Troubles with app

The csr was very helpful in addressing my issues with the app. The csr at the office location has always just said: yeah, there are a lot of issues with the website.

Hidden Insurance add-ons

My mother recently went to the Dickson, TN location and got a loan. The branch manager rushed through the signing process and didn't explain everything thoroughly. I looked over the paperwork later that night and there was extra insurance that was added to the loan that my mother didn't ask for and wasn't told it was optional. There was also two checks made payable to my mother but she only received one. When I ask my mother about the other check she said the branch manager told her she needed her to sign the back of the check. My mother ask her why she had to sign the check and she was told it was something new they was doing so my mother trusted what she was told. After doing research I found out the company has a law suit for hidden add-on products that people didn't know about or agree to. I feel my mother was taken advantage of and I will look into this matter a little closer now that I know other borrowers was taken advantage of.

I would make my regular payment and was told I could get $2000 more without it affecting my payment.

I turned it down but later needed it but had just changed jobs so was told I could not until I got my first paycheck. Ive been with them for yrs. Then when I got my first pay check they said I was at the max already??? What? This is crazy. You told me I could borrow I didnt ask???

Rudness and unprofessional, no business etiquette

Company has no customer loyalty at all, tried to belittle me, I will no longer do business with them, find another company who appreciates paying customers

They don't answer phones no one to talk to

I was on the call holding for hours at least to no one ever picked up they have not returned three times that I've left messages for them and yet they're sending me a message that they want payment today. I am disgusted with the service of this company I would like someone to please contact me my name is Eileen Torres

Unprofessional and misinformed

I only gave one star just so I can comment. They dont even deserve that. If youre interested in being strung along day after day while being told that theres only one more thing that needs to go before the All Powerful and Mysterious Underwriter (even though they told you that you were approved, after the first submission) being repeatedly lied to, and getting credit inquiries, this is definitely the company for you. They told me that they were definitely able to help me get turned around and bridge the gap while recouping from identity theft. Then it was if I had a co-signer. I told them that I didnt want an inquiry on his report if there was even a remote chance of not being approved. I was reassured that I was going to be, and this was just a minor technicality due to my dti ratio from current theft. Then his paystub wasnt still attached to his check, and paystub didnt have name on it??? Each time being resubmitted to Oz, I mean underwriting, and told we would close that evening, or next morning etc. This evening the call came and we were denied!!! Hows that possible, you ask? After all of the promises of helping me get my financial life back?! Why would they not approve it? Because when they asked for his income, he gave them his (weekly average) income, just like anyone else. (proof submitted with above mentioned unattached check/stub) But, no, they wanted his year to date average. Which is different due to being off for Covid, weather, and waiting for the unemployment payments. We were denied because THEY didnt correctly ask a question. Apparently your answers are engraved in stone. Youre not allowed to any corrections, even though it was THEIR mistake. They said people lie about their income all the time, did they just refer to us as liars? I believe they did! So, if he would have said his year to date average instead of current weekly one, it would have been approved. We were denied because of their inability to properly ask questions. Unbelievable

Today I received a Judgement on my defaulted loan. What address am I mailing payments to? Also I would like to make you aware my income is from Social Security disability and it is illegal for you to cease my checking account. I want a response in writing under legal advisement. Loan turned down

i would just like to know why i was oked for a loan for 1500 and i turned it down because i wanted it for christmas, now i applied for it and was turned down i just cant beleave not even 500 i can get to help with christmas.my name is sidney cutlip 1342 henry ave sw canton ohio 44706. please contact me and let me know why this a problem.

Insatisfaction with Current Management

The manager at the branch I went in Brownsville, TX was always striving to help me to better my situation, would help me find alternatives and was always concern with my credit rating. Good thing for her, she was promoted and moved out to another state branch. The new manager at this branch she has no idea of the standing of the accounts, they don't care to help out... after calling, emailing and telling them I had a situation and was looking for alternatives to fix it so I would not fall behind now that I came back to work. One lady told me one thing the other one another thing... none did what they said they were going to do. They went ahead and charged an account with out money (despite I told them) and now the charge will be going back (I don't have overdraft protection) plus created a deeper debt...

Disgust with this company

Honestly the women I spoke with didn't seem to concern with my issue, actually felt as if she was rushing me off the phone, but I can be wrong, if there's a follow-up with some additional help, I will be more than happy to rewrite and correct my post. As of now, NOT happy with this company whatsoever and will not be doing future business with them as well
