Contribution mistake
I made a donation thru Facebook. The site was confusing and I ended up signing for an 80.00 dollar donation that will be monthly. This is instead of a one time donation of 25.00 dollars. The agent at March of Dimes couldnt help me. She said I have to go thru Facebook. Facebook is asking for a screen shot of the charge. I dont know how to do that.

Continual calls when asked to quit!
We have contacted March of Dimes twice in the last month asking them to quit calling our home. It hasnt stopped and we havent heard anything at all from the organization!

Disgusted with MOD
Ive called for 3 days trying to get removed from their mailing list. Each call requires you leave a number and they will get back by the end of the day. Well... day 3 and no phone call. I tried another cust serv number and it came up with an email option only WITH a pissed customer (their words not mine) agreement box that needed checked. I have a strong feeling MOD is only out for donations and nothing more. Beware if supporting them.

Missing OR stolen valuables
Let me start by telling you that I have been removed from the dining area on account that I have "table manners"so, I've been moved to a room by myself. well, 8it'because this they don't even bring me food *** I haven't had a supper in 3 days!!!I have HAD IT!!!!!!WHAT AM I paying for here?food for me to eat,convieniently forgetting about me. What am I paying for here? to top it alloff I went to find out W.T.F.?and was very rudely escorted out by a man named Gilles who seems to think he owns this place WHEN ALL I WANTED TO KNOW was IF I was going to be fed.

Looking for support for my nicu baby
My son was born early at only 4 pds and 1 oz. He is now 8 months and was referred by his doctor and therapist to biometrics limb and brace to recieve a helmet for the abnormality shape of his head, however he is on Medicaid and they do not cover that! Many call and no one on phone
I have been getting calls (it says from March of Dimes) and when I go to pick it up no one is on the phone, then they call back again...Sometimes when thy call ( like this morning) it rang the 4 rings and then went and rang another 4 times. I have my answer machine set on 4 rings... This has been going on for 2 weeks now and I;m sick of it. I tried calling the number back and it has been blocked... The number that is calling is 904-447-****... Would you please do something about this.. I can understand you calling for donations. I can handle the few calls that I get, but when it;s over and over again and no one is even on the phone so you don't get an option to opt out it;s ridiculous. doesn't this run along the lines of harassment ???????? Thanks

Harassment Calls
March of Dimes calls my home almost everyday and sometimes several times a day despite being told I would not contribute and I wanted their phone calls to stop. I have 3 disabled adults who are put at risk of falling trying to get to phone to answer if I am not near the phone. My phone number is on do not call list and they still call. I finally started to keep track of their phone calls in last week or two. I want their phone calls to stop. I tried blocking them but they just use another phone number. It is distressing that a charity would use such tactics. I have decided that I would never give to them ever again. If they spent the money on helping children more than annoying people, they would do better.

Preditory isn't strong enough!
Calling the office to have the number removed resulted in an ESCALATION of calls. Now they are up to 3 a day from the 1 before. It's a joke to them. They are calling and harassing an elderly woman with failing memory. She is generally in bed already because not everyone stays up to 9pm. Where did the concept of WE PAY FOR THE PHONE LINE get lost and give "RIGHTS" to people to use it to harass? It doesn't seem to matter we know who they are, told them to stop, are on the DNC list, they seem to be immune. I have filed an FCC complaint, but we all know that is useless. This can't be a "charity" - it's a scam. They obviously hate people and are just trying to exploit money. The dead giveaway is they have to hide behind ever-changing caller ID numbers because they know people are blocking them. Exactly like a scammer would do....
