Upset about being given the run around

Sensored Trash can stopped working last week, despite the fact it was purchased on 4/2/2021. I called Walmart, at which Mainstay manufactures/sells most if not all of their products. I received the wrong email and telephone number from a Walmart Customer Rep, who said she got the info from online.

Product Replacement Request

I bought a Mainstay Motion Sensor Trash can on 4/2/2021and it is now not functioning as the lid does not open and close, not even with brand new batteries. This product is still under warranty. I want either a replacement or an issued refund. Please advise me on this matter. The Model number is MS-50-22.

Unsatisfied with a queen size mattress cover.

The backing of the cover separated from the front in areas and therefore did not protect the mattress. The return policy had expired to Walmart Canada, so that is why I got in touch with Mainstay Manufacturing.

Problems with two personal fans I purchased

I purchased two Mainstay by Walmart 8" personal fans on two separate occasions. When the first one started acting weird and not circulating the air properly anymore, I chalked it up to a faulty fan and figured it was just my bad luck that I got a malfunctioning one. It was past the 90 days that I could return the fan by now, so I just purchased a new one and figured that was the end of it. But a little over 90 days after I purchased the second fan, it began doing the same thing as the first fan and is not circulating the air properly anymore. I feel like this must be some kind of manufacturing problem but can't seem to find anyone willing to help me with this issue.
