Refund. Incorrect order.

We received incorrect order and missing items. General manager Christina in Lithonia, GA refuses to refund our money. We initially called the store when incorrect order was discovered and Assistant manager Keedra stated to wait until tomorrow for the manager to refund our money. Christina will not refund our $33.47.

While on vacation in PCB last week, I visited this location for a pizza on 07/24 around 8:15-8:30pm. I ordered a BBQ Pizza without Bacon and added 2 Ranch Dips at Store Location: Panama City Beach (8168) / 16818 Front Beach Rd / Panama City Beach FL. I gave my name Cedrick and paid in cash with a $20 bill. The Cashier had a heavy Jamaican Accent and was having difficulty adding the Parm/Garlic Butter Crust Topping and had to call over another person to complete the order. The total was around $16bucks, she gave me my change, but no receipt printed out or Order#, but they both assured me that they would remember my face when I returned for my order. I was told that the wait was an 1hr 45min, which sounded really long. I left for my hotel, which was 5min away at the Palmetto Inn & Suites and returned at 9:27pm, my order was still not ready and they couldn't locate it in the system nor tell me when it would be ready, but I was assured that it would be coming up soon. 30min go by, still no order, another 1hr no order. Finally after the whole store is cleared 2hrs later at 10:30pm - they can't figure out, why I never got my order, they offer to replace my order and the manager states that they will refund my full order for the 2hr wait. 20min later I get my pizza order, but now the Manager refuses to refund the money and I ask the Cashier, when he would be processing the refund as he promised? He's literally 10ft away and refuses to come to the counter, he then yells that it will be a 50% Refund, which I state is acceptable for this terrible service experience. There was another order mixup and he has to remake another pizza and starts slamming refrigerator doors. He still refuses to come to the Front, I'm told that he is the only Mgr in the store that can grant the refund. So I request the Franchise Owner/Store Mgrs name that I can speak to the next day, after I walk outside at 10:55pm-- the manager walks outside and won't even make eye contact with me. The following morning around 11am, I visit the store and speak to Justin, who doesn't even want to shake my hand before speaking to me, we discuss the issue and the timeline of my service experience the previous night. I leave my mobile ph# to give him the opportunity to investigate, check camera footage regarding my wait times and call me with his findings or decision within the week of my visit to PCB. He states that he will call me with his findings, which never happened the entire week. All I can say after this experience is that the staff and management are highly incompetent, unprofessional, incapable of handling conflict resolution and a terrible eyesore on the Marco's Brand. The sign outside in the parking lot has blown bulbs, only the Pizza part lights up and every where I went in my hotel, people were complaining about the long wait times and terrible service getting orders with Uber Eats, etc. I am contacting you guys, before I go on Yelp & do a whole Social Media Rant over this experience, because this is unacceptable and Corporate needs to visit this store to find out what in the world is going on; because that night there were a lot of upset customers in the lobby and it's no well-kept secret to the Patrons who live in the area. This store's managment are not living up to the promise of the Marco's Brand and I won't be returning there on future vacations; if nothing is done to address what happened. I honestly, did not even care about the refund; but I wanted managment to know what was happening in the hopes that it would not continue to happen to other customers; but Justin's lack of response just confirmed that this is part of the incompetent culture of this store that has no clue how to run itself, while managers hide in the back with the crew and let Cashier Crew who can barely speak English or properly understand computers run the front and make errors that managment refuse to remedy and I hope that my Complaint will be taken seriously. The Managment at this store have demonstrated that they have absolutely no concern about customer complaints or potential contact with the Corporate Office or Upper Managment, which is why I went thru all the trouble of contacting Corporate directly to bring attention to a growing problem with this store.

HORRIBLE experience

I'm not sure what is worse - your pizza or website where the "Customer Feedback" options only push you to the orders page... I'm here to tell you, that won't ever happen again. My Pizza Magnifico, normally $18.99 was available for $9.99 - the only saving grace I suppose. When I picked it up I asked, is this what's normally $18.99, and was told yes. It was devoid of pepperoni, had at least an 2 inch area of outside crust around the pizza with no toppings present and was by far the greasiest pizza I have ever had - I had to wash my hands twice just eating 2 pieces which is all I could stomach. Shameful - if I would have paid the normal, full price I would really be unhappy.

Terrible food can’t get anyone to call me back

I ordered for delivery a chicken club which I changed basically to a chicken parm. First the driver said they didnt give it to him. Then came back 5 min later & gave me a soggy gross sandwich, the cheesy bread was good but the brownie was burned on bottom and not done in the middle. How does that happen the last two orders have been an issue and Im tired of wasting $6.99 to deliver and it be wrong or gross.

