Deceptive and Misleading Conduct
I ordered a 3 piece Luxor 1000 egyptian cotton sheet set.The advertisement made it clear that it was a 3 piece set and a flat sheet was not included but only a fitted sheet and two pillow cases making it a 3 piece set. In fact it came with only one pillow case making it not a 3 piece set but a two piece set. It is not a 1000 count egyptian cotton sheet or pillow case.It would be barely 250 count..

Worst company ever
Had two waffle robes monogrammed ( my mistake) were delivered, opened package then washed them as I do with all products that I would wear, due to manufacturing chemicals, and bacteria from factories in other countries where they are made. Washed and dried per label now the robes won’t come close to overlapping when you try to close them look ridiculous. Mind you that 100% cotton can shrink 12-15% but these now fit a Child. The measurements on the Sellers website don’t even come close to the robes now. Their website says a 63” sweep around the bottom, they are now 50” that’s 13”. Seller sent another robe (doing me a favor no shipping). My wife and I opened the package worse than the other two. I know I can’t send them because of monograms, they make a poor grade product there website is misleading and when I spoke to one of the owners he was more concerned about me giving him a great review on Amazon than he was about his poorly made product. I’ve read other reviews about this company and must confirm that I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody or do any business with them again.

Incorrect Order
I placed a large order with the company and the incorrect order was sent. This is for my daughter who is going in hospital with her 1st baby. I have purchased from here previously and there has never been an issue. I am not able to sign into my account for some unknown reason, the password is correct. Have sent the email twice for forgotten password & have not received an email to reset. Extremely disappointed. I want the order to be corrected and the items sent. The only thing is the order was sent out quickly, however items missing and incorrect product sent.

WANT GOOD SHEETS? SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE. ONLY 40% BAMBOO SMH.
How can this company possibly think that the material they label as bamboo is going to last? It seems like they are just trying to fool us into thinking they are the same quality of care carrollu, but bamboo sheeta dont have lint. Dont fall into the trap of good deals for a low price. I got an email asking about my experience and how they value my opinion on thier products. But it was automated because I didnt even get my sheets until a month after. The whole point was to have these fresh sheets for my guests but I ended up having to buy walmart sheets. Worst part of it is they wash perfect and have no lint.

Horrible never AGAIN
I begin to tell the representative that I have an issue with how the sheets were very cheap in Fabric and where not deep enough then they have the audacity to switch over to someone else on the phone and have them sell me more sheets and how their new shipment is better this does not address my issue properly this is more of a scheme watch out for this company their material is Hit or Miss I have been ordering from them for the past four years and this is the last straw

My experience with Luxur Linen Bath Towels is amazing. I was simply amazed to found that colors stood up really well after repeated laundry. The construction of these towels is very strong, so no pilling is found even after weeks of handling. I am planning to order some more in near future.

Late Christmas Delivery and Wrong Product Sent !
So pissed about this ! I decided to splurge and get my GF luxury monogrammed sheets for Christmas. At first I thought everything was super smooth as I placed the order over the phone with a very friendly and knowledgable customer service guy…. he confirmed everything with me so I was 1000% precent confident that the order was correct. I specifically wanted the Luxor Linens Valentino (Stripe) 1200tc Egyptian Cotton sheets with monogramming and gift packaging Issue 1: Delivery was guaranteed for Dec 23rd I only got them on 26th :( understandable companies get slammed with orders for the holidays but I shouldn't have been "GUARANTEED" the delivery in this case Issue2 The sheets in gift box on their website clearly shows their logo in gold which is whatI thought I was getting plus our initials on the pillow cases …. well I was wrong they did not look like they did on the website ! This is time a different buy answered the phone he was def not as nice as the original guy who I placed the order with. When I told him I want to return the sheets I was told they cannot accept returns on monogrammed or washed items and the rep directed me to their customer service page. http://www.luxorlinens.com/Customer-Service-sp-13.html#easyret Well this is crock off *** because it doesn’t say anything about monogramed items in addition this is really the companies fault because they sent me the wrong item in the first place. This is not how you treat customers who spent $300 on luxury sheets ! Bottom Line : Late Holiday Delivery and Sub-par customer service after the sale equals pissed customer !

