They will not refund my $97.00

I sent an email requesting that they refund me $97. They emailed me back first, saying that they would "process the refund right away." After not receiving the refund, I emailed them back and was told that they processed the refund on a specific date. I checked my bank and didn't see a refund on my account. I called the bank, and they verified that no refund was ever processed. Since then, I've emailed them several times and have been ignored. I previously had to submit a dispute for a charge of $297. I called my bank to dispute the $97 charge, but it goes back to May which is out of the range for claiming a dispute.

Sorry customer service

I asked for it to be canceled. They say they never received my email, which is BS. I sent 2 more and no response. Then they took another $97 out of my account. This is a rip off. A total SCAM. I have sent 3 more emails and still no response. I have now filed a dispute with my bank. Which now means they have canceled my debit card. So now I have to wait on a new one. informayion they have

Very dissatisfied. Not of any value compared to what the cost is.

The material is not of value to me and others. the coaching, training is not up to much. This is NOT a stellar program and should be banned. The Better Business Bureau ought to research this program.

Still waiting on refund

I requested a refund back in October 2020. Still waiting. They claim I never placed the order, yet it is on my credit card statement. Made several calls, and then no one ever called me back, just kept repeating I never placed an order with them for their program.

SCAM- STAY AWAY

I did the free "live" webinar on the new Facebook rules and although, it was extremely fast, I still think that I learned a lot. Enough, that when she said we could get a five hour program with a mentor and lifetime access to their program, I wanted to sign up. I paid the $297. I was told I would get three emails- an invoice, a log in, and a mentor email. I only received the invoice. I messaged in the webinar, emailed, and filled out the contact form on her website. NOTHING. Hours later, same thing. She said you get a refund within 24 hours, so that evening, I asked for a refund- NOTHING. This morning, still well within 24 hours, NOTHING. It takes a pretty sick person to rip off small business owners struggling through a pandemic. I called my credit card company to file a claim. This is a SCAM and I am very disappointed that I felt for it- please don't make the same mistake that I did.

AWFUL customer service and worthless information

Original review Dec 12, 2020
I signed up for the program for $298 and saw in a very few minutes that it is too basic for me (or for anyone). I sent an email within the 48 hour time to get a refund by November 19. No response. I have sent over 8 emails asking for the refund and showed that I did send an email in a timely manner. They say they archive old emails and can't find my email. I sent again and again. Now I MUST go to credit card company to dispute This could have been handled so easily. If this is how Samantha and her assistant handle customers it is an indication of a poorly run organization. PLUS the content is old and stale in their program.

Asked for a refund when I realized what a fraud Samantha and her “quote” company really are.

I listened to a free webinar and signed up for additional training only to discover there really is no additional training but instead the material mostly covered in the free webinar. No support from Samantha, the FB group is inactive, the coaching calls are a joke - Samantha rushed off Tuesdays call like she had somewhere else to be. Ultimately I realized I have ended up paying for a free webinar and that's that. I asked for a refund but was refused.

Resolved: Scammed out of money

Updated by user Oct 14, 2019
I am pleased to inform that I was able to resolve my concern and now I dont feel ripped off due to miscommunication.

Original review Oct 14, 2019
I listened to a free webinar and was informed that I can cancel within 4 days no questions asked. I sent an e-mail on the 4th day and now I am being refused a refund and now i have to go through the trouble of reporting this and calling my bank. She mentioned 4 days during presentation and then sends something in writing stating 48 hrs. Furthermore after reviewing the material i am being ripped off for $400 since i chose an option to pay in installments.

Webinar too fast, soliciting a fee for which I wasn't prepared

This wasn't a free online session, it was a lightning fast approach to getting to the point where the company solicits a program fee to show you what you thought you were there to learn in the first place. There was no purpose for a worksheet. I thought I was signing up to receive the latest updates from FB and IG. Samantha ran through the material like a wildfire, leaving no opportunity to take notes, complete worksheets, ask questions etc. I became disillusioned when she did however, take ample time to promote her fee-based program of over six hundred dollars and referenced her own income of over a million dollars not once, but twice. She gave viewers 15 minutes to opt in on a reduced fee of over $200. This is high pressure sales without a doubt. I don't know many small organizations that can make that kind of decision without consulting with a team. One should be able to navigate the rules of Facebook without having to pay an exorbitant fee to get good information.

No Actual Support Once You've Paid the Money

Updated by user Nov 02, 2018
Customer support has generously offered to refund my money for the course as it was not what I was expecting. I feel that is more than fair and adequate. Their customer service is willing to work with you so I am changing my review to a positive and making it 5 stars.

Original review Nov 02, 2018
I signed up for their Facebook Marketing Unleashed course after taking the webinar. I have followed the program and I am not getting any leads from my ads. When I contacted support all I was told was to review Module 6 of the course. There is no actual support if you're having problems implementing their strategies. They did not review or offer suggestions on how I could change my landing pages, or if I should create a different offer. I paid a lot of money I couldn't really afford to take this course and I am EXTREMELY UNHAPPY with the outcome and so-called support. This is just a money-making scheme for the millionaire owner. Don't fall for this, they will take your money and then hang you out to dry.

My Experience

I am so sorry that some people have had a bad experience. I REALLY wanted this information and despite the two bad reviews, I decided to go with my gut and give it a shot. All I can say is that the company must have cleaned up their act because I received everything promised. (97 Videos plus 150+ PDF's). There were no files to open, everything is an active, working website. All videos and PDF's are downloadable or watch streaming. The group coaching calls seem to be twice weekly, and they are archived and also downloadable. I am not paid by the company, I just had a gut feeling and as of the first of September 2018, this company delivered what was promised. I hope this helps those who are looking for both positive and negative reports.

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM written all over it. Comes off as a measured video, but it is not legitimate.

I knew something was up. I just watched that fake *** webinar. I am so glad I found this post. It is a re-recording. I was not even able to type up a question in their box, after repeated tries. I told them that in a separate email. I haven't purchased the program and I definitely will not now. I also saw the name Sam at the top of the list of bogus names. I just knew it was to good to be true. I have had it up to here with all of these fake *** scheming, on-line businesses. They are bigger scams than the scams that are already out there and I despise every last one of them for their criminal activities. I did not mean to rant. But thank you for posting your experience. I hope mine will prevent anyone from making the wrong mistake. I did not lose money just time. I hope no one else loses money on this bogus presentation.
