Problem with a pot
I bought a pot from Walmart. Main stain product. I was cooking and suddenly the lid exploded. I would like to know how to contact Walmart just solve the situation. I cut my finger in the situation was very dangerous for me and my family. I have pictures to prove it.

Product is impossible to use

My wife got a mainstays Slimline Digital Scale and it's impossible to use. The so called instructions for use do not explain anything about how to actually use it. It talks about liquid (Water and or milk) talks about something about consecutive weighing and nothing else. All I want to do is weigh 2 lbs of candy however, I wouldn't have a clue what the LCD readout was displaying, or if it was correct. The instructions don't explain how to set it to lbs or how to tell what weight type is being used/displayed Here is an exact quote from the instructions for use on page 3 under E. Load Weighing object on scale (Or Bowl) to the weight reading. UMM What!! This is about as useless as the instructions avoid this tripe BTW my wife took it back paid $8 more and we got a straight up pressure scale

Need a garbage can lid replacement
Called customer service to find out how I can replace the automatic lid on my garbage can, and I went to voicemail. The voicemail was "full" and couldn't take any messages. I tried 6-7 times - no person, no voice message left. *** *** customer service, if you can even call it that. . .

I got your closet clothing organizer as a baby shower gift and in less then a month three of the black things had broken. I have pictures if you'd like. I just wanted to know how to replace the black parts but I emailed your Website and no one got back to me. I also messaged you on other platforms too and you ignored every time I reached out. Mainstays Mainstays 72'' Combo Floor Lamp with Adjustable Reading Lamp, Black, Plastic Shade
To Whom It May Concern: I purchased this floor lamp from Walmart online on April 28th, Order Number: 200010*-***00510. I finally went to put it together in my new home I just moved into when sadly to my dismay discovered that I am missing the part labeled L in the instructions that holds the big lamp shade on. Is there any way that I can get the part that I am missing so that I may enjoy the lamp that I purchased?

The Mainstays 36" Tower Fan.
The box falsely advertises this tower fan is designed for window placement, especially a slider window (which was my deciding factor in purchasing this fan) -but the base is too big for a windowsill, plus then the direction booklet said not to use in a window. The design is "sleek" yet cheap material. My hairdryer has more force of air output than this fan, set on "high" setting. The fan is way quieter than a hairdryer, though. This fan, at $44.96, was not worth it. I want to return it yet i assembled it, and all the recycling packaging with broken down box is in the trash. Factoring the time to retrieve trash and disassemble and stand in line to return - will mean this fan keeps "costing" me. Maybe my granddaughter can cool her dollhouse with this toy fan. If the 28" one had been in stock for $26, I might have been happier with that. $45 doll-hairs for the one i got- is simply not worth it. We are currently in a heat wave in New England, and this tower fan only left me heated, in more ways than one! NOT HAPPY

Mainstay sensor trash can is useless.

I got mainstay sensor trash can 13.2 gallons from the nearest Walmart. The sensor is not working and I went to the Walmart store for replacement and they have told me that they cant replace the trash can. Ridiculous service and they dont value for customers I hate this trash can. When I pay 48 dollars for a trash can it should be worth using it. Useless service. Not worth at all. I reached even to the company waste of time and money.

Umbrella is broken
My birthday was on june six and I got a black and white umbrella from my patio table. And when we open it to set it up. We notice that 1 of the extension rod was broken and also that it's corroded where it had broke. I am forwarding a video to show you what I found.. I don't have the gift received because they thought I would not need one because they never had a problem like this before. And they tried to take it back to Walmart but since they purchased it, and they didn't have the receipt they couldn't do anything about it, and it was just bought this.

Mainstay Quick Lock Steel Daybed
I purchased this bed November 11, 2021 and December 5,2022 it broke causing my daughter to fall to the floor. It is not sturdy,was constantly making noise. I called Walmart and they gave me Mainstay number the customer service representative that answered was rude, saying it was not there bed to contact the maker and I said it was. Then she asked for a serial number thats on the bed I informed her that there is no serial number. She then said she could not help me. Called Walmart.com back and the representative said there is no serial number listed for the bed and that is a worry-free 5 year warranty. I am not the only I see on the reviews having this problem. I need a replacement or refund.
