Ordered cowboy hat for 45000+ points and never got the mailed certificate to redeem. Get a call just to be told they cant do anything cause over so many days. Another department will handle from here, with no contact with company since. The amount of money spent to get and get no help, guess they dont care about keeping happy customers

Didn't revive my gift
I got to. Separate coupons each one coupon was torn off thanks..also I was supposed to receive a gift beach towel n back pack and I didn't receive! I few days later I called Altria, the parent company, at (800) 343-****. I was transferred to the Consumer Response Center.
They said there was nothing they could do suggested I call the Post Office. I did, and the Post Office said there was nothing they could do without a tracking number, which doesn't exist.

I won two $25 Visa Reward cards two months ago in their recent promotion. But I never received them and the tracking numbers provided don't work. When I finally reached customer service I was told they "were having trouble sending them" and that I should wait to see if they arrive. What a joke!

We should all boycott Marlboro. They dont care about us. They need to read the complaints. I been waiting a month on my lantern that took me a long time to get since we can only enter 30 a month which is stupid. And i got a email saying thanks for being with us for 4 years. Watch mail u will get a special gift. Roflmao i never got anything. Won a gift card that i never got. I vote class action lawsuit and boycott.I want my 13,000 points u took since I never got my lantern,she said it got delivered its in a locked box well I dont have a key. So if ppl aren't getting them the send and get a signature for the reship only then u will know if they got it or not. Trust me if i got the product I wouldn't be wasting my time calling the worst customers service ever. I have a life I am not bored that i want to call u guys. I want my lantern or my 13,000. Then the second one was going to get shipped again and she was going to send me coupons too. Guess what I never got them either. Done with this company I just want my points back spend them all and close my acct and quit smoking.

I have not received my refund on 6packs of cigarettes I called the lady had wrong information on me missing information put me on hold for 45 minutes then got disconnected supposed to been sent a refund weeks ago nothing I have smoked malboro only 45 years very frustrated I didn't call back I was to angry.

Nectar sunglasses promotion

Rewards program is a joke
The Marlboro rewards program is such a joke.We pay so much for this brand and they give us cheap rewards.The prizes are junk and it will take a year just to have enough for a cheap prize.They made it so nobody will ever have enough rewards to get the highest prizes.It's nowhere like the Marlboro miles back in the day.You could actually get some good stuff from that.I still have a lot of stuff I won from the miles program years ago.Also some days the site wont even load.
