I just wrote that I have not yet bought your product, so I cannot review it yet. If you answer my inquiry, perhaps I will buy the product and can review it.

Really just need to ask a question about a shower door. I havent bought the product yet and I would like to. But before I buy the product, I need to have a question answered. I would like to talk to a human being please. Then I wont be pissed. Please call me back at 252-670-**** thank you

Purchased Davana Shower Kit though Lowe’s. Two months later, I am still waiting fior a replacement fior the shower shelf which twice had been sent to me damaged & looking like a used/returned piece.

Zero quality control. Disrespectful & dishonest to be sending customers damaged and seemingly used/returned items. Original set delivered by Lowes had a broken piece (one level of shower shelf had a crack). A replacement was sent which was damaged too all 4 corners of top and bottom edges were chipped, there was no protective film covering on the piece even as there was a sticker still sticking that said remove protective film, abd the surface had scratches all over. I feel cheated and disrespected after giving Lowes and Maax in all goodwill and with full trust, the business of purchasing from them. Never again!!!

Purchased a bathtub for it to be damaged and flawed from manufacturer

Purchased a maax nomad afr rh drain bathtub through home depot canada. Upon opening it at home the tile flange was damaged, the front face of tub was warped , and had spider cracks across the face of tub right at the bracing on backside. Poor customer service poor quality product Would not recommend maax products to my enemy. Maax canada had no solution no help waste of time calling them may aswell talk to your hand

Horrible customer service

Glass enclosure shattered spontaneously. They acknowledged this is a known issue!! If anyone had been in the shower, they could have been killed - enough force to send glass 20 feet away, chip the fibreglass shower finish and puncture the lino floor. Over six weeks later still trying to have warranty replacement completed but they nickel and dime on the different parts so I have to call back multiple times to get them to ship everything I need to have a new panel installed. Let alone taking any responsibility for the damage done to the rest of my house! Terrible, will never buy another product of theirs.

MAAX Enclosed Corner Shower Panel Shattered

My stand-up shower, which was just installed about a year ago, had a panel explode out of nowhere and shatter into a million tiny pieces, so I'm now left with just the shower door. What should I do from here? Am I going to be required to pay for this out of pocket? I had it professionally installed, so it was not an 'installation' mishap on my end; it was properly on track(s) because there are still shards of glass sticking out of them, and there have been no extreme temperature changes happening in my area (even if it was getting colder, it was just fine throughout the winter season last year) and there was no previous cracks, dents etc., prior to the random explosion.

No respond on the phone call

I Purchased my house in 2020 October 19. The bathtub on the third floor has a small hole like a dime size and water is leaking to the second floor as a result of that hole. My concern is the warranty on that two-year bathtub.

Poor customer service I ordered parts and paid for them and no one knows anything about the order your customer service phone number is a total joke I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied .

For what I paid for and the service I received is pitiful I spent 3500.00 on a complete shower unit and cannot get assistance from you or parts.Whats worse I had to wait on parts when I ordered the unit I received the wrong shower base This is just bad business AllI wanted was a shower glass panel seal I ordered 3 and received nothing.

Hi I have just received my order for the Uptown sliding door shower. It arrived in perfect condition but unfortunately there are 2 missing pieces. I hope you will be able to send asap. The local Home Hardware couldn't help me. The pieces are: - set screws 1003****-xxx-600. The list says there should be 10 set screws but I only received 2. Need 8 more. - short gasket 100399**-**2-001 this part is missing so I need one. MAAX SPA MODEL E271VOBTM does not work

Ladies and gentlemen, MAAX SPA MODEL E271VOBTM does not work, serial number 271130****041 date 04/09/13. The electronic unit BALBOA MXG504SZ. After turning on, the panel immediately shows PRIMING and nothing else happens, no button works. It seems to me that when turned on, the display should first show the software version, but this does not happen. Please let me know if there is a way to reboot the system. Restoring parameters using jumper J43 did not help. I really look forward to your help.

Inoperative hot tub

hello, my name is Doug Pollard, and I purchased a New Vita Spa in December of 2019. I used it January of 2020-April of 2020, and than again September of 2020-April of 2021, so as you can see , it has rarely been used, 12 months total, a few times per week. I live in Colorado and only use during fall and winter months. In September of 2021 message code 30, heater too hot came up and the tub stopped heating up. We called the local dealer we purchased tub from in Longmont Colorado, Mountain Mist Hot Tubs, and it took them several months to send out a tech. Once they showed up, they asked us to replace filters and give another try, that did not work. Than it took another several months for them to come back, and when they finally showed, in February of 2022, they confirmed the needed repair, said they had the part in stock, and have never heard back from them, so now it has been 9 months without a hot tub, I have a neck injury from a car accident and really need my tub, yet I cannot get any service from the local dealer and I purchased a product that failed me after little usage, so you can see I'm very frustrated and really don't know what to do. I purchased local to support local business but cannot get any service from them and when we call in they are very rude.

Call to customer service

The installed shower door did not stay closed because the base was not level. I wanted to know if there was aneasy fix. The customer service rep was very helpful.

Warranty

Came home to an exploded shower enclosure. Agent on phone promptly set up file and I sent pictures and copy of receipt. It remains to be seen how this is resolved and how quickly.
