Macy's mailed in coupons are totally worthless!
I fail to understand why Macy's undertakes in the expense of printing and mailing coupons to the cardholders' home when they are absolutely worthless when they are presented with the items purchased at the cash register? The employee even without ringing up the first item warns that she won't be able to use them as what I'm purchasing is already discounted or from "backstage" even though the coupon clearly shows it's applicable on sales and CLEARANCE merchandise? This has happened to me several times over the last 15-20 years and it just does not matter what items I choose, they NEVER work other than to *** the consumer and the employees NEVER have an explanation other than if the system or register doesn't take it then they are worthless, WHY WHY WHY???

My porter shows out for delivery a week ago but I never received it
Customer service was very nice but said I just needed to wait longer and call them back. I still havent received my package and it shows it was out for delivery a week ago

The order # is 272414**** you guys have handled This order Badly and it appears that no one Cares. The credit card authorization expired on the 19th of this month and my card has been charged Again! I still dont have the item that Ive been waiting for. Ive done Everything that I was asked to do and Still no product. Tell me How important my business is to you!!

I haven't heard anything about my shoes I order two weeks ago. I order on line as a guest and used a gift card. And I lost the information in my phone So is it anyway you all can track it or see have it been order on my gift card if I send the card number that I placed with macys Because when I used to order it will let me know it said congratulation

Boynton Beach FL location in the Boynton Beach Mall. Dates visited July 4th & the 17th it was very unseasonably warm with hardly anyone in the store as well as some check out counters not being available, most terrible!! Also you're APR 31.74% that's ludicrous and legalized robbery as I've been a Macy's shopper for decades. I've called the GM of leasing @ the Boynton Beach Mall in Palm Beach County and filed a complaint as well. I'm not going back to Macy's being un comfortable again while sweating in the store. Pay my bill
I called to pay my bill on the day it was due and the website kept changing the date to the next day which would make it late. Finally after trying to call and no one answering, I went on again change the amount I was paying, then it accepted the date. Frustrating because I have paid the bill on the date it was due no problem. Plus I was on vacation so I wanted it done fast and easy which was not the case. I'm guessing a glitch in the system. I am very pissed at the callousness of the shipping. I have ordered several items online and always check the billing and shipping address. They sent most of the items to the correct address, but the T-shirts I need desperately for my trip, they sent to the wrong/previous address. The items are unavailable and they said, they cannot send my ordered items when they get them back at the warehouse. This sucks!

Complaint customer very. Poor service service
Hung up by 3 different agents when I asked to speak with a manager or supervisor! Agents were rude and refused to answer complaint questions! Most agents I spoke with were hard to understand and the ones that were did not respond to inquiries!! Horrible treatment for a decades long customers! Tried contacting corporate, another problem!

They *** me over a jewlry purchase and then made me wait to do trade til they waited past the time to let me come in and screwed me over because the girl that lied to me originally was covering for the other employee to go flirt with a customer in perfume and then smoke break ewe eww I was discharging a throw up of 1534.89$ down the drain. On the ring I went to pick up not right size not right ring it made my wife finder finger turn hella green I hate being ripped off and it was a fake diamond I got in the ring they switched out during the sizing aka lying faze thanks for selling me cubic zircon instead of princess cut you guys know where *** is so I wont be to see you there
