Refuse to cancel after repeated requests

I no longer need or want my Lucky Tackle Box monthly subscription. The quality and quantity has deteriorated over the past year. They advertise you can cancel at any time. I have been trying to cancel for 3 months but they continue to send boxes and charge my debit card every month despite my request to cancel. Using the contact us email does not elicit a response.

Cheap Low end lures

Save your money and just buy quality baits. Company sending out very cheap lures. Do not believe I got 1 quality lure in 3 boxes. I do not recommend service.

I think I didn't get a complet box

Received 1- hard bait, 1-pack plastic Grubbs and. Pack of hooks. I dont feel that this is all that should have been in the box. Extremely disappointed with what I received. Tried to call the company , 3 - different phone numbers with no results . No answer at any of the numbers. I want my money back and I want to cancel any further orders.

Wanted to cancel subscription

They are still charging me. I have tried to cancel but they will not cancel the subscription. I do not recommend doing subscription boxes.

Try to fix my account

I'v have try changes my address, phone number and to get login to my account. With no help with that. All it have gone is the they have fix it and I just got a charged for it with the old address and phone number! Yes I can not get in to my account sicen yall have the new system and I'v have try to get yall to help fix it but still not fix i didn't with to make another account until the other one is canceled.

The call does not work is say please check your number and try again

Try to get I'm account to where I can long in and change my address and phone number! And it was supposed to be canceled to where I can open a new account so I can long in! That didnt happened I was charged this morning! And I have canceled the order and hope the it will cancel it out so I can made a new account!!

No delivery

Paid money and havent received my product. No one from customer has reached me or cant get ahold of anyone

Nothing was sent but charged on my credit card

Nothing delivered, cant reset my password to track my order Charged for a product I didnt receive . No phone number to call on or a valid email

Skimpy boxes, duplicate items, every box

The several last boxes have all been duplicated, same stuff, how about sending out some deep diving crank baits and some jerk baits once in awhile, skip the little bags of hooks for bluegills that no one wants.

Cancelation issue

I have yet to hear from this company after weeks and numerous attempts to cancel my subscription. Worst company ever. Next step is BBB and canceling my credit card.

Log in won't accept my password. I've tried several times to create a new password but never receive an email to continue password change.

Need to cancel

Cant get into my account to cancel, I will never order from you guys again for my husband. I have never had this problem before and have been trying to cancel for months!!!
