Trying to return product that is the wrong color and have not been able to for weeks
I am extremely frustrated with this company. There is no way to get in touch with them. I keep sending a chat and I get no response. I need a return label for the product and I have not received one after many many attempts I will never ever purchase from them again.

Light Salt and Pepper Ponytail.
My hair is natural. Its on the order of Halle Berry's hair type. My natural colors I have in my hair are Light brown, some dark blonde, mostly grey at the sides, and the top, and some in the rest of my hair (length). My purpose is to grown out my hair and stope some of the hair loss, brakeage. My hair is thin, and I want to use my own hair to put a braid on each side and top using my own hair. The purchasing a ponytail from you to mix in with a braid I already have. I would appreciate it if you would please give me a call. I will try my best to send you a pic. Thank you. Poor quality hair
Trish in customer service was not empathizing with my concerns regarding the poor quality hair that I received. I requested the hair to be replaced with better quality; however, I was dismissed. As someone who has really enjoyed my previous purchases, it was very disappointed at the response.
