***.com: 04/14/2020 "I aplogize for the delay. I have been behind in shipping ever since returning to the office after my dad's passing. I will get these shipped out to you tomorrow." 05/2020 and still nothing arrived. I asked for either the items I paid for or a refund, didn't get any reply. Looks like I got took for $60+. I would stay away from this company and look for other sources. Krista, this is not a good way to honor your father.

Never shipped

Ordered belt for Nakamichi deck. Fortunately paid by credit card. Marrs charged card but never delivered. Left phone msgs and email. Credit card company started dispute and refunded my $$$.

Sent her money, check cashed immediately, then the ghosted me. No returned calls or mails. I'm pursuing legal action.

Do not purchase from them!

I had emailed conversations with Krista on the correct belt kit for a Nakamichi LX-5 deck. I sent a personal check for the amount and was told they would ship out as soon as check was received. Well that was 4 months ago. I have emailed and called to get zero response. Very poor communication with them, should remove communication from their company name. Looks like youre ordering from the planet Mars. Never again, rip off scams.

Do not purchase anything from Marrs Communications

Ordered 2 sets of Teac X-1000 reel to reel belts going on a year they cashed check and never received belts. Bad business. But I gave them a second chance ordered set of belts for Sony TC-WA9ES cassette deck, they cashed check and as of 11-11-19 have not received them. I sent email and she said she was going to send them right away. Never received them. She sent me another email about Fred being sick and that was reason for delay. Well I hope Fred all the best. But I think she should try and send the belts. Anyway I am going to have to purchase from someone else. My luck I will wind up with 2 sets but that is ok at least I will have the belts. These are expensive decks. So right now I do not trust Marr's Communication. I live in Louisiana and I am tempted to go to their shop and ask for my money back.

Apparent Fraud

I didn't want to believe it, but Marrs charged me for merch, told me that they had shipped but apparently lied about that, and strung me out until I couldn't get a refund from the bank. They never shipped the product but took my money, plain and simple. I would avoid dealing with them for any reason. If you can't get plain old decency right, you shouldn't be in business.

Do not Trust Buy or send money.

Paid for 3x Belt Kits, have received nothing and no refund, When I call them the phone rings out. Still no reply from them See below latest emails : Reply from Marrs Communications plus my email. Hello A........, I apologize for the delay in shipping your order. I received my shipment on back ordered belts on Friday. Your order will ship out this coming week. I will follow up with your tracking number once I have your package dropped off at the post office. Will Steal your money. Swindled

Sent $90.75 on 4/1/19, here it is 8/4/19, nothing to show for it. Eager to accept your money, then nothing. Zero communication except for sending a false USPS tracking number on 5/6/19. Horrible service, Horrible Company. Stay away from them

NEVER, I say NEVER deal with Marrs Communications!

Horrible customer service. Never replies to his customers. I placed an order on 7/17/19 (a month ago!) and get nothing! Sent eight emails since that time. Nothing! No response! No product! No money back! They don't care about you. They just steal your money. Stay away.

Marrs Communications became swindlers!

Never have deals with Marrscommunications! They became swindlers. It looks like they have very big financial problems and they try to solve them by the customers. They try to get new buyers because they can't serve all orders from the old ones. I was one of the oldest their customer since 2008. At last they couldn't complete my order during a year! And now they totally ignore me! They sent a large part of that order only after I threatened to take an action and go to a court when I had been to the USA. But finally my last order was not completed and about $200 was stolen by them! If you are still waiting for the shipments from them, don't wait! Demand a refund immediately. Krista and Fred are liars and swindlers! Don't believe them! Only one thing they will do quick is sending the money request to you. Their phones are always turned off and you will talk with an answering machine. They made their new site only to find new customers and to steal as much money as they can! I think so.
