Fake news / Fake Insurance

I had knee replacement surgery, my am on disability. Tried for days to have someone call the Hospital Case worker back. Looking for rehabilitation information. After days finally a call back stating that MagnaCare Insurance doesn't cover any rehabilitation center coverage or in home coverage. Patients need to make their appointment and their own transportation. This explained to the MagnaCare representative that I'm am on disability and live alone. Basically I'm on my own ! I had this Insurance for over 40 years and being treated like that just didn't care. Horrible experience.

After reviewing the other reviews it's clear that this Insurance Company is the worst . Believe the reviews!

After paying into the this Insurance for over 40 Years, neither i or the Case Manager at the Hospital could get a call back or any response back Form Magnacare. I had Replacement Knee Surgery and needed to know what my Options are. Took days for an answer and finally MagnaCare come back with No Rehab Stay, No Home Care. I explained I live alone and scared of falling etc. They didn't care I needed to find my own way to rehab and basically on my own. This is a Horrible Company to deal with

They are not getting the right tax ID number after that they simply cut the call .... need to contact the right person...

More healthcare scams. They bill double write off half and then expect to get paid. Why shud an ambulance ride cost $3000?

Can not get any help

The 24 hour med call goes unanswered.no one is helping me I'm worried about this coverage I had to take my son to the emergency room and needed to know if I had to let you know that we were going before we went.i hope this visit is covered.

They are consistent

I have an eye Dr appt, I have never used this insurance for vision before. I'm expecting problems because it's MagnaCare. Sure enough, I'm not in the system, after I present my card, they find me and tell me "You're not covered." Horrible

I want to coverage at Magna Care Terminated

I want to discontinue my coverage at Magna Care because I no longer work at Shoprite and my new job has it's own health insurance. Please email me a letter terminating my coverage. Thank you.

I AM NOT A MEMBER

I was under my mother's insurance when I was a child (obviously) and she had Magnacare from her job. Her job closed 12 YEARS AGO and I am unable to apply for insurance properly because I apparently under a current policy. I just had a baby and all of these issues only came to light when he was born. I am starting to think this insurance company is a scam because it is impossible to speak to a human *** being. Y'all need to answer my email or call me because this is insane. My mom lost her insurance with y'all when her job went bankrupt and closed, so tell me HOW I am under this predicament now?

Need to speak

My daughter has affinity Medicaid and it is active but when I called affinity I was told that magnacare is now primary instead of affinity so its stopping me from taking my daughter to her doctors appointments because she doesnt have magnacare which is primary on her insurance when affinity is suppose to be primary

Hi ! I was a member in 2019 and I recieved a bill from quest. I would like a EOB please. My insurance ID is LFSC731215. My name is Nadine Francoise Tekdemir. Birthdate is 11/15/1992.
