Domain disturption/ Emails not working
I just notice the email payment becoming due for my domainn; tidyontime.net. However I actually brought the account to current as of 12/12. I keep getting emails kicked back; when I attempt to send any emails. I sent a test email as well to my tidyontime.net email address and received a rejection error message.What needs to be done to correct this issue? In an especially quick and timely matter

Over charged
Ive erased all of my contacts in MailChimp but am still being charged for 5000 contact. Its frustrating.

Unreliable
After almost a full year (!) of back and forth with MailChimp support on what should have been a single interchange providing me with a set of instructions for fixing my automation not sending, support email has been discontinued. There is no phone number for reaching a person, and their technical support form fails to send. Automations are now failing also to send because the platform is failing to recognize feed URLs validated with their own validator. All of this is unacceptable, from crazy bad customer service to broken platform functionality. A frustrating shame and waste of thousands of hours of my precious time. ThA

I heard that you stopped all announcements of "Stop the Steal" Rallies claiming there were reports of "misinformation" and news of "violence". I don't know if somebody lied to you or paid MailChimp money, but that crap about "misinformation" and "violence" is a lie. While the Mainstream Media lies and spreads propaganda about President Trump and Trump-Supporters, we stand on the truth and there is no violence amongst us. Pres. Trump won the election by a landslide, Media and Democrats are lying thieves trying to steal the election. Biden cannot be legally or Constitutionally declared president, that's up to the Electorate. I think Democrats and Media are banking on us being stupid and believing them! There's overwhelming incontrivertible evidence, 500 eye-witness testimonies (and the number is growing every day) of massive voter fraud and election interference. MASSIVE, and it's been going on for years, maybe decades! But the PROPAGANDA Media doesn't want anybody to know! They are paid to lie and spread propaganda! So while the evidence grows and we speak the truth, the Media lies and spreads propaganda! We are not violent, but the Media and Democrats call rioting evil violent AntiFa and Marxist BLM "peaceful protesters" as they burn down buildings and destroy businesses! You've picked your side! Avoid using - there are far better alternatives out there
We're a long time customer with Mailchimp and we send drip marketing to any new user that signs up. We had a boom in signups and had our unsubscribe rate jump to 7%. This is not uncommon as you know, sometimes you sign up for a service thinking it's what you want but it isn't. Mailchimp disables the account from sending ANY emails because they didn't like the unsubscribe rate. What's scary is that they don't bother to inform us of this. The drip marketing is an important part of our signup process and to have it turned off (or any other campaigns) without notice is terrible. We've been working with them for a number of days to get things going again and they have been dragging their feet in getting things re-enabled - assuming they will. Avoid using Mailchimp - they are extremely expensive and they can disable you
