I can’t get any human to speak with me

Im trying to renew my account, but I cannot change the billing information. It wont let me it just keeps putting in the same credit card in that one has been hacked and so I cant use it. I need to find a way to change it and I cant seem to do it with all the information Ive been given.

Magic Jack not working

I called Magic Jack because it wasn't working but after a few calls and an adjustment to the phone cords to which I made the mistake (I was using a phone cord where I should of been using a ethernet cable) I was back in business.

Very hard to get correct info from your site or phone line

I had extended service to 2029 but received emails indicating i needed to renew again. But this was just for phone number itself, not service, but i paid two payments by mistake for over $50 each and nobody from Magic Jack corrected this at all and I almost lost my number because renewal process was not clear at all

Will not give refunds

Had the service for a while, the service just quit no warning just a person on the line saying to call the Company , the Company said that no refunds on the prepaid $50.00

Eco, all words are repeated

During call other party get eco,all words are repeated. Problem has not been resolved by trying all the suggestions.

I have been scammed for over120$

I was charged 56.53 for majicjack which I never used because I couldnt receive or make calls. Then I am charged 66$ from justanswer which I never agreed to. I was told it would be 2$ which would be reimbursed. I am reporting this to the better business bureau and to the police. This is a scam and I want my money back!!!

Very bad service

When I get a phone call people cannot hear me. Its very bad. There is no connection. My Internet is working but magicJack is not working so Im really really upset. I need my full refund.

Cannot make outgoing calls

I cannot make calls on the Magicjackapp. Message says it's locked, contact customer care. Brenda Morris 416 900 ****. I cannot even call Magicjack's #. When I try to make calls, message says "call is processing."

Customer Service

Four calls customer support USELESS Rerouted twice, 20 minutes wait time for return call. Third time will stay on line until you are! helpled. Hung up on. Next call support not available today too many calls cannot help you today. Total one hour 40 minutes

Nobody is helping me with my problem.

I am trying to port my number out to another company, and I have done everything they indicated in the webpage, but still they haven't finished the procedure. I have sent reports, but nothing. When I tried to talk to a human being, there is no-one. In the mean time, I can't have my cell phone activated in the new company, and I have already paid.

First of all I dont have a complaint so I dont know why you sent me a text message Im a *** customer you got everything twisted. I miss you, so dont do that because you know what thats bad for your business whoever text me that and with that file text me if you say to my phone I dont know appreciate that at all. i was trying to renew my magic jack ii have had for 2 years, , i was told i had to have AMERICAN , i am in the PHILIPPINES WRITE NOW, I HAVE AMERICA ADDRESS, I CHANGED MY CREDIT CARD TO IT, IN OKLAHOMA WHERE I HAVE LAND, , THEY HAD TOLD ME I COULD NOT RENEW IT SINCE I WAS IN THE PHILIPPINES , WAS USING MY AMERICAN CREDIT CARD HERE, I Had USED ANOTHER AMERICA CREDIT CARD BEFORE IT GOT STOLEN, SO CHANGED CARDS , I HAVE TRIED TO BUY 2 MORE YEARS FOR 3 DAYS LAST PERSON TOLD ME MY ZIP CODE WAS WRONG IN AMERICA, I GREW UP THERE MY LAND ITS WRITE THEN AGAIN HE WAS LIKE THE REST HUNG UP ON ME , WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE DO THIS, I AM IN THE PHILIPPINES, MY WIFE IS NURSE , I AM RETIRED MILITARY AND FROM MY, BUSINESS, DO YOU NOT NEED THE BUSINESS, ???