These guys aren't so bad
I was Skeptical about the sheets and purchased three of them as a housewarming gift. The recipients of the gifts are so grateful and call me weekly to tell me how wonderful they are sleeping . I decided to buy a set for myself and test them out, boy they aren't kidding luxor linens has the best sheets.. The sheets are made out of 100% pure egyptian cotton sateen. I would definitely recommend them for family and friends. Can't wait to get the matching duvet cover.

Luxor Linens Mirabelle Bamboo Comfort Sheet Set Review from Irvine, California
I also purchased the living social deal for Luxor linens as mentioned by another reviewer. I have still yet to receive anything. After waiting 1-2 months for my order and not receiving any update or a package, I contacted Luxor Linen with no support or help from their end. It has been over a year and I still did not receive anything at all. I never received a shipping update either. All they did was take my money through living social AND charge me an additional $9.99 to ship an order I never received. I will NEVER purchase from them again.

Unreliable sized products and unscrupulous company
Purchased 2 sets of queen sheets from Luxor and when they arrived, both sets had Queen fitted bottoms and double top sheet, so the top sheet was WAY too small and can't be used- I checked the measurements and both were definitely for a double bed not a Queen bed. Months later, I accidentally purchased Queen sheets again from Luxor and immediately remembered they were the manufacturers of the problem sheets so I cancelled the order immediately. My Order was processed at 3:01 and CONFIRMED CANCELLED at 4:15 on the same day. When I got my credit card bill they had charged me but not credited me. It has been 3 weeks, I have now called 3 times and been assured they would take care of it immediately. It has still not been credited back to me. This is not a reputable company and the quality of the products leaves much to be desired.

Luxor Linens Sheet Set Review from New River, Arizona
Just received my order of these 1000 thread ct sheets ... Ordered from Choxi....absolutely the WORSE sheets I have ever touched!!! Like sand paper!!! Where inn the world did this product come from? Then when I tried to return it they wanted to give me IN STORE CREDIT!!! Are they Nuts!!! The sad thing is Choxi does not allow you to review a product to prevent others from ordering it and making the same mistake....if a price seems too good to be true... .. You know the rest....buyer beware!!

Excellent Egyptian cotton sheets!
Excellent quality! I ordered the 800 thread count! Excellent choice! And the color! I totally love my new sheets! As well customer service was excellent when I contacted them with a query! I am amazed bec I got worried when I read some negative reviews and pleasantly surprised when they were proven otherwise! I have already washed them in cold water as instructed and dried warm! The color did not fade, the minimal ironing was simply to get the feel of a hotel luxury! Plus the fact I found out that sheets that do not require ironing have added chemicals which make them dangerous! These sheets are 100% pure! Thank you Luxor Linens!

Long wait Now disappointed
After waiting 7 weeks for a queen size sheet set even though I was charged for purchase & postage immediately The top sheet is so small in width it sits on the edge of the mattress no over hang very disappointed these weren't cheap. I bought these as I loved the colour sage & had been looking for this colour sheet set for awhile. I won't be buying from an over seas company again. I did send several emails when waiting for delivery & was told each time to allow for over seas time delay but the advert said 3-4 weeks

Order still not recieved after 3 months.
I placed an order through Living Social Deals for Luxury Linens. I purchased Code 1523d1ccdao1c E. Mirabelle J Bamboo blue sheet set with Monogramming California King on 28th January 2015 and I have still not received. These were for my son who lives in Tweed Heads South. It is now 2 May 2015 still waiting 3 months with NO reply. I am so disappointed. I have made contact with Living Social a few times and they said they are not responsible for my missing order, I have sent a message through your website and there has been no response as yet.

Steal your money and they contnually lie.
I bought a set of Bamboo Sheets through an offer on Living Social on December 12th. Called on the 22nd and was told that I did not order in time for Christmas shipping but it would ship that week. It didn't. So I reached out over email again on 1/2 and was told it would ship that following week. It didn't. So I replied (1/10) saying I needed it for a birthday gift by the end of January. The replied with an apology letter saying sorry for the problems with misinformation and promising to ship soon stating the delays were due to US Customs delays. So I reached out to Living Social Customer service who refused to refund my purchase price saying it would ship by the 16th. Well it is the 19th and no update from Luxor and I tried replying to the email from Living Social expressing that I am done as a Luxor Linens patron and as a Living Social Customer unless this is resolved today. However, they cannot receive replies in email so my options are to call or post for the entire Internet to see that neither Luxor nor Living Social honor their commitments to customers. So in my book they are both THIEVES.
