Washing Machine Charged My Credit Card $8.00 And The Machines Didn't Start

My building 1120 Scaleybark Rd Charlotte NC has your Machines, Which NEVER WORK PROPERLY. This evening I Placed My Clothes In Two Machines $2.00 Each using my Debit Card, The Machines Processed My Card, But The Machine Didnt Come On. I Took My Clothes Out Of The Machines And Placed Them In Two Different Machines. My Card Was Processed Again, But The Machines Didnt Start. PLEASE Refund The $8.00 Back To My Debit Card. Please Install BETTER MACHINES Water Leaks From Them, They Stop Washing In Mid Cycle, And The Card Slot Is Always Offline. Thank you, Kay

Broken machines

Started my day in the laundry room- 1) close were wet after washing Mach #4 in pics attached. Then dryers wete weak with heat, everything i washed came out damo where i had to run another dryer. The 1st machine on our left is 50 min (2 other machines were out if service) and needed 3 so timing with other 2 machines is off!!!! It is very rare laundry experience goes smoothly!!

Ask a question about water tempurture

Would like to know how come the water temp is warm or hot. Can you tell me how to make the washer at Alder Acres RV Park in Coos Bay Oregon not be warm or hot. Would like it to be cold wash and cold rinse.

Incompetent, uncaring and cheap

Multiple defective units. Weeks to repair. We have a matching that have broken down a dozen times. It would be cheaper tom replace it than "flrepair" it. Because it is obvious they can't find any competent repair people. The machines constantly eat quarters due to faulty coin mechanisms and they can't even fix those. They do not care. They lie, ignore and wait it out and continue to raise the prices. This company is a joke. They have no right being in business.

Hot water doesnt stay on

I push hot water and normal buttons on washing machine #1 when i go back in the buttons are lit up for perm press and warm. So i keep paying for hot water and not getting it! I know mine is not the only complaint about this. It's been reported to our condo Assoc. at 130 Slade, yet it still doesn't seem attended to. Please correct this situtation Sincerely, R. M. in 404.

Non working machines

I am a student at UTPB in Odessa, there are machines down that have been down for more than a semester. We pay a lot in fees to have working equipment why it is not maintained is a mystery.

No laundry cards in machine.

I have repeatedly called for over 1 week to get new laundry cards in machine at Ethan Pointe in Burlington. Cannot get new card cannot do laundry. *** poor service!

Very unhappy consumer

I feel terrible because the hot water problem is because of the apartment complex Aurora Hills they have the hot water turned off when I've tried explaining to them before they've never listened. I'm glad the I was able to explain this to the service man from Mac Gray and he took his time and found the problem. He's still here working on the other issue.

I' ve been reporting a washer with no hot water for over a year and it still has no hot water. On Saturday it wasn't wringing out the clothes and the dryer wasn't working either. I called for a repair person and went to the laundry mat, I have to take my whites there anyway, I was told someone would come out that day. Fast forward to this morning and I put in a dark load assuming that some repair was done because I heard someone use the machine on Sunday, needless to say the washer usnt fixed and nor is the dryer. So i'm looking at this wet basket of laundry. They promised me a refund however I've yet to ever receive one. I complain to MGMT They're quick to say that, they're not responsible for tha wadher and dryer, however they're quick to list them when you rent your apartment.

No customer service in Tucson area

Their repairman does nothing, comes in the office, chatting, but always fails to do the job. I have had to deal with person for a few years and no matter the location, he fails to repair the machines. Or, is it that, MacGray is dumping trash machines on their accounts to make extra money on repairs? I personally don't like to see people fired, but when this individual repeatedly fails to do his job, then the company needs to do something. If this is a scam they are running for profit, then those doing business with them should pull the plug, switch tot he competition.

HORRIBLE AT BEST

The laudromat in Stoughton MA on Washington Street is always busy with people from other cities and towns! And they ALWAYS take off and leave their wet clothes in the washers when done and the dryers when finished so no one can use the machines. A SIGN OR SIGNS NEEDS TO BE PLACED WHERE IT CAN BE READ THAT IF YOU ARE NOT HERE WHEN THE MACHINES STOP YOUR LAUNDRY CAN AND WILL BE REMOVED BY THE NEXT CUSTOMER! STOP THE FRIGGIN INSANITY! *** DO THIS ALL THE TIME! TIE UP MACHINES

I live at the Three Fountains in Albq. We've been waiting over a month for someone to come out and service our washing machines. We are currently down to 3 washers for three floors of residents. All of us have called numerous times with the same old reply. "A technician will be out within one to two days" No one appears. This is a 55+ community so many of our residents have a difficult time getting around. From the other reviews, it looks like they aren't any better in any other state. I'm seriously considering getting one of our investigative reporters from one of our local TV stations to do a thorough investigation of this company. Perhaps, if they're shamed on the air, they might get off the stick and improve. Also, looking at placing a complaint with the Attorney General for our state. This is totally unacceptable.