Horrible servlce

I ordered pizza to home depot after we ate clothes and lock the doors the pizza was delivered early and no one caught me to let me know that it was deliver early until he had left the manager caught and told him to bring the pizza back and when he came back he tried to leave it on the trash canister outside. I caught to tell the manager that the driver was calling the wrong number and the manager and the crew were all very disrespectful while I was on the phone talking to the manager and I called the next day and they also were rude to me like it was the same crew. I am very disappointed I was cursed at I was hung up. This is unacceptable and I will contact corporate I've been trying to get a number for corporate but I will highly appreciate if someone will contact me about this matter.

I ordered my food tonight and both of my subs were burnt and uneatable. The buffalo wings were dried out and hard.Their was lots of sauce but the meat was dry and tough . It took me hours to place my order. They said there computer was acting up because they had a new system. I waited all that time only to receive terrible food.

Horrible service and food that was not made properly

After ordering 80 dollars worth of food for delivery from the old Salisbury store in winston-salem NC i receive my order and none of the pizzas were even cut (i have pictures) so i call the store to be transferred over to "Chris" who was the manager on duty. Chris was absolutely ridiculous in the lack of customer service and common sense on how to handle situations like this. This is my second time dealing with this man. The first time he sent out bread sticks melted to a plastic bag and when i called to complain he handled the situation the same way. He sounds like he is high as a kite answers the phone like "yo what's up wit yo order" *** what u want me to do about it" never got a credit for the bread sticks so when they said they were handing the phone over to chris u can imagine how i felt about dealing with him again. So as i expected he answers the phone with no concern says "what do u want" when i explain the situation he hangs up the phone on me. I called back 3 times he wouldn't get on the phone. I listened to the employees laughing about the situation 80 dollars of food that cant even be eaten because it was never even cut. And i never got to speak to anyone. Never got a credit an apology an option to re order. NOTHING thisnis horrible customer service and we will never order there again. I will also be sharing this on my social media so everyone aroud us knows not to order in this joke of an establishment.

Coupon code not working for cheezy bread

I selected pay in store and upon picking up my order, I showed the supervisor the step-by-step ordering process and issue with the cheezy bread discount code not working. They carefully reviewed the process and emailed discount, then admitted it is an issue with the app. They were then able to help completely resolve the issue.

Problem with order

I order Marcos pizza last night and everything was horrible Philly cheese steak sandwich was ice cold my pizza calzone and cheesy bread the dough was raw I spent close to 40$ and thats ridiculous couldnt even eat the food and I tried calling them and I was left on hold for 30 min

