$850 dress flawed

Nothing has happened, no one has attempted to resolve the problem. I have gotten my credit card company involved.

I purchased a $850 gown in Nov as a Christmas gift. It was a huge surprise for my daughter. I ordered in November to ensure delivery for Christmas. When she opened on Christmas we saw there were some flaws which cause a slight bump) in the dress and the tag was stuck in the zipper.They refuse to help me. I dont understand why they wont send it back to the designer, Sherri Hill, is beyond me. I am not asking for my $ back, I want them to exchange it, but they are sticking to their 5 day return policy. Buyer Beware, they are totally unreasonable, and refuses to call me!