Haughton La

Not this will make any difference whatsoever. Things like these never get address because of the society of "Karen's". I never complain but, today I will. I will NEVER order from your store again. When I was given a family sized bowl of lettuce I decided to give your Haughton #5215 store a call. This was the 4th time our salad dressing, chicken, feta cheese, and/or sardines were forgotten from our salad. I know sardines are gross but my hubby loves them. I finally decided this warranted a reason to call and complain. I was given a bowl of lettuce. A large family sized crisp bowl of JUST lettuce. Not a single veggie. Not morsel of feta cheese, no chicken, no sardines , no protein, only lettuce. I am completely serious when I say it was JUST lettuce. When I phoned the store I encountered a woman that you could immediately tell when she answered the phone was not happy with her career choice. She may have been exhausted from dealing with all the complaints but, who knows. I think she was rudest person I have ever encountered in my life. I'm a nurse and a business owner so, I have encountered many people that are not in the greatest of moods. When I realized I was getting nowhere with this "delightful" woman, I asked to speak to the manager I was told she was the manager. I knew I was doomed after that. We would order food from your establishment weekly. Several times I paid for extras, for the things I enjoy. Weather it be extra dipping sauce, protein, or even a drink and it they were forgotten. Stuff happens but it has becoming a frequent occurrence. I paid for both chicken and sardines. I was told by the manager I had to come to your store to pick up the veggies, chicken, and they were out of sardines. COME TO THE STORE! I paid the 4.50 for delivery fee and tipped my driver. (I tip drivers well) When asked for a refund on my bowl of lettuce. I was told they could not refund my card and I had to physically come to your store. I had a sleeping child and that was NOT an option. I was basically told to either "DEAL" with my family sized bowl of expensive lettuce or come to the store and pick up my veggies, cheese, chicken and/or refund. They refused come back to my home even though you were at fault for forgetting my items. The only thing I did wrong, was order from your store. I ate my delicious pizza and threw my 10.00 bowl of lettuce in trash. I should have put it in the fridge but hey.. it was the principal of it all. If I wanted a bowl of lettuce I would have gotten out of my fridge and saved my self the 10 bucks. Your establishment HAD by far the best pizza in our area and there are 3 other pizza places that deliver to my home. Pizza Hut will make #4. We always chose Marcos because the food was great. The way I was treated was completely unacceptable. I was in NO way rude to your very unhappy employee in any way shape or form. When my husband heard the manner in which I was being spoken to, he said his few choice words and hung up the phone. I will never ever spend another dollar of my hard earned money in your establishment. I should have just listened to all the keyboard Karens complaints on Fb and avoided Marcos altogether, but the pizza was sooooo delicious. I don't know if you monitor Facebook but your store has tons of complaints now. None were written by myself. I'm just read the comments and move on kinda woman. I just boycott the place and when someone asks where to get pizza. I tell them defiantly avoid Marcos unless you want to encounter the rudest manager, the "Godzilla" of all Karen's, have missing items, and will have to physically drive to the store if they forget anything. It's best to save your money and avoid the aggravation, and just eat someplace else. If you want *** customer service and missing items Marcos the place. When you first opened I would read such positive and great reviews. I'm sure you have already started to notice the decline in your sales. Your pizza has always been the best in our area. The lack of any sort of effort and poor attitude of your employees is where you're lacking. The food is better than most places. Good customer service is kinda important if you want people to return and spread the word about your establishment. Your employees should know something was off when they close the lid on family sized container of JUST lettuce. I reviewed your website and did not have any notice or indication that if you happen to have an incorrect order, you would have to wake up children and drive back to the store for a refund or to pick up missing items. But what ever you do don't call to complain, because they treat their customers like a inconvenience nuisance. Heck dominos has insurance guaranteeing perfect delivery or you get your money back. It's a delayed complaint but my family wanted pizza for dinner and now i'm stuck eating subpar dominos pizza and *** wilted salad with everything that I have asked for .

Poor service from owner!

I live in charlotte and have been repeatedly ordering from the university location. For some reason the location information was changed to Cornelius, which I have not been to, when I placed the order. I'm unable to pick up the order and called minutes after placing the order, but the owner is refusing to give me a refund. He literally had the manager place me on hold for at least 7 minutes, allowed the food to finish cooking, so he could come on the line and say " oh sorry the food is coming out of the oven so we cant." Excuse me? I had just places the order before calling so its not like i waited 15 minutes. it was literally a few minutes after placing it. I posted on google review with pictures of times as proof. Ridiculous. Im requesting a refund from the corporation for this order since there is no way I can pick up and would be a waste. i will go everywhere i have to in order to get this matter and the owner addressed!

Resolved: Paid for order never came!!!!!!!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Finally was contacted by a regional manager who apologized refunded my money and remade the order.i am satisfied with the way they handled the issue and the way it was resolved.

Tried calling store from 8:30 till 11 from 2 phones was on hold at one point for 45 min, no one answered as usual. Order was confirmed by email. We were trying to call to ask about the many discounts that we received, we order probably once a week. Also they owe us a order of wings from a previous mistake.They never answer the phone! So we had to call another store they said they would have a manager call in the morning. So now at 11 o clock on a school nite I have to scramble to find something to eat, beyond PISSED!

Complaint about new online ordering system

I am a regular Marcos customer with an award account and, I am usually happy with my Lynn Haven, Fl store location. My complaint is with the corporate office and, the new online ordering system. First of all, you are required to use the online system in order to use your reward codes/points and, the system is totally flawed. Secondly, anytime you try to discuss an issue or problem with anyone at the store, they say they can no longer do anything because it all goes through corporate. Very unsatisfactory!!! My initial experience using the new online system was so frustrating that I will no longer be a Marcos customer unless there are corrections made soon. On May 27, 2023, I attempted to place an order online and, had to go through the process of resetting my password to use the new system. Which I did. Afterward, I placed my online order and, used the coupon code NEW30 for a 30%discount on the order. My order details looked correct & I placed the order to which I received a message that an error occurred & I should call the store. Upon calling the store, I was told they could not do anything because it went through corporate. Then, I tried to order by phone but was told the coupon could only be used online. I placed my order again online and, this time it was accepted along with the coupon code. But, upon picking up the pizza, the discount had not been applied and, it was the regular price. However, once again I was told it was a corporate problem that they could not fix!!! Totally unhappy
